Unfortunately my experience wasn’t to good. I inquired about a vehicle, filled out the credit app. Received a call, the man proceeded to ask details regarding my credit, explained everything. He said he would send my stuff over to the bank for approval and the phone conversation ended. Didn’t hear anything, so I decided to call around 6 before they closed and the guy informed me then that he sent me an email with paperwork to sign, he didn’t bother calling me to tel me this, all it was, was an empty bodied email with an attachment, that’s it. So he hadnt sent anything to the bank, and emailed me paperwork without saying anything. At this point 8 hours had past. I signed the paperwork and emailed it back. The next morning still hadn’t heard anything around 10, another truck had come up so I informed the lady I spoke with to just cancel my application. I called back within 20 minutes, this time I spoke with the same guy as the previous day, and I informed him it wasnt a guarantee on this other vehicle so I told him not to cancel it and send everything to the bank. He said okay. Again... 6 o clock rolls around and I’ve heard nothing. So I call and he says he canceled it because he got a note saying to cancel it. I explained to him our conversation earlier in the morning which he apparently wasn’t present for even tho he was on the other end of the phone. He told me he would get ahold of his guy in the office and call me in the morning. I never heard from him the following morning. I live up north so going into Denver and out isn’t the most pleasant this is why I was trying to take care of as much as I could prior to going down there but the guy didn’t seem interested what so ever in my business

I had called the day prior to visiting truck Kings since I live an hour away. I had asked about a specific truck and was told that theyre willing to negotiate the price on it. So I show up the following day, I let someone know I have spoke to someone on the phone the previous day about the price negotiations on a specific truck. Last thing I knew I was a liar, that no way they would have promised something like that. Just a horrible experience not even a hi good morning. I was really looking forward to cutting a deal...... Guess Ill just take my money elsewhere, its a shame too because they really do have nice trucks.

Really this people dont seem to be interested in selling, my husband liked a truck first they said he only had 500 in credit score then they sent as a letter week after applying saying he had 650 which was very weird! so I tried getting my dad to co sign and he did qualify and that we couldnt take the papers to him to sign them since he lived 3 hours away! Very weird because we went to ford and they offered to drive 3 hours to take the papers to my dad so he can sign them for a $38,000 truck! They have nice truck but if theyre not willing to help you, its not worth it! To be honest theyre not very professional! They dont want my bussiness, no problem!

This truck dealership is awesome. They sell only A+ trucks. My son purchased a truck in December 2016. It was a 2004 but you would have thought it was brand new! This was his first large purchase. As an adult and they made his experience a very positive one. A couple of things went wrong with it shortly after purchasing it and they helped take care of it for him even though they had no obligation to do so. So ifyou want a one of a kind truck that is absolutely beautiful go see Abe and Fred they wont steer you wrong! Believe me they dont need my endorsement they already have a great reputation from word of mouth. My brother and I mentioned them to a couple of people after my sons purchase and they already knew who we where talking about!

I purchased my first vehicle with Millennium Auto 10 years ago. I have since purchased 2 more vehicles with exceptional service each time. I will continue doing business with Millennium Auto as I have always had a great experience.

What a strange experience.I test drove a truck 2 weeks ago and noticed a couple things wrong with it. 1. The check engine light came on during the drive. 2. The LED lights in the custom grille THEY installed didnt work.So, I told them, fix these things and Id be back in touch.Fast forward 2 weeks later. I text, message them on Cargurus and FB messenger and start the negotiation process (they only responded via FB). The first response was a flat out not interested in your offer... No counter until I prompted them for one.We finally agreed on a price (3 days later). So I call my bank, get approved and message them Im on my way. Before I left, I asked about the check engine and grille lights. They responded saying the check engine light couldnt be replicated (suspicious!) and that the LEDs would be working when I showed up.We arrive. I go over to the truck and ask them if its ready to go... Nope, havent even started working on it. Seriously?! WtF?! I decided to leave and not continue with the deal. I just seemed like they didnt really have an interest in selling (me) a truck.If you cant pay attention to the small details and actually give some basic customer service, what else did you miss on your builds?Next time you have a serious buyer, maybe act like you want to sell them a truck. Otherwise, you just have an expensive collection of poorly maintained trucks and a sales guy who apparently doesnt need to sell anything.

