If you’re wondering what this store is, you’re not alone! I couldn’t figure it out at first, but I was drawn in by the immaculate cleanliness and minimalist but at the same time bombastic fashion. It turns out Uniqlo is a Japanese clothing store, that’s finding worldwide appeal for clothing shoppers, similar to how IKEA found a worldwide audience for home goods. The fashions are minimalist, but have a more exciting appeal than JC Penny or Target. As you browse through the store, you will start to get it.The service staff is present if you need them, but also doesn’t get in the way of your browsing, which I appreciate very much. The prices are reasonable. If you’ve never shopped in Uniqlo, give it a try. I did, and I enjoyed it very much.
That was my first time there and enjoyed it. Ill go back. The restraints and food were great 👍😋
Have yet to buy from them. Very classic/basic styles. I will be back to check out their formal wear. Friendly staff and well kept store. I did get a paper cut (deep enough that my finger was bleeding) from one of their price tags on a t-shirt. Found a staff member nearby asking if they had any Band-Aids. She said, yes, theyll have some at the service desk but then she said, she might have one, she shuffled around in a pocket in her bag, and sure enough, she did. Didnt get her name, but she was in her 30s with short hair and has a nice accent. Just wanted to thank her for her kindness and attention.
Love the store, but stock in medium size was very limited on items I was trying to purchase. Checkout was fast.
Loved shopping here but like everything else downtown theyre permanently closing.
Used to shop at Uniqlo all the time when I lived in Tokyo and Fukuoka several years back. I was very pleased to hear that they opened a shop in Denver last year and I try to shop here when I can. As much as I love this place, reading for stars because everything here is sized very small-ish. Probably means I need to lose weight, actually. Prices are reasonable and quality is good.
Very nice store. Prices seem good. Trendy merchandise. I havent bought anything here, so I cant speak to the actual quality of the products.
Decent downtown shopping area with Banana Republic, H&M, theater, and several eateries and bars. Very convenient if staying downtown as it’s easy to walk to.
Love the clothes at Uniqlo, sadly Denver location is closing 8/15/21. Sad to see you go Uniqlo!
Love this store. Every time I have went; the customer service was impeccable. Tony is the best.
Nice place. Fairly clean and the people were friendly.
I am very old customer of Uniqlo and so far I have been having great satisfaction until today. I bought this jacket and it wasn’t warm enough so I bought the other and and try to return the “not so warm” one and they refused to return it. I have all the tags and receipt with it and it was in all good condition as I bought and I just tried it once and they are refusing to take it back! Wow UNIQLO! The manager and the cashier were all the same. I pointed at the receipt what does the policy say and they still like to make one on their own which not on receipt policy. Clearly I will think about coming back again. Thank you for your services
Cool place to visit for a relaxing night walk and great minded people dont miss out on live music horse an carriage rides
The store is closing in few days. So limited products available in store. No Uniqlo stores in the Denver Area anymore
I purchased this bra half year ago and it was fine until days ago . I washed it and it came out. from laundry damaged and missing the half of the bra . It got easily rift. Can’t wear it anymore . Waste if money and didn’t even last year.
Malcolm helped me at the cash register and the fitting rooms a couple of times when I’ve been there. He’s always super friendly and helpful whenever I need something. 10/10 experience :)
Uniqlo, it is kind of like McDonalds, they are pretty much the same worldwide. Except this one had a free Wi-Fi connection. As a tourist, I could connect to my wife to scout out the items she wanted remotely. I didnt recall that was available in Japan or HK. But it had been a few years since I visited a uniqlo. The shop is located close to the Denver Pavilion, a very convenient location in the mall street.Picking out T-shirt is my favorite activity, Denver uniqlo was no exception. They are stylish at a very reasonable price.
I was treated in a very rude fashion by one of the employees there. I removed my mask for 2 seconds to drink water and the employee told me to put my mask on in an incredibly disrespectful fashion, citing this was my one and only warning before she kicked me out. Very poor way to treat a very loyal customer
I wish every US clothing store was like this. I have Sensory Processing Disorder. Clean well spaced items, easy to view. No loud music, no hovering sales people, no extra seams, logos, or scratchy fast fashion bullcrap textures that go out of style in 3 months. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed clothing shopping. I was able to tolerate being in a store for more than 20 minutes which means I was able to buy more than 1 or 2 items in a single trip. The womens jeans were sized by inches, not made up numbers. Pricing was comparable to target but quality was much better. This will probably be my new go to clothing store.
