The young man who picked me up was very pleasant. Juan Carlos was very pleasant and we had a nice conversation all the way to the shop. When I walked in the shop I was greeted by several people. Rich recognized me and although he was with someone else, made it a point to acknowledge and greet me with a smile. I was immediately introduced to Gustavo and Jacob and then Bill. They worked together to make the process pleasant. I was really happy with the efforts everyone was putting into the process. All in all awesome team work from beginning to end. And today I still really like my vehicle.

He was the only one that approached us when we got there asked great questions to get to know my needs and walked around with us and looked at all the cars ensuring he didnt miss a potential car he didnt see in inventory. Was the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Benny was talking to me for a while and I was finally able to get in there and sit down and talk with him. He was hands down the best. Whatever you do don’t go here for your car purchase! My wife was rear ended and our car was totaled. We chose to visit AutoNation North and we decided on a car. Immediately after bringing the car home we started having problems. First it was a disconnected gas line and now it needs a new transmission. When we took the car in for the gas line we were still within the time we could return the vehicle. So we brought up the issues with the transmission. They told us everything was good and to come get the car. A week later the car is not running properly. It began surging on the highway and bucking. We took it back and they now told us the transmission needed to replaced. Thankfully that is still under warranty so they told us they would get it fixed. Two weeks later we are trying to get updates We made countless calls to the service department manager Ben, who never returned our call. When we were finally able to get information we find out they have been sending all of our info to a stranger because they did not record our contact information correctly. We finally find the dodge dealership it’s at and they informed us our car was just dropped off in their parking lot. They were not expecting it. We voiced the issues we have been having with autonation and they told us they hear that a lot and they don’t like working with them.To top it off! When we’re voicing our concerns with the car to AutoNation. They had the nerve to tell a costumer who just handed over a $10,000 check that if we financed we wouldn’t have gotten a car with issues.Save yourself the time and stress. Take that extra couple hours to look around. I regret doing business with AutoNation. I will never return nor will I have ever send someone to them !

Tin helped me get my dream car. I spent almost 12 months looking for a car, and getting jerked around by a ton of dealers all over the country. I called this place at nine in the morning, and walked out with the car before the day ended. They are extremely transparent. Everyone else who works here also seems incredibly nice and helpful. I couldn’t be more happy with this place. Definitely worth the $100 Uber ride

BUYER BEWARE!! 🚨The sales manager Hayden Cook as well as the manager in the service department Benton Allen were the absolute worst when it came to helping me fix the problem with a brand new vehicle I bought there. Hayden told me he couldnt do a thing about helping me with the breaks because he doesnt make the vehicles. When I asked him for the number to GM he stated he didnt know that either. How can you not back a product that you sell to a customer and on top of that do absolutely nothing to help them with the product you sold them. My breaks had been squeaking for months in both hot and cold weather Benton told me another vehicle was having the same problem and not to worry the warranty would cover it. After I get there he tells me they will only put stop squill on them which is just a bandaid and by the way the warranty doesnt cover that. Totally waisted my time and lied to me from the beginning. I paid $200 for a bandaid on a brand new vehicle I will never take my vehicle back there for service and regret purchasing a vehicle from this place. Hayden and Benton should be ashamed of doing business this way.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a no-charge service to be completed on the emissions exhaust on my Equinox. Scheduling was easy and I even got a 48-hr reminder to confirm. Upon dropping my vehicle off at 7am before work and a thorough inspection, I was told that my car would benefit from an alignment and I agreed to this $149 service to be completed with the recall repair. When I got checked in inside, they let me know that they didnt actually have the parts to complete the recall service repair and that I would have to bring it in at a later date for the repair when the parts were available. Despite being frustrated by this and the fact that I wasnt called ahead of time, I agreed to leave my car with them to have the alignment completed. I received a text from my service coordinator that said I had a small leak in my water pump and that I should have that repaired at almost $1,500. I declined the service and paid for just the alignment. I was told there was a national shortage on the parts needed for the recall repair and that it was unknown when it could be completed. I ended up calling a different dealership in Lakewood (Emich) and they said the local Denver warehouse has ~100 of these parts and that they can complete the service for me next week. I appreciated the careful review of my vehicles systems, including the water pump, by the folks at AutoNation, but it appears that they were looking for ways to get me to their dealership and charge me for services when all I wanted was for the recall repair to be taken care of. Everyone was so incredibly nice, but it felt like such a scam to me and I was so disappointed in the entire experience.

