Tasted a bit like See’s Candy. Very sweet, sometimes overpowering of the flavor. The cookies n cream bark was very good, though. Thank you!

I always get a delish pretzel rod. We tried several truffles last night and all we can say is yum. The service is excellent. We stop every time we pass by. I love this store.

We ordered 150 chocolate truffles as wedding favors and they were absolutely delicious! We really appreciated that Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory staff individually packaged each chocolate for us. Highly recommend ordering from here!

I crave the cookies and cream caramel apple. Its one of my favorite treats in the world. But... Its $11!!! Thats kind of out there for a caramel apple. But the chocolate shop is really cute and has a ton of variety. Great for a little treat after dinner when you are walking around 16th Street Mall!

Lots of delectable treats to choose from.Helpful, friendly workers.Pricy, but to be expected with a specialty shop.They have many interesting options, so many that it is hard to choose and you end up spending more money than you intended.They also have some sugar free choices. For your fur baby you can purchase a bone dipped in white chocolate.

Almost got me in trouble with TSA had to take it out of my bag but even TSA said l dont blame you for getting this to take home.

High end chocolate and candy....What more could you ask for? This is a great spot for finding gifts and is also located right in the middle of downtown Denver at The Pavilions on 16th Street Mall.

This is a go to stop in Denver. I’ve been taking my daughter to this location for years. Look for the big bear, stuffed animal outside the door.They have a great selection and is always fresh, the staff that works there are great.I WOULD recommend going there especially for a caramel apple. Cost is out there for a apple ($11) but I was a special treat.

Love this place! Chocolate covered Bing cherries! I get some every time regardless of whatever else I buy... Which is usually some turtles (which are also great).I try to stop in every time I visit downtown for dinner. Makes a nice little treat for dessert while you walk around... Especially on a date night.

Well the chocolate taste okay, but however the customer service is very horrible and the 2 women behind the counter have very bad interpersonal skill, dont know how to communicate well. I am disappointed and will never go back to this location or any other location as well!! And my opinion, It is not worth it the trip and money!!! I went yesterday around 5:30pm!

Huge shout out to the Chocolate Factory for supporting Denvers community!! Occupy Denver conducts a boycott of the Corner Bakery for supporting the Urban Camping Ban and provides a community meal. The Corner Bakery has gone to extreme measures to remove us from in front of their store. Today we were pushed down to the Chocolate Factory. Their response? They fed us candy apples and gave us hugs. Thank you for being a socially responsible business and supporting community groups that protect the people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Omg this is heaven if youre a chocolate lover! The ladies there were very patient with me and super kind. I ended up getting dark chocolate covered almonds and some milk chocolate covered strawberries... should have ordered more🤦‍♂️

Had some chocolate, wife really loved the sugar free candy. My raisins in milk chocolate was great but the cherry cordial I got was not that good.Fairly pricy.

The customer service here is beyond great. You really get a sense that people enjoy what they do. I love chocolate so clearly I went overboard. How could I not. Going back to get some bday goodies. I really do try to avoid frequenting this place but it is on my way to and from work and truffles make me soooooo happy :)

There was a sample of the covered apple to try. The prices are just too high for me amd my family. I will not revisit any of the locations.

This place has a lot to offer for the chocolate fan. I am from Chicago and this pricey, that says a lot.lol. They have an excellent variety of premium chocolates and truffles, as well as chocolate covered cookies and other delicious items just be ready to spend a pretty penny

This store is located on the 16th Street Mall. Extremely pricy chocolate products not much of a discount or savings. Just be prepared to spend between $7 and $15 dollars for less 4 items. The upside is if you are drinking coffee or tea. The chocolate products are a good compliment.

Black licorice has no flavor. The dark chocolate peanut butter cup was hard as a rock that could break your teeth and the white chocolate peanut butter cup the peanut butter was overly dry.

I had this store deliver a gift basket to someone after a death in the family. They were so friendly and helpful, customer service was incredible. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to do something similar!

I just ADORE the selection,variety and that i can support a local Colorado buisness. On par (if not better) than Sees, Godiva and is in comparison to SOME German, Swedish chocolates. I just love the toffee..best Ive ever eaten. I am so happy they have more locations around the state,i thibk their forst store is in Durango Colorado..one of my favorite places. The turtle I had was great, it was $5, however for its size and quality of say it was worth it. It was enough for me and my mother to share ( even though I didnt want to because it was delicious)

Lousy customer service, stores dont honor gift cards, incorrect addresses on the web and employees dont have a clue as to where the other stores are. Also, you cant cash in gift cards if you dont eat candy. I do not recommend this company for any reason.

Run, dont walk run from this place. The boxed chocolates from this place were worse than any Walmart chocolate Ive ever got. We are talking Easter candy rejects. I wasted $35 on two gifts I am embarrassed to have given to anyone. I felt ashamed of myself after trying one. This is just a high price tag to cover up a really regrettably pitiful product. Go literally anywhere else, gas stations, drug stores just stay away from this place. Their boxed chocolate is the worst me, my girlfriend and my mother have ever had.