If you havent stopped here do so and look around some of the best is in the back...LOVE THE SOCKS!
Great store. Two floors!
Have been waiting for quite some time for my girlfriend to get their Animal Crossing shirts. The first release date came and went they didnt have that we were told to come back the 21st of June. We did the manager said we dont have them theyre not even listed online when you can plainly see them on the website. The manager had no interest in looking or trying to help I will not be returning.
A little bit of everything but no.. BUSTED WHEELIN N DEALIN
Its good but they closed the fitting rooms while i was there so i couldnt try on some items i wanted to buy. covid friendly!
I love Uniqlo. The store was clean and had a great selection. The employees were nice and didnt hound you about sales. All our clothes fit amazingly even though the dressing rooms were closed. I will be going back often.
Love uniqlo, their clothes are great and its fun to visit there
Holy hell, this place is amazing! Best clothing for super reasonable prices! Staff is super rad and the store is immaculate. Must visit if you never have.
Great store for best summer and winter has to offer.
Warmest store in Denver. Warmest winter products. I swear by their heat tech line.
There is a layer of dust on everything in this store. You can never find an employee and when you do they never speak english so whats the point. What is up with the music in here. I dont know what is going on.
Why is it absolutely impossible to find a store number or talk to anyone when you call the main customer service line? And if there is no one working in customer service, why have I been on hold for an hour? Im just wanting to place an order with the Denver store. Terrible service!
The first time inside of a Uniqlo. All of my my shopping has been online, when I visited Denver. The experience did not disappoint. I was honestly overwhelmed by the sheer volume of styles. The staff was helpful and able to bring me back to my where I needed to be.Uniqlo is a great brand and the store was intense but cool to see.
Spacious store with a wide variety of options. The cashier seems to be in a bad mood and did not inform us that undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned as he should have.
Not for everyone but as any other clothing store for fans of Uniqlo is a great place. Good prices. Now you cannot try the cloths in the store so I decided not to buy new items that I did not know if they will fit me right. I just bought shirts. Friendly employees
Nice big store. Has clothing for everyone from infants to adults. Large selection of items. There are two levels. Nice spread out store. Easy to browse through. Theres usually a good sale selection too. The prices overall are good. Its a good place to find fun t-shirts too.
No more Victoria secret ... What is a girl to do now
Cool store, kind of pricey, clothes were a bit bland, trendy I guess.
Clothes are great quality and worth the price.
I have great experience returning an item from online shopping and trying a few items at a fitting room. Staff are polite and helpful, it was a seamless experience. I would definitely purchase when I need to update my closet or for gifts. Its unfortunate and a bit inconvenient that I can neither return or exchange online. I didnt exchange in-store because I dont want to have to come back and return/exchange in-store again.
I wear tights for work and I love their tights. They’re strong. The knit ones though i needed a larger size. They’re not made for someone with a larger bottom area. The heat thermo items are warm.I also bought slack pants and skirts for work from them. They’re great quality. The pants have an elastic band on them that do squeeze the mid area so be cautious of this.I’m also more big on plant product made items and they had 100%wool that was reasonable and 100% cotton items
Interesting clothing store. I thought the store was supposed to be less expensive than the gap. It was not. If youre tall or large muscular man this store does not have selections that would fit you. If youre a double XL you can find nothing in the store to accommodate the gains and muscle you have from being an extraordinary athlete. The store is more for slight men and slight women. The store had a nice Ambience and layout however.
Very festive, but all the stores arent open.
Great as always. Good selection at good prices. Appreciate the fact that its always nice and tidy, never any clothes laying underneath overstuffed racks like 90% of clothing stores nowadays.
I liked the sock color options
Great staff, very friendly. I found that quality of the clothing was very good, and a good value as well. I think they have a great selection without being overwhelming. They also have on site tailoring, i bought three pairs of pants, and they were all hemmed for free and ready the same day!
I love the style of the clothes here! Very modern, but also my style : solid block colors. Everything is high quality and most importantly, fits me! Clothes are comfortable. Jackets are warm. A subtle plus side is that their products dont have a blaring logo showing on them like most other brands nowadays. Although it might not help them promote themselves, thats why Im doing this :)
I love Uniqlo. Great clothing, no branding, simple, stylish, and at a great price!
