I should have looked at the reviews prior to signing the contract with this establishment. Sad to say it has been nothing but a pain. The first sales person we dealt with seem to be a very nice young man, however, it turned out that he is just that, a salesman. Very sad. I guess I had too many questions for him in regards to materials, the invoice, and why I had not heard from anyone after placing and paying for my order. HE BLOCKED my emails!π‘ of course, I called to see if it was in error. Well, I spoke to a young lady who was not the most pleasant. When I questioned the money part of my bill the answer I got was, βyou are not the only one that this happens to, it happens all the time,β overcharge happens βall the time?!β NO thank you! I will NOT recommend anyone to this particular location! My husband and I have dealt with other Cabinets to Go locations where the service was great and we didnβt get overcharged or reprimanded when we questioned our bill. Bad Business practice! Very disappointed βΉοΈ
I would have given it 0 Out of 5 it surely would. The staff are nice and great to your face when you are sitting down and making your order, but after that you are trash to them. They wonβt call and update you AT ALL. That and they lie to your face about time frames as well. We were told we picked a better counter top because the time frame was a lot less than the other one and would probably be about two weeks try about 4 weeks. Our whole total project with them took two months!!! Two months we were without a kitchen, with a family of six!!! Please whatever you do do not give them your business or your time of day!!!

They gave us a price. I said I wanted to buy them. He didnt call me back so I went in the store again. The manager said it would be over $1000 more. Thats no way to do business.
Horrible customer service. If you can deal with the poor customer service, very, very long delivery time (itβs going on 4 MONTHS since I ordered my pantry cabinet) then purchase cabinets from them. However, I am DONE dealing with this company and in search of another cabinet store to finish my basement laundry. Itβs not worth the hassle for the small discount they offer.
Beware of this place, 1 year after we cancelled an order because of COVID shutting down everything. They charged my card 4k for cabinets that were never suppose to be ordered. The best part of all this, is they never even measured the kitchen. So today, I had to cancel both our cards, and dispute the charge with Synchrony, thanks for the great experience. This is for the cabinets to go in Denver.
The worst experience ever ! We are in the real estate and hospitality business. We flipped homes and owned a few hotels in the area. The cabinets did not arrive with hardware bags. Someone forgot to include them in the boxes. The store we purchased the cabinets from did not care and told us to contact Customer Care. Spoke with a Customer Service agent named Cassandra and she did not care. I was told it would take 7-10 business days for the parts to arrive. Spoke with 2 other supervisors and they were clueless. They said the parts were in the warehouse but they could not ship them overnight even though it was their fault. They said it was company police to ship everything ground since thats their contract with the shipping company. The supervisor Brittany was the worst. She was very condensing and rude. There was NO GENUINE CARE OR EMPATHY. When we expressed our frustration, she threatened to end the conversation. We are in the hospitality business and I have never encountered a supervisor handled guest complaint in such as unprofessional manner. When I asked for her supervisor, she refused to give it to us. Instead of deescalating the situation, she made it worst.They said sorry a lot but basically their attitude was Nothing else we can do. Its company policy...blah blah blah. After kept pushing for resolution, Brittany told us to find the parts at the hardware stores and they would reimburse. Though another supervisor said we wouldnt be able to find the parts because these were parts were made specially for the cabinets overseas.Now we have to postpone the opening of our hotel. We even offered to give them our Fedex account to overnight the parts and they refused.No one thinks to think out of the box to resolve this situation, not even to bend their policy and use our own Fedex account to over night the parts.The Google review showed 2.7 rating. I didnt get a chance to read all of the reviews but I understand by their rating is so low.
We started our kitchen renovation journey back in March 2019. We ordered our cabinets that month on a buy a base cabinet, get a wall cabinet free promotion. Our cabinets were supposed to arrive in 10 to 14 days. Our first set of cabinets did not arrive until May.We were told two of the ones we ordered were on back order, and would come in in a couple weeks. We did not end up getting those in until now - the end of July 2019.Along with that delay, our sales rep ordered $940 of cabinets that were not in our design, that we cannot use.In his defense - we changed our initial design and added a pantry, taking away a few items. He added the pantry and forgot to subtract the other cabinets. An honest mistake. The manager paul would however not take the unneeded cabinets back or refund us. So that was awful.I was going to refrain from leaving a poor review as its something I really dislike doing.However, a day after we picked up our remaining two cabinets we started receiving phone calls from the store, that we still owed $227. Confused and frustrated, my husband and I explained that we were told by our sales rep we had to pay for the order in full at the time of the first pickup, which we did. We paid for our entire kitchen and almost a thousand dollars worth of other cabinets that are now sitting in our garage, which we have no use for.The manager Pauls response was, Id be happy to go over each line item with you, Im just asking you to be honest about this.So here I am paul, being honest. HONESTLY we love our cabinets. I do believe they were the best quality we could get in our price range.Honestly, I hated our experience with this store.Honestly, we paid for our entire order when we picked up our first cabinets - along with ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of other cabinets we cant use - an amount that wouldve gone a long way in the rest of our remodel budget.We will not be giving this store another dime, and even cancelled our credit cards that had originally been used to purchase the cabinets because of fear of being charged an amount we do not owe, by a severely DISHONEST manager and store.Cabinets to go - you have an awesome product. I have done 2 projects this last year with Cabinets to Go, and worked with Aaron. He has been incredible to work with! we had a couple of hiccups along the way, and he was fantastic with working with us to get us what we needed, understanding of our situation, and worked with us to be sure our designs were exactly how we wanted them! We have also had a couple of warranty items, and their customer service has also been very helpful and responsive. Would definitely use them in the future.
I should have read reviews before doing business with this company. The customer service is the worst. After the measurements for countertops there was a change order for almost a 1,000$. There was nothing added to my order except for the things they forgot to include in the original quote. They should probably just stick to selling cabinets.