We were on vacation and broke down on I70 in the middle of rush hour. Had the suburban towed to AutoNation North. Ashleigh in the service department was amazing!! She was so helpful and assisted us in making the best of our situation. I was assigned an agent to keep me updated on my cars progress! and she Bonnie! said the best way to contact her, was through text! that did not work! I had to call the service center to get any answers! and the only one who was able to take care of things was Becky and Ashleigh! those two gals Amazing! however the mechanic that was assiged to my car did not come in till 9 or 10 am and my car was at your facility for 14 days and I was not given a loaner car! as there are none to give, so I had to rent a car to the tune of$1500.00... was not happy with the time frame! and i a, going to have to bring the car back for the 3rd time to get the same issues fixed, as they were not able to find the problem as they had to put dye in to find the leak! so its a matter of time!

Had appointment for diagnostic check (as transmission kicked in hard from a dead stop when auto start kicked on) and an oil change was close to being due. Cancelled the diagnostics because of the volume of auto repairs was going to have to leave the car 2 to 3 weeks and could not be without the car that long at this time so auto nation was able to cancel the diagnostic and keep the appointment for the oil change- it went well and even recommended wiper blades which we needed badly. Car was ready in a couple of hours and all went well. Thank you auto nation especially an employee by the name of Benton Allen he went beyond making sure we were satisfied.

I appreciate how professional Benton was with his attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. He ensured I was shuttled home in a timely manner as it was agreed prior that the car had to be left for majority of the day to repair the A/C. I was impressed that he gave me his direct number to the dealership, if I would have any questions at a later point and therefore would receive immediate assistance. I was completely satisfied with my car repair experience!

We came here with no real expectations, got them raised tremendously by empty talk and then dashed by disappointments.We came to buy a Toyota sienna we found online and it looked good. It had a front and rear silver bumper bar and rims. Thankfully they replaced the bald tires or itd be a 1 star.They promised us they worked with canvas credit union and the process would be seamless. They promised us the car would be fully detailed inside and outIt took 3 hours for my parents to get the financing done. Simply waiting for canvas because it wasnt seamless.They removed the silver bumper bars we really ended up liking, we even mentioned it to the salesperson and manager who got involved (found some defects, they would not budge on the price at all. We werent trying to get him involved, but he did for whatever reason)The van only got detailed in the front, some stains in the back were still there and the outside was almost not touched.Not a fun experience. Even though I said wed be back for my dads wrangler we shall be avoiding autonation. I just said that during the hype of how wonderful they were. Mere empty words.

I scheduled an appointment to view a truck at this dealership. When I arrived, the salesperson I made an appointment with wasnt there, and I was told that 3 other people were currently in the process of buying that same truck. I wouldve very much appreciated a phone call letting me know that the truck was already in the process of being sold, before I spent 30 minutes driving one way to see it. The truck was also in very poor condition, it wasnt even safe enough to take on a test drive. I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing any vehicle from here.

We sold a car to Auto Nation over a month ago and they still have not paid off our loan. We have called the salesman, the business office, have asked to speak to managers, etc and everyone continues to Ignore us and give us the run around. They have had our car for a month and it is up for sale but they refuse to pay off the loan. This has been a horrible experience to the point we have to contact the Attorney General’s office to try to get this resolved. They are being dishonest and won’t pay for the car they purchased. Totally unethical!

Spent about 6 hours here working out a deal on a truck. 5 hours in, they tell me my warranty is included in the out the door price. 6 hours in, im talking to their manager who confirmed they lied to me about the warranty to get the sale.Walked out, no sale.Omar was great, their loan manager lied about the warranty, their finance manager lied to me trying to convince me to buy by lying about other chevrolet dealerships, saying that you cannot negotiate price or warranty at any dealership.All in all, horrible experience because of all the lies.

I took my 2020 Silverado High Country to get serviced on 6/17/21 and was told it was fixed and I could pick up my truck on 7/2/21. When I picked up my truck they told me that the service technician thought it was fixed, but it wasnt and a part needed to be ordered. It is now 8/3/21 and I still havent heard back from anyone at AutoNation although I have called in multiple times and even spoken with Service Managers. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I recently purchased this car from Auto Nation West Subaru, about 5 months ago. I started experiencing some issues with car and it not running properly so I decided to bring it in for a diagnostics test. The test costed me $179 only to find out all the problems were maintenance things like spark plugs. I honestly believe these maintenance items should have been taken care of prior to me purchasing the car, but that is a different issue with your sales department. Anyway I did not have $1800 for regular maintenance items at the time and upon pick up of my car I was floored that I would not receive a statement of needed repairs or recommended maintenance. The service manager stated he could work something out and keep the stated prices without charging me another diagnostics for a week. A WEEK!!!!!! Are you kidding me? And I dont even get a list of recommendations? Emich Chevrolet charges $100 for a diagnostics test and they present you a statement of needed services that is good for 6 months without having to pay for another diagnostics test. My mistake was choosing Auto Nation and it sucks because your customer service levels are outstanding but the way you conduct business is horrible.

