The best place for computers obviously. Sadly I find they are often low on stock on some items often and sometime si cant find what Im looking for because they dont carry it. Mostly referring to larger scale electronic components like solar charge controllers and electrician tools. They focus more on circuitry, components and raspberry pi related items.

This is the adult version of a candy store for my husband. The inventory can be a little overwhelming with how they have to pack it all in to one show room. My husband repairs various electronics and prefers to shop here VS any other store, including Amazon. Their prices are great and alot of the items you cant find anywhere except online and having somewhere local that allows consumers to have access to niche items is great. My kiddos also love their STEM kits for various age groups.

One stop shop for your computer needs. However the check out lines are ridiculously long. The parking lots are always full and a few times we almost had our car crashed into. Im sure the weekdays are a better time to go rather than the weekend .

Today I came in, my wife needed a new laptop and I bought a monitor, a wireless keyboard, and a wireless mouse. The salesman, Jason, put the monitor into my cart, we paid and left. When I got home I realized Jason put the wrong monitor in my cart. It was an honest mistake (same size, same brand, same price, I just wanted the curved version and I got home with the flat version). I had to drive back down. When the manager Ryan heard about what happened he took another $20 off my purchase for the hassle and extra trip down. I just want him to know how much I appreciated that kind of treatment and understanding. Thats old school business and certainly lacking at other retailers. $20 bucks gained them a customer for life. Ill be going to micro center for any of my computer needs. 4 kids, a home business, Ill be needing plenty in that department. Thank you Ryan, good moves today.

Huge shoutout to Tony over at the service bar who was able to help me build an awesome PC. We went over the part list together and Tony understood exactly I wanted the setup to look. The process of building the PC was smooth and the communication never stopped between us.I had a small problem of one RGB light not working after picking up the PC(everyone makes mistakes), I went back the next day and Tony made sure I was taken care of even when he was busy with customers in line.Tony made sure the cable management looked clean and honestly its the cleanest cable management Ive ever seen. The dedication was impeccable. I would recommend anyone who is anxious or doesnt know how to build a PC to come here and have the staff build it for you.

There is NO PHONE NUMBER for this store!My son lives in Durango (6 hours away) and dropped off a laptop for repair. I was out from the East Coast and went with him, wanting to pay for the repair. Now its repaired, but I cant pay for it, since theres NO PHONE.Chat is useless. The said someone would call me within 24 hours. Its been 3 days and no phone calls.The store is great and people are fine, but the access to customer service is nonexistent. This is a horrendous way to run any business.

A wonderful place for all of your technical needs! Whether youre looking for a new computer or materials to make your own computer, Micro Center really does have you covered! Its organized very neatly, the employees are extremely kind and helpful and you can find almost anything you need there!The only reason I give Micro Center 4/5 instead of 5 stars is possibly because of bad timing on my part. I dont know if the employees were having a special help the most people event behind the scenes, and while I didnt mind, I think some people might be a little disturbed at how many people are willing to come up to you and ask You find everything alright? a little too much. Again, while *I* didnt have a problem, I can feel like someone else will.Overall, it was a pleasant store to shop. I highly recommend it for geeks like me!

Recently I went there to purchase a laptop cause mine had just given up. I was pretty sure it was toast. So off to “Microcenter” once arriving I met a salesman who in a very short period of time got me what I am sure was the perfect laptop for me, plus some antivirus software. Esat the salesman said all that I need to do was too uninstall the antivirus software Macafee in this case, uninstalling the macafee and installing the esat so that I didn’t double the virus protection rendering the new laptop almost useless.Well turns out this was a litttebit more difficult than described. For whatever reason I could not download and install the new software. So I promptly boxed up the new machine, and returned to Microcenter for some help so here is what their definition of help is..........so I’m standing in a line and then the “service manager” offers to me that they would take a look at it and if it was not a problem with the laptop and all they had to do was to download the software program and install it then it would just cost 20.00 ????????are you kidding me ? I just spent 650.00 dollars in your store and yer going to charge me 20.00 to get a computer working. I was so taking back told him that I wanted a complete refund which I was given. I don’t know about you but I want to know that when I buy something (especially a computer) I want to know that it is backed by a company more interested in selling computers than dinking me for 20.00 here 20.00 there seems like everytime I shop there I regret it.NOT ANYMORE

This store is the best for all of your tech needs. Prices are competitive and products are good. It has become my one-stop shop for any tech I need. I never would have known about raspberry pi and so many other things if it wasn’t for this store. Hands down the best, and what every other tech store now gets compared to.

