STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR PROSOURCE of DENVER! ordered carpet, paid up front, carpet was never ordered or delivered. was lied to for several months even thought they were going through bankrupcy and were well aware that they were never planning on fulfilling my order. Not sure how they sleep at night after sitting across from them and having them promise they would take care of it, while just lying again and again and again. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I am writing this review after ProSource Denver took our money, never delivered our product, and closed its doors. It is true what all the bad reviews are saying about ProSource Denver! I understand that the same thing recently happened to a lot of ProSource Denver customers. It wouldnt even matter if I could give ZERO stars to ProSource Denver since they have already closed their doors. Its important to know that ProSource Wholesale is a franchise and therefore, each location is independently owned and operated! That being said, I am giving a 5-star rating to ProSource of Northern Colorado.* * * * *This part of my review is for ProSource of Northern Colorado. After the nightmare with ProSource Denver, I decided to call ProSource of Northern CO to see if they knew what was going on in Denver. We were advised to dispute the charges to our credit card and cancel the card, which we did. After speaking with Kerri Fernandez at ProSource Northern CO and speaking with Chris Pace, the Field Business Consultant for ProSource Wholesale, they made sure our order was fulfilled and is at this very moment being picked up by our Contractors. (Our order was sitting in a warehouse, unpaid for by the ProSource Denver location.) ProSource Northern CO is new to the area, but they jumped through hoops to get an account set-up with the maker of the product and get our original order delivered.I understand how incredibly disturbing and maddening this whole event has been for everyone who got scammed by ProSource Denver, but I seriously encourage you to contact Kerri Fernandez at ProSource Northern CO to see if they can help you get your product or a refund!Thankfully, what happened at the Denver location is not a reflection of all ProSource franchises. This division really stepped up and made things right for us. We are very grateful to everyone who got involved and got the ball rolling. Thank you!
DO NOT GO HERE! You will get lied to and made a fool of. Any 5 star reviews are fake. I’m a contractor and they’ve made me look like a fool twice now. I had a cabinet order go 90 days and they told me they were on back order. Lies!!! Pro Source never paid for them. Currently, they’re doing it to me again... lies. Not answering the phone, pawning me off to new people that have no idea what’s going on. My customers have been without a kitchen since June and are furious with me. Run, run, run. I’m going to do everything in my power to run them out of business.
The price is unbeatable, customer service is great. So many options, easy to work with.
I had the same horrible experience as other reviews mentioned. I wish I would have read these before working with Prosource and gone literally anywhere else! Please listen to these reviews and stay far far away.We ordered Kraus hardwood flooring, through Chris Holder. He was responsive in the beginning at least. We ordered the flooring which actually came in on time, although I am sure we overpaid, and they dont ship to your site so had to rent a truck to pick up. Basically paying twice for transport, once to ship to them to prosource, and again to ship to job site. But, up until this point, its all acceptable business practices.Where the real serious issues came about was regarding our stair nosings. Chris Holder told us to wait since they stock them and ship in 1 week. Still we ordered them in about a month in advance of needing them. When we ordered them, we were shocked at the price. $1,200 for stair nosings for just one stair. We think that part of the reason Chris told us to wait to order these is if we knew the nosings price up front, we probably would have not ordered these floors through them. But, since we already bought the flooring, we had to buy the matching nosings. Two weeks go by after ordering the nosings and I check on the status of the nosing delivery. They said they will check into it. they never do. Then, they start ignoring my calls. I speak with Lynnie at the front desk who says shell look into it, but never does. Another week goes by, same answer, they never look into it. I go in to talk to someone, I speak with Jeff Hewit, who is actually their finance guy and doesnt normally do this, but nobody else will help me. I demand that he calls Kraus flooring while I wait and he does, and we order 2 day shipping. He gives some excuse about them switching over systems and our order got lost. A few days go by, I always have to go into the store to check in since nobody answers or returns my calls. Now its today... I am in Jeffs office, I ask him to give me their account number so I can call Kraus directly. I call Kraus, and immediately find out that our order is being held because of finanical issues, AKA pro source isnt paying kraus. I tried to refund our payment with prosource and just use my credit card to buy i demand a full refund for all the nosings and decide to go elsewhere. At this point, my nosings are over a month late and delaying my project and costing me money.I immediately went down the street to Total Floors, tell them my story and they help me immediately. They are wonderful and helpful so far! They call Kraus and get info needed and place my order within the hour. Getting 2 day shipping and all my nosings for about $400 cheaper than prosource charged me.I have heard that prosource has been better in the past but not anymore. The level of incompetency and dishonesty is mind blowing. They maybe arent actually breaking any laws, but it sure as hell feels like they are. Stay far, far away.
