Walked in and was greeted by someone telling us they only sell to contractors. Told her we had one and was told they were so short staffed the earliest we could even come and walk around (by appointment only) was 2 or 3 weeks away. I feel bad they are so short staffed but I just wanted to look around.

I was referred to Complete Flooring Source buy a wholesale company which had the product I needed. Greg was so helpful and gave me a price which exceeded my expectations. It was lower than the price I had been receiving from another vendor. He took care of me like I was his only customer. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. I purchased tile, grout, and caulk form CFS for $1500+. A few yrs later the grout is chipping, coming out of joints. I called CFS and spoke with Judy 3 times over 3 wks. She never called me back, as she said she would. She was too busy. She was rude, interrupting/talking over me. She was of no help with what I should do to resolve the problem. It isnt CFSs problem is what she told me. She told me that I didnt purchase the grout at CFS, even after I emailed her my invoice with SFC heading on it, noting the grout itemized on it. I told her I would not be purchasing fromCFS in the future due to the poor customer service. She said nothing and hung up on me.

Use this company for new carpet throughout my over five thousand square foot home. When I first approached Lisa, she was very nice, but never contacted me while the work was being performed on my home to see if I had questions about the work. When I called Lisa with questions, I had to leave several voice messages on her phone. It was weeks before she returned my call and when she did, she was short with me and stated she was preparing to go on vacation and to contact my contractor because she was only selling the carpet to my contractor. I felt like after she received my money for the carpet which was a paid in full transaction, she had absolutely nothing to do with me as a customer.

Buyer beware this company is ripping people off with their low prices. I have been setting tile for over 30 years and on one of my most recent custom homes, a client purchased their tile through The Flooring Group. We had several instances where tile came up short specifically on mosaics which come on mesh sheets.They are selling these as 12x12 which is a true square foot.The mosaic sheets are only 10.5x10.5.In simple math this means a 5x5 Area which equals 25 SF you will be short about 5.5 SF.The boxes they come in, say how many pieces are included, so for example 12 pieces but it does not say the SF. Any legitimate tile manufacturer will put the square footage on their boxes.

Cant ask for better costumer service. I walk in with a 9 month old twice. They have no issue helping me while I deal with a baby being fussy twice. Patient. Showed me the cheapest. The mid grade and expensive. Not pushy or desperate for a sale type service. Shopped around and they have about a five day timeframe to get 1000 plus square feet. Better than the two weeks like others. So many choices here. More for contractors. But hey they work with the small guy. Much better services than your big consumer stores and ten times the selections and prices. Thanks for working a military family as well and putting up with a teething baby.

I was told by Marvin carpet will be in store in 5 days so i paid for order.Four weeks later after I have removed old carpet I found out that carpet even was not produced yet after calling them, and I needed to postpone installation for 2 weeks.Greg promised me it will be in store then and he would call me.He had never called me,and again no carpet to install.I canceled this order then.Now 4 weeks later after cancellation of order I still wait to get back my money on credit card.