Micro Center is so great! I had to take a PC back that was still under the extended warranty. The hard drive died. There are never any hassles or questions. They replaced the hard drive and we were able to pick it up in the time frame they gave us. Were always happy with them!

I went in to find the specific power cord for my computer, without knowing which cord I needed. The gentleman in the fix it area as I walked though the door greeted me and immediately assisted me with my problem. He stated they didnt carry the exact one but could probably find a universal that would work, and he did right away but were out of stock but could order it...unfortunately I needed it that day. He was a 5... but the fact that the cord isnt something regularly carried, I give it a 4.

Great service. I had a 3080 that kept crashing, showed up for a lottery and informed the manager that I had purchased the microcenter additional warranty. They put a new one from the lottery aside for me while they tested my GPU. Once it was determined my card was not good, I walked out with the replacement.

This place is very popular that is one way you can identify that it has good prices and that it has a lot of things for electronic and computer and entertainment systems anything electronic. They have an excellent online website and can order just about anything for you at a reasonable price. The staff is numerous and friendly and very helpful. Do not Overlook Micro Center.

I just brought a 2g laptop with them, after 3 weeks there was a dead pixel that they couldnt do anything about either. Wow! This place has the best customer experience that you can ask for. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent management. People did not make me feel uncomfortable about my choices but rather were very informative. I suggest and recommend this location to anyone newbie or old school like me. Its conveniently located 15 minutes drive from downtown Denver. I also recommend the restaurant next door as they were doing some sort of filming I believe it was when a Guy Fieris shows.

Been shopping here for years. This is a large computer store and really the only one around Denver. The staff and service are excellent. Ive bought pre-built machines here, as well as had them construct rigs for me out of parts off the shelf. They stock a mountain of accessories too. This is the place to fill any computer related needs.

Man I love this place! In fact, I think the biggest downside of moving to Oregon is the fact that I no longer have a Micro Center nearby. Please come to Portland! If you are on any level of the nerd spectrum, this place will feel like home.

Lots of staff milling around but not so much help. The plastic cases that are used to keep items from being stolen are so old and scratched that the items inside can barely be read. Its like trying to read thru fog. I wanna support local business and not Amazon. There is something to be said about holding a potential purchase in your hands before you buy. Combine that experience with a knowledge staff and that says a great deal about a place to shop. Buy local when you can.

This is probably my favorite store in Denver. I could walk around MC all day, but what really brings them to another level is their customer service. I purchased a prebuilt computer with them that ended up being recalled. I didnt realize this, and when I had issues they helped me exchange even though it was past the return/recall period. I couldnt be happier with my experience, and theyve EARNED a lifelong customer.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about microcenter. Although the staff is knowledgeable+ helpful and parts selection is second to none, it seems like no matter what time you go in theres so many people. Every time Ive been in Im on the verge of a panic attack because how many people are there and the non cohesive ways to navigate the numerous and jumbling isles. To be honest you will be lost if you dont know the what and where of what youre looking for. Other than that small technical, microcenter has better prices, selection and knowledge than any electronics store in the game and if you can get over the claustrophobic nature of the store you will be happy shopping, building and being there. The friendly staff are always happy to answer questions and guide you to where you need to be so long as you can get to a staff member.