DO NOT SHOP HERE !!I purchased flooring from the owner, Brett Martin, for $11,000+ in January. Ive NEVER recieved it. Ive called, text (the CEO & CFO) and went into ProSource several times to figure out what was going on. I was not given any answers. Everyone who Ive spoken to there, cant give me answers or refund my money. Can you believe they wont refund me?? My remodel has now become my worst nightmare, thanks to them. Do your research. This is happening to manyof their customers. Read the reviews, not just on Google, wherever you can.
STAY FAR AWAY from this place. If I could give them a zero star I would. Please read all of the reviews and beware. I wish I would have done my research on this company before doing business with them. They are the most unprofessional scammers Ive encountered. No one knows what the hell they are doing over there. Pure incompetency...you cant ever get anyone on the phone or get a straight answer. I placed an order over a month ago, my credit card was charged, never received a copy of my receipt, let alone an order number. After they took my money they were like ghosts. They dont care about their customers once they take that money...we were never told that our order(s) had arrived, or that we had to pick them up at three different locations. We get to the first one and we are told by the supplier that they cannot release the order to us because ProSource has not paid their invoice...we then talk to a manager at the vendor company we are trying to pick up our first order from and are told that many other prosource customers are having the same issue and that we should hire an attorney...we go to the second location for the other part of the order only to be told the same thing that they cannot release the order to us. We called prosource got transferred around, hung up on, and given excuse after excuse. I was told I would get a call back with answers to what is going on with my order yet no one at prosource can even provide me with my order number or find my complete order, yet my CC was charged for thousands of dollars...here we are weeks later, my project is delayed and I am loosing out on money in addition to what I have already paid prosource. I even went to look them up on BBB and they arent even accredited and are rated an F. I cannot say this enough, DONT DO BUSINESS with these scammers. Theres a reason why there are multiple complaints and all recent too.
Please! Please! Do not shop here! Paid $9,000 for some flooring that was never order! Still no refund! They just take your money! I already contacted a lawyer!
This Devner store went bk and never gave us our money back... still fighting this battle... call the Northen store, they are amazing and helped me out. Ask for Sami up there!
Amazing company to work with for your home and commercial renovations. Brett Martin and his team are very knowledgeable and they will do their best to get you the best price in the market! I was very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. It was a pleasure working with Brett and ProSource of Denver. Choose them for your next renovation!
This store is a fraud. They placed an order on my credit card for $5000 and never placed my order or provided me a receipt for the the transaction after working with them on quoting options for flooring. Assumed it was simply a mistake and spent 3 weeks attempting to communicate by phone and email and never receiving any communication back. DO NOT GO TO PROSOURCE.
I would positively recommend this company to any one who has needs in the flooring space. Brett Martin is a good, professional Owner and knows his industry well
My husband and I had a terrible experience with Prosource. We paid $2600 for some wood to put on our house stairs. After 2 weeks without hearing from them, I called to see if it had come in yet. No one returned my call. I called again 3 days later, no one again, returned my call for another 3 days. Then a guy named “ Chris called us back. He said he would look into it( wood still hadn’t arrived yet). He said he would call me back. No call..........1 week later I called and asked forThe owner. I was told they’d give him the message. 3 days later I called the owner again, no call back. 1 week ago my husband and I went down in person and spoke to Jeff. He said he would refund our money and we would see it in 3 business days. It’s now been a week, no refund. I called our credit card —Capital One. They are giving us a refund and going after Prosource. Also, one of our friends had a similar experience happen to them. Please consider going somewhere else. This was ridiculous!!!