Love this store. Some disappointment with limited sizes.
I am so glad we finally have this store in Denver area. It is a wonderful store offering great prices on good products. You cant find better deals than this place. In addition to the great prices you will also find a store that is spot-on clean. And it is also very organized and not messy. You will also find staff walking around that are more than willing to help you out with any of your needs.I cannot think of a bad thing to say about the store.
High quality clothes with a modern casual Japanese inspiration. They tend to lean towards the skinnier fit, so unfortunately they no longer fit my athletic build. From what I recall they do not seem to carry anything bigger than a Large the last time I was there, you would need to visit their online store for that. Pricing is competitive with your average clothing retail store.
Boxy, shapeless garments that are good quality and a reasonable price. So depending on your style, youll love it or hate it.The dressing room music is unacceptably loud and repulses me from 5 yards away. Please bring ear plugs. They seem to have forgotten that there customer focus is not a 13 year old.The Merino wool sweaters are an excellent value and machine washable.
Great selection. Relatively simple styles (which I like) and comfortable, well made clothing. Prices are very reasonable.
Great and convenient location. However, I bought a long coat here for the first time and the cashier did not even bother to “neatly” fold my coat before putting it into the bag. Very unprofessional.
I had a layover in Denver and when I was riding the free mall ride this place caught my eye. The store is in a cool spot and I had been to one in New York so decided to stop inside. It’s a nice apparel store, however I experienced a problem and neither the store nor corporate would do much at all about it.I was searching for clearance and sale items and for whatever reason women’s t-shirts in a variety of colors and sizes were placed on the men’s side of the store on the very last row of shelves. I thought the shirt I picked out looked smaller than a normal medium but did not check to make sure it was a men’s shirt since that’s not something you normally do of course; you just assume it is.When I got back to Atlanta and was unpacking I finally noticed on the tag that it’s in fact a women’s shirt and at that point I was hundreds of miles from one of their stores. I called corporate and opened a case but the store didn’t think my incident warranted a small but full $6 refund since I never heard back from them.A corporate supervisor only offered me a $5 online promo code after I called back a couple weeks later and waited on hold for nearly 15 minutes which currently just equates to free shipping. They said it was a store purchase so there was nothing they could do but that I could mail it back to the store, which, after shipping would only equal around a $3 refund if the store ever processed my return.Although this small but growing outfitter has some neat clothing, some of which is decently priced, their complete refusal to handle such a small request means I won’t be shopping here in the future. If a customer isn’t worth a $10 online promo code then they can cherish what little money they got from my limited purchases but I’m unlikely making any more.
Clean store but no dress ties... Whats up with that?
Its a nice Uniqlo. I didnt even know we had one in Denver.
Good clothing options on a budget.
Thank youuu for coming to Denver! I love Uniqlo. Everything is great quality and very reasonably priced. And I love that theyll do free alterations on any pants you purchase (I believe as long as theyre over $20). The turnaround time is usually ~1 day. I do wish that Uniqlo was located in a more accessible mall (aka better/free parking), but Ill take what I can get. My friends from Texas came to Colorado for a ski trip and we came by and raided the heat tech section. Those fleece-lined leggings are heaven. And I officially need to stop buying ultra light down jackets and vests. I just cant get over how compact and lightweight they are, yet so warm! And they keep coming out with more great colors. Uniqlo is awesome. The end. P.S. If you order online and for whatever reason need to return an item, you can do so at the store and avoid paying the return shipping charge.
Diggs
Very nice clean
I personally really like Uniqlo and have been their customer for some time. They are one of the few clothing stores that sell t-shirts for a decent price in great quality although I would love to see more graphic tee options for women..! Nevertheless, Uniqlo feature different artists for their printed tees, which I highly appreciate. This particular store has generally good customer service, clean and plenty of options for men and women.
Nice Uniqlo store with 2 floors and lots of selectionNot a real cheap as in the past and/or other locations? Maybe city center location have something to do with that. Also parking in the city center is an issue. Best to go on Sunday
For the past year I have not shopped anywhere else but Uniqlo. For a skinny person like me, every time I go shopping my self confidence plummet. Not many places carry my size, and styles require curves. The clothing patterns at Uniqlo just fit my body better. If they run out of my size in store I can just order them online. Great selection, size ranges, and you really cannot beat the price. To top it all off, the colors and styles are perfect for minimalist like me. The items normally match with each other so well I dont need to spend time picking out my clothes anymore!!