I brought my car to this dealership, where it was originally purchased in 2017, and has its routine maintenance. Last time I brought it in for an oil change, (which we purchased a package of oil changes when we bought the car) was told by an advisor that the transmission fluid needed routine maintenance. The advisor told me he would schedule it for me that day before I left. Then he was too busy with other customers to schedule it, but would call me to get it scheduled. This never happened. I recently brought the car in for another oil change, which I scheduled the transmission fluid maintenance as well, and was upsold on wiper blades, and an alignment, which I decided would be a good idea with Colorado roads and winter coming up. I knew the transmission flush was going to be pricy but the oil change should have been no cost. I left the vehicle, knowing it would be several hours. As predicted, 3 hours later, the advisor called to tell me there was a problem with the alignment and that our tie rods were rotten and frozen and needed to be replaced, to the tune of $800+. We chose to decline the tie rods and alignment and would investigate that on our own. The car has 40,000 miles on it, is 4 years old, and performs flawlessly, so for it to need tie rods was highly unlikely. We get the the car home, on a rack, and there is nothing wrong with the tie rods at all. They are still like brand new. So in calling the dealership, I talked to a service manager, who consulted with the tech. The reasoning was that he couldnt get a bolt lose to do the alignment. So really? Youre going to charge me $800+ because you cant get a boot loose? If we were reliant on their honesty, we would have paid it and never have been the wiser that we didnt need tie rods. So, because of this, we will never bring another vehicle to this dealership for maintenance again. And also, I was charged for an oil change too, but didnt figure it was worth mentioning that it should have been covered under the deal we pre-purchased.

Brought my truck in for an oil change and to have a warranty squeaking issue in the rear end looked at. No info was given to me about the squeaking issue and have yet to receive a call in regards to it. Picked the truck up and the advisor I worked with was already gone and nobody else knew what was going on. I have brought my truck previously to another Chevy dealership that also didnt fix the problem. At this point Im very upset with GM and how they are handling this issue. Even though this is a warranty problem it looks like I will have to pay my trusted mechanic to fix the problem.The number that you gave to talk to your general manager is just the generic call center for AutoNation dealerships. You couldnt even give me the direct dealership number?? Why even bother putting a number if its not going to be the person I should be speaking with?

The worst Customer Service and Service I ever dealt with. We bought a Cadillac SRX there and we had trouble with it right away. I took it to the Service Dept. to get fixed and they failed. Weve had 4 trips to get it fixed and its obvious the part wasnt changed ever. We havent put 1,000 miles and had it 4 months yet they keep ignoring us. BEWARE they will NOT back their cars or service. No call from any managers after several attempts to reach them.I am adding that I took elsewhere and they found and fixed the problem Auto Nation North Couldnt find. It shows besides their lack of customer service is only exceeded by their ineptness.

I asked them to fix the oil leak and they ended up quoting me $1000 and fixing something that might not have need fixed... got the van back and it was still leaking badly... then they quoted me $2500 more to fix the original problem... it was a pre-purchase inspection and if I would have known it was $3500 to fix, I would not have purchased the vehicle. They told me it was $1000 so I did. Now I have a money pit. Of course, no owning up by the dealership or making it right. Finding a good mechanic is like finding gold... looks like I found coal this time.

Dropped my car (2018 Malibu with 23k miles) off to have it looked at on Thursday, Sept 9th, 2021. This was the second time as the prior issue was having it towed down due to it not starting (they replaced the battery...odd). The reason I brought it in this time was for maintenance and to have electrical looked at as the vehicle would intermittently start, locked me out a few times, and stranded me 3 times. I was not communicated with for 3 days, I called and text on Monday the 13th, with no response. Called again on Tuesday the 14th, and Bonnie went to check on the status. Come to find out paperwork never made it to the technician. My car had been sitting there for 6 days. I find this very concerning. I received a phone call later in the day on Tuesday saying my car was done (alignment, oil change. I asked about the electrical issue and they told me the battery cables were loose! See above about previous battery change...Im honestly appalled..When I picked it up they asked me to give a 10 on the survey. Im a bit tired of being asked this question as this is not how surveys are supposed to work. I quickly filled out the survey only with high scores so I would not be held up and given a sales pitch on the survey. I have purchased the extended protection plan and honestly feel trapped in this location as it seems limited to only this location. If I can service my vehicle somewhere else, that would benefit me greatly. Sorry to do this Autonation, however, this is a common issue with this location, lack of communication is an ongoing problem. Im tired...

