Store associate was very helpful in purchasing two sunglasses. The store was running a buy one, get another x% off promotion. I also had a $25 off two separate Oakley purchases from my credit-card, so the store billed the purchase as two separate transactions and still gave me the in-store x% discount.I got the Radar EV Advancers for my friend and the Radarlock Paths (low-bridge fit) for myself. The associate gave me good advice for the Road lenses, which give good light transmission and clarity.Satisfied with the Radarlock Paths. Theyre great for cycling, volleyball and running. Good coverage for vision, but doesnt have great airflow which prevents sweat evaporation. Unobtainium polymer has good grip on the nose.
I do water sports and cycle and I was appreciative that the sales associate listened to my needs and then provided me a choice that did not involve buying two separate pairs of glasses. I really appreciated his knowledge and he took the time to explain to me which glasses would work interchanging lenses. Great service.

Goldie is the best! I am a long-time Oakley sun-glasses fan. I noticed that the current model Radar EV Path offers a better flat-light lens than the lens that I had for my 15-year-old Pitch frames. Goldie went out of his way to locate the flat-light lens at another Oakley store. Goldie also set me up with two additional lenses--one for everyday and another for bright sunny days. Oakley offers an attractive discount if you trade in your old frames! Goldie is very knowledgeable and service oriented, looking out for the best interests of his customers!

Great experience. I had an older pair of sunglasses. The staff was great. Three of them helped me find some replacement parts and lenses. They thoroughly cleaned the frames (badly in need) and helped me look on the outlet for additional parts.
On vacation here in Denver and forgot my Oakleys at home so stopped by this location. Employees were very helpful and courteous real cool folks helped me out to customize a new pair of sunglasses and be on my way.
Im not sure the name of the employee who helped me, but he was exceptional. I cracked a pair of snowboard goggles in the terrain park recently. Told him I wanted to replace the lens if possible. He did just that, then explained the safety feature that saved my eyes, saying the frame cracked instead of splintered on purpose. He shared his own experience with Oakley products as well. Super helpful/knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Not only were the staff friendly, professional, and attentive, after spending almost 700$ on prescription glasses, Tristan noticed a scratch on my new glasses, called me right away, and let me know, that new lenses were being made, and that I could just keep both pairs of lenses. Extremely satisfied with their customer service, and will be a longtime customer because of this!

First, I must state that the crew working on the afternoon of Jan 25, 2020 was phenomenal! If it werent for them, this would be the lowest score I could give.When attempting to purchase a specialty pair of sunglasses, the point of sale system broke down in the middle of the transaction. When the store manager called Oakleys retail tech support, he was assured that the problem would be resolved quickly, however, quickly soon devolved into a three hour wait as I watched tech support stumble through a remote support login session!Why wouldnt a massive company like Oakley have better technical support for their retail locations? Better yet, why is Oakley still using Windows 7 for its point of sale platform when the world knows it no longer receives security updates?Again, highest praise for the crew in your store, they are all-stars and deserve recognition. Lowest of BOOs for your technical support staff! You can afford better Oakley!
Amazing customer service
Despite having some issues finding the specific model I was looking for (Racing Jacket; Oakley has got to stop dropping good products from their B & Ms), the salesperson assisting me was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. I have also custom built pairs at this location before, and the staff are always extremely patient and receptive during the process. Its a shame Oakley dropped the Racing Jacket from the Cherry Creek retail location, but you definitely cant beat the customer service at this location. Kudos!
Had seen a pair of sunglasses in the store while on vacation. Stupidly we didnt buy them then and waited until we got home. Tried to order them on the Oakley website and what a mess. Anyways, I knew they had them here so I called and got Jake on the phone. He was awesome and helped get me the glasses we wanted. He shipped them out quickly and was very prompt in getting me the invoice and tracking info. Great experience! Highly recommend dealing with Jake.
Staff were a bite standoffish and then when we started to ask them questions they were pushy. They didnt have what we wanted in stock, which is probable given an ongoing sale. However, they did not recommend another location or offer to call around. They werent crowded as expected given how busy the mall they are located in was.
Unbelievable good service from the Assistant Store Manger - Drew. I came in to have some glasses done. I brought in my prescription from MY eye doctor. When I put the new glasses on, I could not see!! I was besides myself as I knew I had just paid a considerable amount (I have no insurance) on glasses and I could not see! I got a second eye test to realize the first prescription was totally wrong! I went back to Oakley expecting to have to pay again as it was not their fault. Drew told me Oakley stands by their product with a 90 day guarantee. He took my second prescription and had another set of lenses made AT NO COST. He assumed the responsibility which was not his by standing by their guarantee promise and fixed my problem! The customer service was superb. Oakley stands by their quality and that is very rare in todays world. Thank you Drew!

Very displeased with the service I received today. Greg the Manager was the individual I had the pleasure of interacting with today. He was cold, rude, and made my girlfriend and I feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. His overal meloncoly attitude was almost tangible within the store. And we could not get out of there fast enough. We went to return a pair of sunglasses that have quite literally never been worn. We had the glasses themselves and the cloth sleeve they came in, however the cardboard box was thrown away. We were told that a return was completely out of the question because the card board box was missing. If these are the rules I accept that, we didnt have the original packing for the full return to be complete. What I do not accept is made to feel silly, and talked down to when I asked if an exception could be made, I mean, its literally a paper box, I didnt think it was a huge deal. But I guess Greg thought otherwise. This brand lost a customer today because of this individuals extremely poor attitude.
The sales person was very helpful in picking out new lenses and accessories for my wife. He even cleaned my sunglasses all up while we were there.

Words can not describe how unhappy and dis-satisfied I was upon trying to shop there yesterday. Employees that dont know or cant find pricing, and cant be bothered to help the customer beyond saying thats how it is. No effort put into trying to help me get a new pair of glasses. I wont be back and I will tell anyone that will listen how poor the customer service is there. Ridiculous.