I have fun shopping here. Always something new are on their shelves. Good deals can be found if you have the time to look. The associates working there are abundant and for most part helpful. They do work on commission or try to get credit in helping you. You can order on line but you still have to come in to a special checkout line and pay and pick by passing the checkout lines. Clean store and lots of selection. But pre-paid or internet pick up is slow as F. I take back my 4 stars. These people let you order stuff online. Then make you stand in line at the store. And still have to pay. So if you order through a digital vendor you can’t purchase your “reserved” product. And don’t even ask about entering the card digitally they are too stupid to do that. And the irony that a computer who makes money off computers is so computer illiterate that they don’t take digital payments. Good thing they just sell the parts not make them or operate. I had the pleasure of working with Quinn regarding a failed fan on my computer. He was helpful, knowledgeable and thorough and he kept me informed throughout the repair process. Various equipment and parts can take much longer to get these days. Quinn prepared me for this and I appreciate that. Then, luck turned out to be in our favor - The fan arrived quickly! Quinn called me; I brought in my computer and he installed the new fan and checked everything; called me to tell me it was done and I picked it up and I was back in business the same day! I had the added pleasure of getting to meet him in person when I picked it up. Thank you, Quinn - you are awesome!

Super helpful staff guided my son in his BYOB (build your own box) project of taking an old server and transforming it into a workable gaming rig.

The big screen TV I bought less than a year ago broke, talked to customer service and it was still under warranty. Brought it back to the store, they helped bring it in, got store credit, and bought a replacement one all within an hour. The gentleman in the television department was extremely helpful and fast, actually everyone there that helped us were friendly and professional.

I like micro center due to all the gadgets, and electronic stuff. Only problem, half the time nothing is marked as to what the price is. You have to go find out, or find someone. Then we asked a dude about printers, and why they have all these $300 dollar ones (was looking for a cheap one to give as a gift) He began to explain all the reasons as to why to have one, what type to get, make sure its laser, etc. I entertained his explanation ( little did he know I have a really expensive printer with all the bells, and whistles) most of these employees think you have no clue as to what youre doing, and try to sell you everything.I Left with air cleaner for keyboards LOL

Heaven for PC building geeks and nerds like me. I love being able to order online and pick up on the same day. Fair pricing with sales that offer deep discounts you cant find on Amazon. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, and even though the lines can be long sometimes, always able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

It’s frustrating when you bring your computer in for a diagnostic check 3 weeks ago and they blame it on the customer that we didn’t “approve” work on it till 5 days ago, and therefore our computer still isn’t ready. The only reason the “approval” happened merely 5 days ago was because we called multiple times in the weeks preceding and kept getting the run around for labor. I’m sure these guys do fine work, but you might be able to find a knowledgeable snail on Craigslist who can get it done with more efficiency.

This place is awesome. Anything and everything, and then some, for pretty much any computer or gaming setup youre looking to tackle, with knowledgeable staff to help guide you in the process. Its a little crammed inside so browsing can get crowded, as well as trying to get ahold of someone right off since theyre so busy, but otherwise great place to go. Highly recommend at least stopping in to look at what they might have for you.

Get the new tech components that you are looking for at Avery competitive and reasonable price, especially the new released parts. They always have great deals and free stuff to offer, best CPUs and best GPUs in tow for sure

I love Micro Center. That being said, the store is packed with merchandise so much that the aisles are pretty thin. Its a challenge staying 6ft from another person during busy hours. The website does not have an accurate inventory, so if you use the in-store pick up option there is no guarantee you will get the item you purchased, and the line for in-store pick up is sometimes longer than the regular line. To top it off, there is no way to call the store. The employees are all friendly, and generally knowledgeable though, so if they could improve the in-store experience it would be much easier to recommend.

On line inventory is not in real time. Once you reserve a product they allow themselves up to 20 minutes to email you a confirmation. In that 20 minutes anyone else is able to purchase your reserved product. If you do not receive an email confirmation in 20 minutes... they charge you a fee if you do not cancel the reservation, even though you did no reserve anything because someone else bought the product.