The sheer size of the selection at ProSource is enough to give it a shot. However, our basement flooded and we were clueless about the process. We had a budget and were helped by Patrick. He was the perfect guy for the job, as hes a designer by trade. He guided us through the best carpet selection for our needs then to the tile for our bathroom. After we had picked out the perfect materials for the job, he STILL came in under budget. Thank you again and again, Patrick. Were stoked to complete this project and appreciate your guidance along the way
We recently purchased higher end Kane carpet from Prosource of Denver for a somewhat complicated order. We received excellent service from everyone we worked with; from the Reception Staff, Salesperson all the way up to Management. We are very pleased with everyone and the support they provided in meeting the needs of our project. We appreciate and can rely on the experts at ProSource of Denver to get the job done.
Worst customer service by the owner Brett ever. He was rude, dismissive and condescending. No wonder his long term employees are leaving. Go to The Flooring Group for better pricing and better customer service.
Pro source had previously been very good to us, we had great experiences with excellent communication and follow through, with zero delays on several occasions, however, we were passed to a new rep who dropped the ball initially and then several others there that we have been in touch with throughout this latest order have also been unable to help us find our cabinet order. It is sad that a company like this - all the way up to the owner- doesnt care and isnt willing to help take ownership or assign the task to one of his trusted folks, Im sure were just a very insignificant number or order to them, but we have a remodel at a stand-still while we wait for this order (contractors growing very impatient with us). Prosource had no problem charging our card, even before we finalized everything, then disappeared afterwards and then every person weve dealt with thereafter has been very apologetic and promises to help us find the order and get status or get it delivered asap but has failed to follow up, but if the owner cant be bothered to help, the apples dont fall far from the tree, its all about leadership and in this case, its obviously failing. I get that covid causes delays and uncertainties but you call your customers back, you apologize and tell them the status and or if you forgot to place the order just tell them or refund the money and let your customers move on instead of holding everyone hostage, including our contractors. Its not that hard to do the right thing. We were given a 2 week tome frame, were now going on 4 weeks. Sad. Very sad.
ZERO STARS. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I purchased carpet in November of 2019. The carpet was defective. After being awarded new carpet by Mohawk because of the defects, I have been waiting for my replacement carpet since March of 2020. The owner/president (Brett) has lied to me since JULY about my claim and ordering my replacement carpet. He refused to answer my calls but would immediately text back. He refused to give me any helpful information on my case so I could pursue the matter with the manufacturer directly. He came up with every lie possible to waste more of my time and prolong the process. Literally, the owner/president is the most unprofessional and disturbing con man I have ever dealt with. As soon as I told him I was contacting consumer affairs with Mohawk directly - he blocked my number. I believe this company should be fined for all wrongdoings and closed permanently. Disgusting liars and lazy thieves.
Whatever you need at ProSource, please track down Ben Lough! He provided us with the best customer service. He deserves 10 stars. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and tile (what we needed) and likely a host of other home improvement topics. He bent over backwards to make sure we chose products that worked for us and our budget. Ben you are a gem and a pleasure to work with!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Our contractor referred ProSource for our flooring and cabinets; we had issues from day one. When sending our measurements and revisions, the design team did not pay attention to any of the modifications we made or minor details that needed to be updated to the design. It took over seven revisions to get the measurements to what we needed. Thereafter communication, responsiveness and customer service went out the door, and they stopped returning calls and emails. Even one of their employees told us that the company had horrible customer service.Due to their poor designing and ordering a cabinet that wont fit our double over (after we sent dimensions and specs) we are stuck with a cabinet that we will not be able to use.DO NOT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT!! It puts all responsibility on the buyer even if ProSource messes up the measurements and purchasing. We also reached out to the owner,f Brett multiple times and have yet year hear from him.FINAL THOUGHT, RUN, AND DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
I have been working with ProSource for many years. Chris is my sales rep and is excellent at helping guide my clients through the selection process so that they can be assured their selections work well together and are in budget. He is an invaluable asset in helping to make sure materials are ready when the project demands them.Rosie has designed several of our kitchen and wet bars and has been a pleasure to deal with, as she is very detail oriented in designing a cabinet layout that will meet the desires of my clients. All in all my experiences with ProSource have been great. It is very refreshing to have a team on your side that will help make the finish material selection a painless one for clients.