They promise 10 day delivery. I ordered in September and still not here. Dont know when they will be in stock. Now they want to charge me 25% restocking fee to cancel. Even though nothing has been picked up. Do not buy from these guys. They have terrible service.
The cabinets arrived on time... too bad no one called us, we had to reach out to them and of course oh you were my next call. The design is exactly what the salesman wanted, just not what I wanted. I wish we had just paid more for a real designer.
Denver Cabinets to Go will say delivery in 10 days, but it actually took 7 weeks waiting on materials before we could begin installation. They changed our design without telling us and we had to call them repeatedly for the ever changing reason for delay.Thats the catch. If its not in stock local or in TN, you will wait 3-4 months for the order to come on a slow boat from China. Our pull out drawers will arrive 5-6 months after ordering.Once they take 100% of your money up front, they move on to the next victim.
Went to this cabinet store order cabinets (needed kitchen asap), two ladies who were 10 ft apart from me started harassing me about not wearing mask. Told them I was under exemption and asked if they want a sale, they kept their agenda on how it is their owner made this a policy. Left the place feeling discriminated as they not knowing my circumstances and my condition simply refused the sale. Too bad for them, went to a near by cabinet store where staff were non-discriminative and took my order safely, paid $4600 for a kitchen sale, just a boo and thumbs down to Cabinets TO GO for loosing customers over a piece of cloth that doesnt protect anyone anyhow.

Our designer recommended using cabinets to go. Wed never done a kitchen before, so we had no idea. These cabinets are the worst quality Ive ever seen. The drawers constantly come off. The cabinets have cracked paint and the bottoms of several drawers have cracks in the finish. Weve had a bunch of things replaced, but we keep noticing more and more defects. $15k for cabinets that I could have built better myself (and I suck at woodworking). Our installer said these cabinets sit in warehouses with no temperature control so its pretty common to see cracking. Ill never use this place again.
Great prices great service. Bought kitchen cabinets and floors from this location. I saved a ton of money and am extremely happy with the end result. Everything arrived quickly and was installed within a week. Thank you for me new kitchen!
The prices are good. HOWEVER, julie did not go through details of how selecting a different cabinet would effect the look I was going for. I also picked up my cabinets and not all the cabinets were accounted for.Not only did they not tell me, I found out after I built the cabinets and I had to call them myself. The fact that I had to call makes me question if they were going to call me at all. Originally I was told that these cabinets would be in on my desired date. Now they are arent available for 3 more months.
This was the WORST customer service that I have EVER received and I work in retail! We were not explained what all of the extra parts were upon delivery. In our emails we asked specifically the height of the cabinets vefore placing our order and we were told 34.5 and when we received them half of the cabinets were only 30. When we asked them about it they told us to just build our own base for the height difference. After that I called customer care and got transfered to the regional manager who couldnt care less! He kept directing us to the store who was less than friendly. I would NOT recommend using cabinets to go.