Place is always packed and hard to get help. Masks are required even though the credit card machines arent wiped down. Dont waste your time in their lines

Previously I rated 2 stars for the fact they require you to give your email address and phone number and street address in order to purchase something which I assumed was to send you spam mail.I did not however receive any spam mail or even one email so far. So Ive decided to give 3 stars. Its still weird to me that you are required to give that information in order to purchase something at all.I was only asked if I needed help in the high-end computer section where everything cost thousands of dollars, but when I was cruising the aisles nobody asked me if I needed help. This makes me feel like they only care to help me if Im buying something that costs a lot of money.

For anyone shopping for electronics, computer hardware, televisions, 3d printers, etc....If you have a Micro Center in your area and youre not shopping for those things there, you are wasting time and money. Period.In addition to having all the best products at the best prices, they also have (at least in my experience) some of the most knowledgeable staff who are UNBIASED in their recommendations.Id say if youre within a 3 hour drive from one of these places its worth it over going to best buy or walmart.

Micro center is a mans paradise. So much to look at and choose from. One of the few places that make it possible as a consumer to get electronics in this day and age of scalpers. Reasonably priced as well.

Dropped off a computer last Wednesday. I wanted a diagnostic because I am having some issues. Guy told me it would be finished by today. I called to see if the computer was ready and they told me they might get it started later today. This place has gone down hill.. I recommend not coming here.

If there is a better place for technology and specifically pc parts in the greater Denver Valley, I have not found it in the last decade.Reminds me of a no frills Frys Electronics, or the old school Incredible Universe. The staff is typically knowledgeable, and pulls thier resources I another associate is versed in the specifics of your questions.Before you order from Amazon or New Egg, check them out online. The might have what you are needing for the same price as online.

Ive missed the days of going to Radio-Shack and Circuit City, to get a USB cable or a program for my windows, because I havent grasped entirely all of how to pirate software yet, so when they closed down basically all there stores, I was devastated. Micro Center saved the day by opening a all in one kind of computer/tech store. If I have questions about window related issues, well they always save the day and explain in detail as to why it is the way it is. I go there for all my parts and questions about computer stuff.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERIOD.Everyone here is super helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and that it works for you. Seriously, every employee Ive encountered here has been phenomenal. In particular Ryan the sales manager went WAY above and beyond in helping me get what I needed for my build, Im super happy with my build so far and will be back for more. Other retailers need to take notes, this microcenter gets it and does things right.

Great electronics store. Has most of the general stuff that competitors have, but also caters a bit more to enthusiasts it seems. The staff is helpful and friendly and pretty knowledgeable. The location does get busy at times, but the checkout seems to go efficiently. You are also able to do pickups on orders which is very convenient. Prices seem fair generally and comparable to other places, but sometimes you can get a good deal elsewhere.The parking area is pretty cramped and the store can get a bit messy with the organization at times. But those are the only negatives Ive experienced.

A bit over priced, but the staff is eager and knowledgeable about the products they carry. At times there are customer service people can be a bit pushy. Mostly its the younger staff though.You are really the only place in Denver selling PLA+, or any other type of 3d printing filament. Have you (Microcenter) ever thought about taking back the waste, bad prints, etc., and melt it back down into reusable filament, you could sell it a bit cheaper.

It was obvious...Yesterday I decided I didnt really want to wait for Dell to ship,since I know they/ Micro Center, price match if in stock. I went into the area( I know this store even with the changes- my candyland)🤣 The sales person appeared to be in a coaching at a register, so I didnt mind waiting. However he made eye contact & came right over! He was FRIENDLY, NOT PUSHY & most IMPORTANT GENUINE.👈( One can sense this) He educated me on some things, I educated him..It was an excellent experience/ exchange!I actually left MC feeling like I was happy to have shopped there, unlike before, it really was the only choice ..Thank youBtw..nice touch that the dept manager seemed to greet & check on all of the shoppers!👏👏👏The entire transaction of everything was completed in under 45 mins!💃💃💃