Not a dealership Id ever do business with, bad costumer Service. Saw one of their vehicles that I had been looking for, yes it was of course overpriced because it had black rims and tires, but I thought Id negotiate with them. First of all I drove 6 hours to look at the vehicle and to test drive it. Got there and not one person came out to great me as everyone knows all good dealerships have employees prowling to get people into there business and make sales. I showed up and was out front for about 10 minutes looking at the vehicle, no one would come outside even tho they seen me cause I seen them through the window looking at me, but no I had to walk in there and wait for him (car salesmen Enzo) to stop playing on his phone and take me to see the vehicle more in depth. While looking at the vehicle he had nothing to say other then everything works and then just stood there the entire time while I looked it over and noticed multiple things that needed to be fixed or adjusted in some way. But I was willing to talk prices and possibly buy, except when I asked to take it for a quick test drive i was told NO. No test drives without being approved for the loan.. why would I go get approved and possibly my credit ran for a vehicle Ive never seen driven and dont even know of its something I would want or like without driving it... so then I drove all the way home and thought about it and how sketchy the place was but I made an offer and told them Id be willing to drive all the way back out and possibly buy with some price differences and negotiations, but then I was told NO they do not negotiate prices at all either lol when they had it overpriced and all he said they had done to it was tires and rims.

My partner bought a truck from AbeA 2004 Duramax Chevy that literally broke down day one he paid $25,000 for a truck that didn’t bluebook for $15,000Abe told my associate that the electrical problems and everything else could be fixed just bring the truck in but he had already waited two hours to get his truck on the first day and lives in Aspen before he could bring it back to Abe the truck broke down and Abe claimed that the diesel that was put into the tank caused the issueThe Chevy service department in Glenwood Springs claimed that was not possible and $3000 later the truck was releasedLess than 30 days from the day that he provided $20,000 cash down deposit with a $4500 check to complete the transaction the truck was released from Chevy service department Glenwood Springs returned Abe and my associate requested his money backInstead of providing the money back Abe gave him $10,000 and claimed it was his problemIf you wanted to come back and purchase the truck again he couldBut after being stranded two times in one month on a truck that’s overpriced by $10,000 he decided that would be just more bad businessI think truck kings not only did an incredible injustice to my associate he wasted immense amounts of his valuable time and in a nutshell he ripped him off

Worst expierience I had to keep calling to see if the truck I wanted was ready . They would say il call u back and never did til I had to call. Had me waiting for almost 3 weeks for nothing . Also I was interested in a truck and was told it was already going to be sold and I just saw they put it up for sale. If they didn’t want to sell to me they coulda jus been honest instead of making me wait all that time.

We all make mistakes, as we are all human.The tires and ABS sensor, I did not knowingly sell you a vehicle with tires in this condition, you were also given hours to inspect the vehicle and the option to have your own independent inspection done with not objections on our behalf.ABS sensor: To be very blunt, you were ripped off by whom ever replced your ABS sensor, there is no sensor on that entire vehicle that would cost $1600. This is an absolutley absure accusation, as any one with the slightest vehicular knowledge can tell you that NO ABS sensor would cost $1600. It is a $50 on average sensor.You claim there was another $1000.00 repair yet you do not know what it is, this is an unreasonable claim.Your alternator went out two weeks after you purchased the vehicle, if you do some research on alternators, there is NO way of knowing that in two weeks or x amount of miles an alternator will go out. The vehcle was driven extensivley by you on the day of purchase with absolutley NO starting or charging problems.As you can see you are the ONLY negative review I have in 13+ years of business. Please take into consideration that you purchased a 13 year old vehicle, with un realistic expectations of perfection. Even your purchase price was very fair, aknowledged by you at time of purchase.