Save Time and Save Money - I took my measurements for my new kitchen into Cabinets To Go and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Kevin was the sales associate who helped me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped me design my kitchen and made the ordering process seamless. We are getting a beautiful kitchen with real wood cabinets for a great price. We highly recommend.Update: November 2019 - The cabinets are Victoria Ivory and the countertops are Birch Butcher Block. The kitchen turned out fantastic.
I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Absolutely terrible customer service. Our cabinets arrived 7 weeks late. That was just the beginning of our nightmare with this company. No one ever bothered to keep us updated on what was happening throughout the process. When our order finally arrived we only found out from calling them ourselves to check. Otherwise, they never planned on letting us know that our cabinets that were almost 2 months late were sitting in their warehouse. We were, and still are missing multiple large and important items from our order. It has been months since our order arrived and everytime we call either no one answers the phone or they lie and tell us they will call back but never do. The people at the warehouse claim that we have everything we ordered, even though we do not. Our last phone conversation ended with them telling us they would check into the missing items and call us back. They never called back, and they just decided on their own to close out our order without any form of communication to us. Now we are being billed for the full order amount, even though we are still missing major items that we are paying for and havent received.
We came in with ideas, dimentions and a drawing (printable from their website) of our kitchen. We sat down and within 30 minutes had a printout of our kitchen cabinet layout with pricing. Nice and knowledgeable people with great service.
Cheap Chinese junk. A sad commentary that they can rope in the ignorant budget shoppers. Please look closely at the fake dovetail drawers in the photos. You can clearly see the seam where the dovetails are sawed off and simply applied via a metal bracket. All the samples I saw in the store were wobbly. Even the showroom is off-gassing toxic finishes and plastic fumes. I feel sorry for anyone who falls for this level of scam.
I purchased a complete set of cabinets. They were easy to install and the quality and price were great. I felt that the customer service and overall service were excellent. I have already recommended cabinets to go to a family member and friend and they both purchased from them.
The MOST average retail experience you can have! Cabinets to go is neither bad or good, terrible or amazing, the staff will help you with such a average attitude. If your in the neighborhood make sure to get in walk down Average Ave. over at Cabinets to Go, Its really up to you I cant recommend you go, I cant recommend you dont.

Kevin is great and very helpful. The manager, I think Paul is his name, is horrible and has no idea what he is doing. Work with Kevin and you will have a great experience and great pricing and a great design. I have to edit this review as I feel like when a problem arises how it is handled determines the quality of a company. The cabinets I ordered were discontinued and I had one drawer front that had a gouge out of it. I have been trying to get it replaced for months with no success. I am now told it will be here Saturday. Its been over 6 months. We shall see.

The sales team led by the manager Josh was excellent. It was not a high pressure hard sell. They gave us a professional printed out estimate on the spot in just a matter of minutes. We shopped a lot of places for our new kitchen cabinets and we went with Cabinets to Go because of their professionalism, high quality product and a very good price. I would send my Mom there without hesitation. Oh yeah, our cabinets came a week early. You guys nailed it.
Store helped with design and suggested different color due to our timeline. Cabinets arrived less than 2weeks. When we picked up had some confusion at the dock and left one pallet. Rick came in on his day off since that was the only day we could get over the hill. Had some hidden freight damage and Tracy in customer service replaced cabinet for us no problem. Cabinets look awesome and we had no problems with customer service. In my experience deserve better than reviews suggest, totally took care of us with no hassle.

Rick was a very good sales rep during the sale but after I purchased he would not keep his word on restock fees if we had to return an item that he said would work and ended up not fitting we paid for 3 toe kick panels and only got two we were supposed to get a call when the third one was recieved and we are still waiting 3 months later, I call to get information on my order and he claims he will return my call and never does
We have a vacation home out in Denver and this spring, we decided it was time to do some remodeling. We knew we needed new cabinets but didnt want to spend a fortune on them. One of our friends suggested we look into Cabinets to Go so we decided to give them a shot. I was VERY impressed by their level of expertise and willingness to help. And our cabinets are perfect for the style of our house! Couldnt be happier. The guys at Cabinets to Go are very professional.
This place is great. For a fraction of the price, and a little elbow grease, you can have everything you want. We found it easy and convenient, and with great selections and bundling, cabinets, countertops AND flooring, totally affordable!
At this time customer arrives is horrible. Sales rep order rthe wrong cabinet. Then said we would order the right one and it will be here in a few weeks. Call the location and the rep was no longer with the company and the new cabinet was never ordered. Manager which has been rude every time Iβve been in bad mouth her former employee the whole time I was on the phone with her. She order the new cabinet never ask what size cabinet I need I told here a 24 inch cabinet for above the refrigerator. I went and picked it up and once again it was wrong. The depth was wrong. When we brought back the second cabinet she said this is not her fault it was wrong you never told me. I said did you ask me she said no. She said again you never told me and you should have know to tell me that. Well I Donβt do this for a living they should have ask me all them questions or look at the demention on the original invoice. If I could have left zero stars I would have!!!!
I took my drawing in and Rick had a cad drawing with cabinets ready within a few minutes. Prices were very competitive and I ordered what I wanted on the spot! I will be back.
Ive been a general contractor for over twenty years and have never had a worse experience with any supplier, not just cabinets. The drawings they submitted to me were not the cabinets that they ordered. It took them over ten weeks to get the correct cabinets and they would not ship them to me, forcing me to take a day off of work, and drive 400 miles. They were unapologetic and even rude. In addition, they never ordered the pulls, and many of the cabinets were damaged and did not fit together properly, requiring me to fabricate my own pieces and drill my own holes in many instances. They cost me over six thousand dollars in addition to the cost of the cabinets in penalties and lost time, to say nothing of the fact my client was irate with the delays. I would have a kitchen without cabinets before I would ever use them again.
Hi Iliana,This is Duane Vigil, Sharon Vigils Husband,I am utterly disgusted with the service your company has provided for us.I will never recommend your company to any friends or enemies.First off we started working on our kitchen remodel in April of this year and we are still waiting for the touch up paint that we ordered to arrive . I had to go to Lowes and buy some high grade plywood and manufacture a lower cabinet side because we got tired of waiting for the correct one to arrive for the factory mistake of sending us two right cabinet sides. We never received the side we needed, though it doesnt matter anymore. Jessica designed our kitchen off of our measurements. We were off by 3/4 inch in overall length on one side of the kitchen length and she was off by 3 inches in her design. Had her design been correct we would have been able still get everything done without extra cost. We had to order another cabinet and eat the cost of the unusable upper cabinet, this cost us an extra $250.00 and the side panel that we paid for went to scrap because it didnt fit either. You cant read everything on the internet...that said this place is under new management (Paul) and man is this guy helpful. Bought a house in the Metro area last August and the wife and I couldnt make any decisions. Long story short order is placed and we will finally start making our house into our home!