This was my second attempt in a year to look at a vehicle from here. The first time I had called and asked if a vehicle was available so that I wouldnt travel the 50+ miles for nothing. I arrived the same day and was told the vehicle was sold the day prior. It felt like I was lied to in an attempt to rope me in. They showed me other vehicles they had which was not in my price range. This time I reached out regarding a vehicle which was listed at a good price. When I got a response, I was given a different price which showed on the brochure as updated on the day I requested information and the price was raised by $599. When I asked why the price went up, I was told it wasnt and that it included the dealer fee. When I sent the ad I was viewing from them with pricing, I was flat out told the price with the added fee was the price they had advertising and I was wrong. I dont do business with liars, especially when I gave you a chance to tell the truth. I will not be doing business here and neither will my friends or family.

Im not 100% sure what to say in as few words as possible. The experience of buying my car was very good. I dealt with David Rodgers & Jacob Medina who were very attentive to me, and the gentleman who ran my loan paperwork was very friendly. Almost everything (including loan prequalification) was done via text and email with David up until I was able to make the drive down to see the car and test drive it with Jacob. They made it incredibly easy. For that, I would give Autonations 5 stars. However, there was an issue with the front camera in the car which, come to find out, their glass company was completely inept in handling, and after a MONTH of dealing with this (post-purchase) I finally lost my temper with both the glass company and Autonations (Im sorry that Ashley in service received the brunt of it, when Ben was out of the office). It was McDonald Mazda West that finally got me on the road with a properly working smart city braking camera, after they took over communications with both Autonations and the inept glass company (Premier Auto Glass). Lesson learned: if you have a Mazda specific issue, take the vehicle to a Mazda dealer or someone who is capable of handling Mazda issues. David, Jacob, Ashley, and McDonald Mazda West deserve the kudos for treating their customers right.

My car sat on your lot for 2 weeks before I called and it dawned on everybody that they never put in a repair order for my car then a month goes by before a third party locksmith could come out to replace the keys for the original one of the problems the car was in for. My service advisor could not remember after multiple phone calls why the car was in at one point I called him and said hows the four-wheel alignment going and he says were looking at the power steering like you requested. When the job to be done was a four-wheel alignment utterly disgusted in this experience. If it wasnt for my warranty I would not be bringing my car to this dealership ever.

The worst experience ive had trying to buy a car..i looked at a truck then the next day i had like 3 different sales associate calling my phone telling me different things and different prices then when i went back to the dealership to purchase the truck the manager told me something different than the sales associate on the phone.. it seems like theyll say anything to get you to come in. the stereotypical shady sales associate is what they have at autonation Chevrolet. i bought a car from autionation GMC Buick and it was such different experience.. it was comfortable and easy. worked with one sales associate and he was extremely helpful and honest.

Not only were they professional and friendly, they went above and beyond to help me in my vehicle purchase and never once did I feel any salsey tactics or pressure from them. First complaint is that when I called to schedule an appointment on July 5th I had to wait until the 21st to drop off my vehicle. When I dropped it off I was told it would be another 5 days until they could look at it, then I didn’t get a call back that they were looking at it until July 30th. That turnaround time was awful and almost twice as long as promised. When I dropped my car off I mentioned I had a check engine light and issue with AC. I paid for a diagnosis but that did not include checking the AC, and I wasn’t told that until I was called to pick the vehicle up where I was told that would be an additional $240. I did pay for an oil change as well and the oil life on the vehicle was not reset which causes me to question if that was even done. Additionally when I was called with results of the diagnosis there were a myriad of issues listed but none of them were included on the diagnosis sheet I received so now I don’t have a list of the findings. Overall I feel like I received no value for the price I paid and the time I wasted waiting for the services, I will definitely bring my vehicle elsewhere in the future and recommend any of my friends or family to avoid this dealership unless their car is already under warranty there.

