Beautiful store with lots of things to see and feel for all fashion tastes.

The employees here are so wonderful. There was a gentleman working in the evening who was very nice to us (even though we were there 30min after closing-oops, sorry). When I can back the next day the woman working there was also very sweet and helpful. Thank you guys very much for welcoming us!(I also bought 2 felt hats and they are sicccc)

I bought a hat from here 2 years ago and it is like brain new! Great quality!I went there and ask for help to print something and the person on the reception very well mannered young gentleman helped me without any hesitation!I love to support nice educated and friendly people! Did not make a purchase. A male employee chose to follow me around the store as if I were a criminal. I did not appreciate the insult. All other employees were friendly and attentive.

Parking is a bit iffy and will get more difficult as covid restrictions ease. Panhandlers are in the area. Very nice store but pricey. Very friendly staff. Some items were on sale.

Checked this store out on a whim. The woman with the black curls and friendly way was nice, helpful, and seemed genuine. However in the middle of our checkout another lady (older, white), who was possibly a manager, and forced a switch where she packed our hats and she didnt acknowledge us and almost grabbed our copy of the receipt and then rudely said enjoy your hats. Maybe Im a Midwestern girl used to people being more polite, but Id say she needs to work on her customer service. She can take some pointers from the woman with the dark curls and nice voice.

I was enthralled with the quality of the products in this establishment. During my visit and exploration of this business. I found many amazing items clothes, hats jackets, rugs, plus much much more. I ended up getting a forever pillow for my daughter which she loves its been her favorite thing its soft and comfy and she will be able to use it for the rest of her life.

I could spend all day in this store. Friendly staff, never pushy but ready to help if you need them. I will be visiting again soon.

Went in there with my pregnant wife to look around and were glared at, given dirty looks and treated very coldy like we were homeless people coming in off the streets and they were just barely tolerating our presence.The wife and I were doing work around the house today so not dressed to the nines but we werent sloppy either by any means.If you go to this place they will judge you on appearance and treat you accordingly.My wife saw some boots she wanted but Ill just order something similar were I wont be treated like garbage 😒 just because Im not dressed in a suit today.

I did not purchase anything from this store, but I had a pleasant experience walking through it. It was rather a unique store, I liked how soft some of the clothes or accessories were. Its on the more expensive side, in terms of the clothing. Especially the jackets, since most of them seemed to have fur and leather. Overall it was a cool store.

I cannot recommend this store enough - the staff is incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. Ive gotten several gifts here, for both native Coloradans as well as visitors, and everyone is always happy. Plus, when they dont have what Im looking for, theyve called other stores (that arent theirs!) to make sure I can find the items Im looking for. Will continue to recommend this place to everyone I meet.

I had been looking for a leather coat for a long time. This store was exactly what I needed, they had a great selection, reasonable prices, and the staff was very eager to help as needed. If you want the best quality products and amazing customer service I highly recommend this store.

They have a pretty decent selection of leather coats, but I feel like for the quality of the product they are selling they have really steep prices. They have had some decent deals, but when I buy a leather jacket for $500 I expect it to last over ten years with proper care. For that 500 price range from this store I felt you wouldnt get that. The material felt very thin and cheap unfortunately. However, Im not expert so check it out for your self.

Was there this past Sunday with my father who was visiting. While wandering around I hear one of the women who work there verbally berate my father for trying to use a mirror that the group of customers she was trying to make a sale with was using.I promptly grabbed him and we left. Youd think retailers who sell overpriced goods would be a bit more customer friendly.Hard pass on ever going here again.

Honestly I dont know much about sheep skin or leather but the workers at the store were super friendly and entertained us while we were trying everything on, probably knowing we werent going to buy anything. Also the store was about to close but they were absolutely patient and pleasant.

I was looking to buy some hats and some other apparel and this older blonde haired lady came up to me asking me if I needed help with something. I replied yes Im looking at some hats she then says the store is about to close soon, the exit is this way. She basically kicked me out when the store was still full of other customers. I found this very rude of her. This was my first time coming here and will be my last.

Lovely shop with very nice outerwear options. They have everything from shoes to coats and all are exceptional quality. This store is not inexpensive but equally, you know what you buy here will last a very long time.The staff is pretty friendly but can be difficult to get someone if they are busy.

This is a very nice store, with very, very nice merchandise. It is priced accordingly; there are many clothing items (mostly the coats) over $1000 in here.

A quality product and a quality buying experience. I phoned the Denver store from a job site to make sure I was ordering the correct product, a good sized sheepskin rug - actually to be used for my very aging Australian Cattle Dog. Sales associate Patrick Murphy blew me away with his customer service and the time he spent helping me make a selection - texted actual photos of the items in-stock and colors available, took my order on my cell phone, explained the cleaning process and return policy, and had already sent me an invoice before I even got home. He guaranteed 1 day shipping and was spot on from the Denver store, and even followed up with a handwritten note to make sure I was completely satisfied. Exceptional customer service and a fine piece of sheepskin too. 5 Thumbs Up for Patrick and for Overland!

This is one of my favorite shops, they carry everything leather. Slippers in sizes that you wont find anywhere else, high quality in all items. Handbags, wallets, jackets, vests, hats and oh so much more. You could go really crazy in Overland Sheepskin Co. I know I will.

Never shop here.. They watched and did nothing while an elderly woman just out front of their store was assulted and did nothing.. I watched the woman beg their security guard to call for help.. The guard said stay away from me..Then I listened as the paid witness lied to police about what happened.. Wow... Denver not NICE... Since you dont care about people ..why should we care about you.. I will broadcast this worldwide.. Epic fail on overlands part..

Cool shop but not really my style

I came in to buy a sheepskin for my new apartment, hoping to find some American-sourced options. I was not greeted when I came in, but someone coming in behind me immediately got a Hello. I said hello when there was no response, but the sales rep shot me a hi and rushed past. I turned to see a black man, not dressed like the business men populating that street that time of day, but clean and kempt. Regardless of the mans appearance, this saleswomans following actions were uncalled for. She pursued him as he headed to the mens area, demanding, What are you looking for? ... When did you see those boots in the window? ...What did they look like? while he clearly was on a mission and did not requite assistance. Her questions were aggressive, accusatory, and unprovoked. I witnessed this since I was actually trying to get some assistance. Finally, I was able to ask my question and got a blunt answer and she redirected her focus before I could follow up. I repeatedly had to steal her attention as she followed this man uncomfortably close. This obvious racial profiling was incredibly disturbing in a hub of such a progressive city. There are ways of dealing with suspicious activity in a high-end store, but there was nothing suspicious in my eyes and, regardless, the action taken was disgusting.

As a previous reviewer wrote, some employees are decidedly unfriendly to dark-skinned customers. My husband and I noticed a male employee closely following an African-American customer, clearly watching that persons every move. Of course, I dont know if the store had some previous history with this person and had some reason to suspect that the customer was up to no good. Even giving the store employee the benefit of the doubt here, his hounding of the customer prevented him from devoting any attention to other customers, like my husband and me. After not being greeted, and not being helped, for over 10 minutes, we left. Obviously, the employees there have their priorities.