Oh Uniqlo! Just happy they got one out here in Denver. Its a step up from H&M I feel quality wise with the same prices.
Its okay. The prices are a bit insane for what they sell when you can go to Target or Walmart for the same thing at half price or more. No sizes bigger than a large too. So if your a plus size male or female this is not the store for you.
Great selection of high quality modern clothes for reasonable prices. They carry smaller clothing sizes that are difficult to find in other stores. They will hem your pants for no additional charge.
Spacious, clean store. Style is mostly department store chic, with some articles of clothing showing subtle signs of Japanese influence. They also have a novelty clothing section featuring anime characters and references and some classic Edo Era Japanese artwork.
Bought swimming pants that were advertised as drying exceptionally quickly (or similar). In fact, they remain wet just as long as my other swimming pants. Wanted to return them due to unfulfilled promises, but that was declined. My experience: They have some good stuff, but they are not customer-friendly and respectful.
Some shops that are completely unique to the pavilions. One of a kind items keep me going back to see and find more !!
It is December 30th. I ordered some items on December 18th and they said it should be here by Christmas or the 26th. I even have an email confirming my order was ready and a tracking number. There has not been any confirmation that FedEx even has a package. I put in a support ticket. It took multiple days to get a reply and all they did was ask for my order number. I replied back the same day and guess what still waiting for an update. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I shop at Uniqlo all the time in other cities and I was happy to hear that they opened one in Denver. I needed pants tailored and they had horrible service. I was very upset and just left my pants there. The manager was NOT understanding and wasn’t willing to help a customer out.
I wanted to hate this place, but its a goldmine! Lots of great quality attire at good prices. For some reason youre not allowed to try on coats in the dressing room.... get a grip uniqlo
High quality stylish clothing at a decent value. A good bit of stuff is outdoors-focused and/or great for travel: for example, I got an incredibly light and packable winter jacket that is amazingly warm. Organization is a bit strange with both mens and womens on both floors.
One of my favorite places to shop! Unique-yet-simple is my favorite.
May I suggest a seating area for the husband while the wife’s shop?? Love this brand but too bad Kansas City doesn’t have one
Attentive employees, nice selection. Arrest happened while we were there, but it was handled pretty discreetly. Nice prices.
Like all the clothes. Really nice place to find merino wool.
Associates know theyre stuff! Well versed in product fits and materials.Next-Day alterations in most cases is so nice, Usually free with full priced purchase.
Great store! Great prices and clothing! The associates are friendly and the selection is fantastic!A quick story to further my beliefs that this store deserves 5 stars! I had a mix up with my purchase and I missed out on a limited offer. But I was able to talked to the associates about it and they had a manager speak to me. She was very kind, and not only did she make me feel heard, she took down my information and arranged for that special offer to be mailed to me! Wow!
Some of the best Japanese style and AMAZINGLY competitive pricing. The place to go for anything from formal wear to winter gear. My go to place
Ladies the pads in their bras and bra shirts are sewn in. No more post laundry reinsertion. Love it and don’t know why others don’t follow their lead.
Decent clothes for a decent price. Above average quality. Located on the 16th Street Mall and the Denver Pavillions. Big place. Very clean. Attentive staff and friendly. Plenty of options here if you hunt around. From business to street wear they have it, along with some great options for the kids.
Is new to Denver as off Fall 2016. Had a pretty good promotional period. I would agree with other comments stating that It is expensive. Specially for the area that it is located. But very nicely remodeled place. Hopefully it sticks around for a while.
Nice place. Clothes are comfortable and not too high prices. Working staff is very friendly and easy to reach.
Large store with good selection of gear. The new staff need more training as they made it painfully difficult to return a new/unopened shirt with receipt. Hopefully things turn around.
Very good clothing with all sorts of sizes and sorts, lots of comfortable wear.
There are so many cool clothes here! The light down jacket I got is so comfortable and I wear it almost daily.
Lots of great items but sizes run small and there arent always many options in size and color. Overall items are well priced and pieces are wear and tear appropriate. Its downtown so you have to pay to park or walk.
Uniqlo has been my clothing home for years. Im glad to be near one again. The sizes, style, and price are all perfect for me. This location is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly.
Difficult to find someone working on the floor to ask questions. Very good prices and really like my new Airism tank. I can’t wait to try out my new heat tech long underwear.