I was looking for a specific vehicle at a certain price. I was told on a thursday they had what I was looking for and we set up an appointment to look at it on friday. I drove the 2 hours here first thing friday morning to be told that they didnt actually have it but there was similar ones that cost substantially more than what I was told. Really an overall bad experience. Had a nice vehicle for trade and they want to low ball you. Was at another lot a week prior and was offered over a 1k more l. Said that’s what it books for as trade which I knew was a lie cause I do my work and know it was over a grand more then what they said. They Wouldn’t budge. As we all know they do so they can make double on profit when putting it on lot. Was interested in 2011 ram with 132k asking 18,999. They could only do a few years on financing and the Payment was to high wouldn’t work for us. We asked they go through Ent where we have another loan with and they tried for a longer term but was denied cause they only booked that truck at 14k not 19k. Which they failed to say to us cause I’m sure they didn’t want us to know that. We were just told that they could do a lower term with 5k down. Which would ah e been the difference cause of the highly over price vehicle. And had some issues small but for the price you would expect everything to work. Also looked at a Ford F-150 for 14999 with 190k miles. Had a back up camera not even hooked up which was one thing they made sure to point out. You would think these things would work before they put on lot. Also switches that went to nothing but I was still willing to take it but they still wanted thousands down and the payments would have been the same as the ram for 19k lol. Just didn’t add up. And even that was over priced a little bit not as bad as the ram. And instead of trying to get us to buy we were told we were better off just keeping our truck. They even took the truck we were looking at and parked it back cause they knew we weren’t budging from our monthly target. I won’t be going back to this lot due due to their highly overpriced vehicles and unwilling to budge on trade and there vehicle price. Another thing I thought was funny is their sticker says no hassle price what you see is what you pay but tack on other fees when they bring the paper out.

Ashlie was very helpful, but the costs and the process was not. Charging for each individual issue for diagnostics seems like a money grab. and then when they couldnt prove an issue to the warranty inspector I got charged the 179.00 eventhough the others where proven.

Service was good but would not go back. We were verbally attacked by one of the service techs. One of the guys grabbed a few of the free masks and a female rep was verbally abusive to him. We were told that we needed to ask permission first for the free masks on the counter.She was harsh and out of line with her tone and what she said. In this market does it make any sense to treat a customer poorly. With out your customers you have no job. This person who was located next to the wall needs to figure her job out.

As I returned for my vehicle, I had been asked if I had been helped. As I began to answer that I hadn’t an employee interrupted me by saying I was. Then we played a bounce the ball game to who was going to help me. I also asked about an issue I was having with my vehicle that I stated prior to drop-off. An employee from several seats over responded well have to have a specialist look at that. That had not been stated when we first communicated about the vehicle. Also I thought a 5 point inspection was included, I did not receive mine. Pretty upset about customer service, this is why I do not choose to take my vehicle here.

This could not have been caused by us only driving the vehicle that long. The management there does not care about customer service nor do they care about the quality of what they are selling!! Went in on Saturday and saw a vehicle I wanted. They told me I wouldnt be able to test drive it until Thursday but that they would hold it for me. I called to follow up Wednesday only to be told someone else was interested. I explained it was on hold and the general manager said if I wanted it held it would be a $1,000 nonrefundable charge.

Sales team is great but when it comes to the service team I disagree. Just the couple of times I have had an oil change it was covered because I received two for free because of the purchased of the vehicle. Well because they are free I just didnt feel like I was treated with the care a paying customer received. Also quick question but when on any oil change do they not top the windshield washer fluid? I thought that was basic but I didnt even get that maybe because I didnt purchase a new wiper blade from them. All in all I wont be returning for any car service. Never have had a nice experience with the serve team and there effort was below satisfaction.

This process was exactly that, a process. I inquired about this truck on October 20th. We just now picked up the truck. This caused me to miss a financing promo because you couldnt sell the truck. Apparently, there was no way to honor the promo.. upon running financing Hayden thought 3.49% with 800 credit score and $25,000 down was a great rate and great deal. Even went as far as saying if you think we can get better I can go wreak your credit by submitting to several other banks to get the same approval we have here already.. If it wasnt for Alex being so great through out this deal I would have spent my nearly $80,000 somewhere else. Alex is the only reason this deal went through. Alex gets a 10 out of 10. As far as taking care of the customer that gets a 4-5. Next to nothing was done to compensate for time, and run around with the whole process. Unreal.

The customer service was perfectly fine, but I’m a first time car buyer, and they explained nothing on the registration process to me. I have gone to the DMV 2 times now and will have to return a third due to the lack of awareness they had given me. I’m a busy person and try to fit these things into schedule and it pisses me off when something like this could of been so easily avoided if I was alerted previously. Not coming back that’s for sure.