Worst Experience EverI don’t understand how a business could run the way that Pro-source runs things. We went on August 20th and made a purchase of 500sqft of Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring and were charged $2400 on our credit card. I have called for the last week to see when my order would be ready for pickup and got the run around by the front desk lady named Norma who was beyond rude. After, getting fed up I demanded a manager and Norma put me on hold and told me my order was ready for pickup with a reference and location. After, wasting my time on a hour drive we get there to be told that Prosource has not paid the vendor. I call to speak with a manager and was told there were no representatives or managers at the store. I am fed up and I want a refund. Otherwise, I will be contacting my attorney to shut this place down.
I had the pleasure of working with Brett at ProSource on a project for a new Auto Body repair shop. We needed flooring that would be reasonably priced and also work for a hi-traffic scenario. I want to thank ProSource because its been two years and the floor still looks new and has had no maintenance issues. Very impressed with the help I got picking out this product for my shop. I can recommend this company with confidence.Bill with Colorado Auto Body & Fitzsimoms Auto Body
Very helpful gal working there.
The level of customer service provided by our salesman, Chris Holder, was absolutely incredible. Picking out the right tile could easily be an overwhelming task, but Chris and his depth of knowledge helped narrow down the choices and provided valuable education for us which helped in the final decision. He went above and beyond to ensure that our time there was a personal, positive and professional experience. I would recommend ProSource in a heart beat!
My husband and I bought a fixer upper and needed the works (flooring, cabinets, bath stuff, etc). We decided to go through ProSource. HUGE mistake. We placed all our orders in October...it is now mid December and we still do not have all our items. We were told they would take 7 days to arrive! Well, obviously we had to buy other stuff so that we could get the house done (cant exactly live without a bathroom for 2 months), and now we are being told that they will not accept returns on the ones that still have not even arrived. Over 50% of the items that have arrived are not correct. Renovating a home is stressful enough without adding the headache of ProSource. Also, most of the appointments that I had with a particular sales person he did not show up to.However, if you need cabinets they are good (mostly due to Sandi who was awesome). But everything else is a headache. Save your self the trouble and go to Floor and Decor and Rampart Pluming - I wished I had!
This place is fantastic. It is not open to the public, but if youre a contractor this is the only place to go for product. The staff is very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to help.
I have worked with this company for 12 years now. My reps Erin Vaughn and Rosie Bolton are outstanding to work with. Both are very knowledgeable and great with design and colors. I highly recommend working with Both of them
I recently decided I need to sell my house and all the advice I had gotten was that new flooring would help in this process. I went to ProSource and found great looking carpet at a really good price. Best part was that the carpet was in their warehouse. ProSource connected me with an installer and in a couple of days I had my new carpet installed and my house on the market. Best part of this story is that I already have a contract on my house! Thank you ProSource for all of your help and making my life easier!
Arlene, my sales rep, and Chuck, my cabinet designer were, simply put, awesome. I just ordered my cabinets today. Those two have been past patient with me. Purchasing a kitchen, as a kitchen designer myself, can be frustrating for another designer to say the least. Chuck was extremely patient, willing to make changes so that I could get the kitchen I wanted. Arlene went to bat for me and got me a great price. Ive shopped for over a year and found the J&K Cabinets to be the most affordable for a full plywood box cabinet with soft close, full extension all wood, dovetail drawers and overlay door style. Plus, the price ProSource charged me to have them assembled was more than fair. At this point Id recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bath. Ill follow up with another review after we get the cabinets installed. This is my follow up. After ordering the cabinets I found I had to pick them up from the J&K Warehouse. I was told they had to be picked up, but they failed to tell me that I couldnt pick them up at ProSource. I had arranged for movers to pick them up there. Since the cost was going to be twice as much as I had planned, I asked the ProSource manager if he would find out if J&K Cabinetry delivered. He called me back the next day and said he had tried his hardest to have them delivered but J&K didnt deliver. This just didnt sound right to me so I called J&K Cabinetry to find out for myself. They said of course they delivered to Denver county and we arranged to have them delivered to me. (Yes, I did pay for the delivery as I had planned.) I called Arlene, my salesperson at ProSource, told her I had been lied to by her manager and that he obviously had never called them. She apologized profusely and told me this was a brand new manager. So, with this all said, I must now change my review to a one star, with this type of management I would recommend no one buy from them.
