Denver Carpet & Flooring just replaced all the carpeting in our new home and did a great job. Barb, our initial point of contact, was great to work with on picking out the right product for us. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to work with. Liberiano installed the carpeting and completed the job in two days with about 2000 sq. ft. of carpeting. He did a great job, was super professional, and left the house clean and tidy. The schedule kept changing and we had to move our install several times and Denver Carpet & Flooring was super accommodating and really came through on short notice. All in all a great experience.

Everyone from sales to service to install were the best we have ever dealt with. Truly profession in every aspect. We have done business with a few other carpet places, but nothing has compared to Denver Carpet and Flooring. Our house wasnt ready for the install so Denver carpet held our carpet for 2 months while renovation was completed. I had to change install dates several times and they accommodated us each time. The install went great and we cant be happier with the choice we made.

I ended up going with another company simply because they had a carpet in stock that I really liked and could get installed quicker. However, I loved the selection and representative with this company the most. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative and gave really helpful feedback. Couldnt have been easier from the time they took the initial measurements to the finalization of the install. There was some lag time in between when I put in my deposit and when they received materials but that is probably more COVID-19 issues than their fault. Installer was great, fast, professional, and worked very hard to make sure the install was done in a timely fashion. All installation is done from in house contractors and they do not outsource the installation to a third party which Ive had issues with in the past.

We were looking to replace some carpet and tile in our condo with luxury vinyl. Denver Carpet and Flooring sent someone to give us an in-home consultation and quote, free of charge. The product quality we went with is phenomenal! The team that completed the demo and installation was meticulous. They talked us through some sub-floor issues and gave us a number of ways to solve the problem. They also managed to remove and re-install all of our old baseboards with no damage (we had the option to replace them but chose not to at the time). They treated our home and space like their own - and prioritized taking their time and doing the job right! We will be sure to use them for all of our future flooring needs.

They came to my house and measured everything and I placed an order. It took over a month for the carpet to arrive and be installed. However, they did not order enough carpet, so the installation was incomplete. I am still waiting for my carpet to be complete.

We had our new floors (carpet & Luxury vinyl) installed back in May 2020.The installers did a really great job and were pleasent to work with and they were on time. I wanted to wait to see how our vinyl floors/carpet help up and its been almost a year and we are so happy with our choice! I had real hardwood floors in a previous house and loved how they held up with kids and dogs. This flooring has held up and looks really nice! The only complaint is that Im still finding little carpet tufts on the floors so it would have been nice if they could have vacuumed it before they left its but not a big deal.

Denver Carpet and Floor exceeded our expectations. The onsite estimate from Eric was exceptional. He tried to account for everything that would be needed for removing existing tile floor and carpet and detailing what would be needed to install the laminate floors and carpet. He visited our home on a Saturday and on Sunday, his day off, he worked diligently to give us a cost of the flooring installation.Kevin and his crew came in the next week and started by removing all the tile and carpet in our place and hauled it away. Kevin was extremely thorough in his work. In areas where the acoustic concrete came up from the tile removal, he filled the holes with concrete leveler. Kevin and his crew dealt with the tight space of our two bedroom apartment masterfully, moving furniture when needed and making sure it was protected. Part of the installation was removing the old base boards and replacing them with new ones. My wife and I went to Home Depot and spent $700 on 5.25 wide baseboards. When talking to Kevin, he told me that installing those type of baseboards would double the installation and recommended that we get the contractor grade 3.25 wide trim board bundles. The crew loaded the baseboards that we bought in the work van and Kevin drove me over to Home Depot. We returned the baseboards and bought the new ones and we saved $500 on the exchange. They did such amazing job and workmanship was top notch. Thank again Kevin and crew.The carpet installers (2 man crew) did amazing job as well. They showed up at 9am on a Saturday and they were done in a couple hours. They cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed the floors.Overall the experience was a fantastic and we would highly recommend.Thanks again Denver Carpet and Flooring for our beautiful floors.

We had a great experience with Denver Carpet and Flooring - we had uneven wood floors and poorly maintained cheap carpet in the home we bought as prior owners used it as a rental for several years and did not maintain much. Tom came for an estimate and was very helpful, detailed and available for all questions. We chose to do vinyl flooring in our main floor and carpet on the stairs, the second floor and the third bedroom. The vinyl flooring (nearly 600 sq feet) took only 2 days and they were very good about checking each item, having me look at the work as it was progressing and calling to let us know when theyd be there and how long it would take. I was even able to work from home while they were working. We were so impressed with the carpeting as well (which was a different installation team) - they did nearly 800 sq feet in a matter of six hours, and there are almost no seams visible at all. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. We are thrilled with the work!

Denver carpet did such a professional job, from the insane amount of prep work, attention to detail during installation, and clean up. The team was extremely nice during the install, and made the whole ordeal worth it. The team gave additional help including help fixing some trim, and additionally even securing a banister which was loose.

Their product is great. They were able to install a great product on the schedule i requested. Keep in mind that with the salesmen, physical locations, and website you are paying for a lot of that overhead in the price. They are all super helpful and make the process very hands off so if that’s what you want then they are for you.

Great experience from start to finish. Loved being able to see how the product samples would look in our home with the on-site visit, it made the selection process much easier. Scheduling the installation was quick and painless, the finished job is perfect, and the follow-up was very much appreciated. Its a big investment, and I feel like I had the best experience possible!

Denver Carpet and Flooring did a fantastic job in my basement. They cut out and hauled off the white carpet and installed some beautiful hardwood cork flooring in place of it. They replaced the baseboards, had everything done before I got home from work and there was no mess!! I will use them again when I do my flooring upstairs!

I called to have carpeting replaced on a stairwell. From the start the company was extremely responsive and professional. Reasonable price on both carpet and installation and very prompt with everything. If you are having carpet issues call these folks. You will not be disappointed and very pleased with the outcome.

Great carpet, and fast installation! We just bought a house and needed a quick turn around and these guys got it done! Dave came out to the house, took measurements and gave us a quote the same day! The guys who did the install worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Wasn’t a bad price for the carpet, haul away and upgraded Hollywood stairs. I will definitely use them again to carpet my house.