We have worked with Patrick for tile and carpet. He is knowledgeable and fast in everything he and ProSource have done. We were hung out to dry by Home Depot and ProSource got the job done with better prices, materials and faster. We will bring all business possible to ProSource moving forward!
Dont bother going to Patrick Hurley - Im hopeful that you have better employees than just him.I walked in the showroom area, was greeted by a very nice lady (receptionist) she asked me how she could help me and I told her I was just wanting to look at the carpet options. She made me fill out a sign in sheet and asked me that I would speak to Patrick (based off of the account that I am under)Im looking at the carpets and all I hear is a guy arguing over the phone. Hangs up and proceeds to say negative and offensive words about the conversation. Then, the nice lady I spoke about earlier walks to that same open door office and says there is a woman looking at carpets, she might have to talk to you He screams and complains to her that hes so busy and people cant be just coming in when they wantI knew she was talking about me to him. I was so bothered by his attitude, lack or respect for customers and employees. Do better Patrick.
PATRICK is amazing at customer service and bringing a fresh eye to help pulls designs together;
In a perfect world, that would read zero stars. The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. They assured us they had the lowest price in Denver on quartz countertops, and then refused to price match after we found a better price (very effortlessly). They also convinced us that we needed three slabs (based on their own terrible measurements) when we only needed two for fabrication and then gave us trouble when we asked to return one of the three. It gets worse. They then attempted to deliver our order to the fabrication company with one broken slab. The fabrication company refused the order as 1 of 2 slabs were broken and there wasnt a second slab available for another 4 weeks (and itd be from a different die lot and therefore it would not match the original slab). Since we did not accept the one slab, they are now charging us 25% of our original order. The owner of the company actually told me its not our problem that one slab arrived broken and you didnt want the second slab. Of course we didnt want one slab when we had ordered two matching slabs. Who would?! The owner refused to let me talk, used sarcasm to communicate, and made terribly false accusations.Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. Thankfully the team at Milestone Granite rescued us and helped us choose new slabs and ensured our project stayed on track. Save your sanity and avoid ProSource at all costs.
These people are crooks! Stay away!
Patrick Hurley knows his stuff! Great selection, patient, knowledgable, attentive service with strong design skills.
I had my basement remodeled about 2 months ago and was given Patrick as a contact for flooring. He was very short with me and in rushed through the process so when I got the bill the numbers were way off. The carpet that I was told would be a $1 a square foot came out to be 6 times that. I get things happen so I asked for something to be done to help offset the problem with a discount or something. I was yelled at on Thatthe phone for my concerns and long story short nothing happened but a word that he would talk to his boss. 2 months ago and word, called left VM and still nothing. I would have liked for people to stick to their word but I guess Patrick would rather sweep things under the rug.
My friend hired Prosource to install flooring in her condo. She is too nice to write a bad review so I am doing it for her. She paid prosource in full as required before they started the job. It has been over a month since she paid they and they still not provided a completion date. She is talking to an attorney. Prosource is very dishonest.
Picked carpet and hardwood for our entire house here. Awesome! Also, they took care of the kids while we walked around and made our selections. Great stuff!!
I was referred to ProSource by my contractor to remodel my kitchen. I met Rosie Boltin, the Interior Designer, and she was absolutely amazing! I love her carisma as well as her design expertise. She designed my kitchen, ordered my cabinets and took great care of us. My product arrived on time and my kitchen looks amazing. The ProSource team is great. I will refer anyone to her at ProSource Denver.
Very pleased with the shopping experience. Patrick was terrific to work with.
Prosource offers quality products at a great price. They were responsive and took good care of us!
Ive now purchased flooring from ProSource for my last 2 homes. I cant beat the service, the price, or the quality. At this point I dont even shop around as Ive found I always come back to ProSource. Thanks Chris H. for all the expert advice!
We received great help from Alex in selecting tile for our bathroom remodel but were overcharged on the accent mosaic tiles. We were quoted a price in writing TWICE but were charged a price that was 17% higher when our credit card was run. I wouldnt recommend them as customer satisfaction doesnt seem to be a priority.
I have had the WORST customer service experience here!! I ordered flooring in the beginning of February and was told it would be delivered 10-14 days later. We are now 6 weeks out from that order date and I do not have my order. I cant get ahold of anyone except the front desk attendants, and when I am connected to management it goes to voicemail and they never return my calls. I have sent numerous emails and have called numerous times with no one ever getting back to me. I was also told I would be given a discount for the extremely late arrival, and that has not been done. We experienced terrible water damage in our home and I made the mistake of ordering flooring from this company. They have showed an extreme lack of customer service, urgency, and professionalism. Do not use this company unless you plan to be highly disappointed.
This company is terrible! They are completely incompetent when it comes to logistics, and when THEY mess up an order, they won’t process a refund, even after the materials were returned at Brett Martins request! They currently owe me close to $300 on materials they incorrectly ordered for my project. They came up 15 square yards short on my carpet, and because of that they shut down my remodel project costing me 6 days of work and putting my project behind schedule.
Wholesale prices are a bunch of garbage... They label it as such but after looking around there are plenty of flooring stores to get the same stuff for the same or better price and get sales people who answer the phones and will bother to correspond with you.
I will never do business with these guys again. I also recommend you never do either. Yes, the pricing is great, but at the end of the day the quality of the product and of customer service is what counts and both are horrible. I ordered cabinets from them approximately 2 months ago, and it took 3 weeks to get them, and then when they came in one cabinet was demolished, parts were missing, and you can tell they just slapped the cabinets together. I had to go out and buy my own gorilla wood glue to glue some of the cabinets. And, there was glue all over the cabinets that I had to scratch off. WORST experience ever. Please re-think going thru them.Steve
They are friendly and very helpful but you may need to call them to know when your products have arrived. Erin is the best.
My wife, ReNee and I recently worked with Natalia Yoon at the ProSource Denver store. My wife made countless trips trying to find the right tile and met with Natalia each time. She was so patient and expressed such knowledge with finding the right tile to match our granite and our cabinets. She went out of her way to make sure our purchase experience was positive. I would highly recommend ProSource for your flooring needs and will definitely pursue further purchases as a result of our excellent experience with Natalia Yoon and the store manager, Andrew Tsakalakis
Chris and the ProSource team did a fantastic job thanks so much for all your help I would highly recommend ProSource
We purchased a total fixer upper. This house has been one project after another, and we needed all new flooring, kitchen tiles, back splash, the works. We have loved working with Pro Source. They offer a fantastic selection. Have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The best part, their prices blow Home Depo and Lowes away!! Weve saved over $1000.00 on every project weve done where we purchased from Pro Source. And we know, because we took the time to do price comparisons. If youre looking for any flooring, tile, decorative tile this is your one stop shop!
Dont trust them. I ordered ~$1100 worth of tile and everything was fine. Then I needed a few more pieces (~$45 worth). They ordered it but ordered the wrong stuff, so I returned it. When I returned the tile they said they couldnt process the credit right away because it needed the bosss approval and he wasnt available. Ive spoken with my sales rep (Arlene) several times and all she says is its on the bosss desk. That was almost two months ago. I filed a dispute with the credit card company so it will eventually get sorted out, but its been a huge hassle and has guaranteed that I wont shop there again... and all over a $45 credit that they agree they owe me anyhow.
We had a leak and needed to replace about 150 square feet of carpet pad. After a month of working with three separate carpet repair/cleaning companies, none of them could manage to source the high density waffle rubber hypoallergenic pad to match what we had. So I just called around myself and found Prosource. I was forwarded to their sales agent, Arlene, who knew immediately from my description what the pad was. She went out to the warehouse, took a picture, sent it to me to confirm and then processed my order - all in less than 30 minutes after three weeks of screwing around with other companies. She was awesome and I highly recommend her and Prosource. Their customer service was fantastic.
Great place to purchase flooring ( carpet, tile, and wood), kitchen and bath cabinets and counter tops and cabinet pulls and knobs at wholesale prices.
Five stars indicates a very satisfied customer. Maha Salim was great in helping me find what I wanted in 1-1/2 hours vs. the prior 4-6 week process with small independents and the big box stores. Maha listened to my must haves, asked questions when appropriate, showed me a number of samples that fit within my shopping list, and the winner was the first sample viewed!! Really great experience. Plus, the quality and price cant be beat. Thanks!
Great service and good people to have on your team!!
I love working with Prosouce. They are so helpful.
Excellent customer service, huge selection of quality products and great prices, you cant go wrong here.
Great service, and unbeatable selection
Most recently my experience with this company has been horrific. Once the sales person writes up your order and you pay for it - you cannot reach them by phone, email or when you stop in for a scheduled appointment. I ordered about 1200 sq ft of tile - I was told afterwards that I would have to make arrangements to go and pick up most of it at other tile stores. Why am I buying from ProSource then if I have to go somewhere else and pick it up? I made arrangements for pickup of the materials and the tile stores informed me that the tile was back ordered! Are you for real ProSource? When you call to discuss it with your sales rep you cannot get them on the phone and they will take no ownership or responsibility for the problem. This place is the most unprofessional organization that I have ever worked with - I am taking all of my future business elsewhere.
Ordered 2000 dollars worth of tile and kept being told was delayed went to the wholesaler and they said they weren’t paying their bills stay away . Having trouble getting a refund.
They have bad busines parties dont pay theyemployees right
Went in on a monday to order tile and was advised to wait until the Wednesday sale. Throughout Tuesday I was informed there was plenty of tile. Ten minutes before closing on Tuesday I was informed via email that they had sold all my tile to a builder at a discounted price. I am in disbelief that the owner can pick and choose whom he pre-sales his sale tile too. Especially when I was told it wasnt possible. Now I have to contact my clients and investors to inform them that their tile was sold out from underneath me due to the unprofessional management at prosource. Will not work with this company again for any projects.Sincerely,Discouraged
Horrible! I had my client go to Pro Source to pick out stone for fireplace hearth. We were told by the salesperson that if it were ordered before 3pm that day (wed) that it would be available to pick up that Friday. Friday rolled around and the sales person told me that it was at Arizona Tile to pick up. After some time on the phone with Arizona Tile and realizing they knew nothing about my order, I called back to Pro Source. I was then told that it was coming in to Emser Tile the next day. The next day I get a call from the sales rep. I thought it was regarding the stone order. It was not. The sales rep was calling to let me know that he had charged another customers order to my clients credit card. I then asked about my stone order and he then told me that it was on a truck from Texas. My client wasnt willing to wait this long so we bought from another supplier and completed job. We told Pro Source that we didnt want the stone and to cancel and refund. It is now November 22 and they just told my client they will not refund her. Just found out November 20th while trying to resolve credit refund that the stone arrived on the 15th of October and is still sitting at Emser tile. We never received a call that it was in. Bad business practices! They have a great showroom, but save yourself some headache and go direct...Arizona Tile, Dal Tile, Emser etc. Bad business practices!
That best place to buy carpet and flooringGood selection!!!!!
We had them come out and measure for carpet. We had to follow up three times to get the quote and when we finally got the quote and asked to get an install we were not only informed that they didnt have the matching carpet anymore, but that they would not refund our deposit either. They claimed the deposit was for installation, not for the carpet. Why did you even take a deposit if you didnt have the carpet?
Good carpet, good price. Matt took care of me.
Great, fast, and helpful. 5 minutes before closing!!!
Prosource Denver approved carpet installation contractor was a no-show on the day of the scheduled job. Prosource Denver did nothing to help us find a different carpet installer. I would not use this company. Numerous BBB complaints, too.
Thanks Ryan Oakley and the ProSource team for the awesome customer service! 5/5
Amazing service
The Customer Service sucks! Could not get either phone calls or emails returned! Cant reply on them if you have deadlines!
Worth the trip!