Dont not buy cabinets from here if you want to have an actual kitchen within 5 years. Rick will be super friendly when selling you the actual kitchen but will ignore your calls for months after when youre wondering where the rest of your cabinets are. IKEA would have been a better choice at this point.

Buyer beware! I ordered my cabinets over six months ago and I still have not received my entire order. I have been trying to get Ricks attention for months to get the last pieces of my order but he keeps ignoring me. Rick, the manager, ordered the hardware separately and sent it to the wrong address not once but twice and had the nerve to ask me to go and look for it. One cabinet was broken in the package as it arrived and it was clear that the construction was not 100% wood as they advertise. Additionally, three cabinets have already cracked after being used for 2-3 months. I am now contacting the CEO Tom but he is not responding either. Stay away from this place. Quality of service and product is horrible and they know once you order/install your kitchen, you cant return it. I wish I had known....

Go to IKEA, this place has terrible service. No reply on emails, infinite hold, even after you have spent thousands of dollars here. When you go in the store they will leave you standing there while helping everyone on the phone, but when you call they still dont help. They also lose your shipments and take forever to reorder. How the hell is this company still in business? Zero stars!
Customer service matters. In fact, there is no better proof of a companyβs commitment to good service than itβs treatment of customers when there is a problem. Unfortunately, our experience with Cabinets to Go and with Paul specifically, demonstrated a total disreguard for us, his customer. We had a number of problems including basic configuration errors including doors that would not open because of the refrigerator being too close to the wall and base cabinet doors that would not open fully because of baseboard heater vents after they came and we paid them $100 for an on-site measurement meeting. They also miss ordered one cabinet and were late on parts of the deliveries.As part of our order, we ordered roll out trays for 5 base cabinets. When trying to install these trays, we realized they cannot be installed at the bottom of the base cabinet, but can only be installed above the base cabinet hinges. This was not the configuration we purchased. We attempted to return them and Paul said we were required to pay the restocking fee regardless of the reason for return. We even found you tube videos showing CTG roll out trays installed at the bottom. Paul told us those were the old style, the new ones donβt install at the bottom.Given the configuration errors, missed order cabinet and late deliveries, we felt the restocking fee should be waived by CTG.No only was Paul unwilling and to waive (or even split) the $94.00 restocking fee, but he showed an utter lack of respect and arrogance. He was successful in keeping his $94.00 restocking fee, but he lost a customer forever and gained himself this one star review. I even told him, if you donβt refund this restocking fee, Iβm going to write a very unfavorable review. Itβs your choice Paul.Our issue is not with the product, itβs with Paul as a representative.Nothing profitable comes from making customers feel unimportant or worse belittled.My recommendation for you is go elsewhere until things change at CTG Denver.Bruce Rice
Visited this store with my measurements in hand, during supposed business hours, right around 2:30-2:45 PM. Walked in started looking at different cabinet styles a Rick Hernandez came out of warehouse and said I was just coming out to lock the doors, I have inventory to take care of. He gave me his card and escoreted me back to the door. I was going to give them another try some other time but not after these reviews.I am a home builder and dont have the time to waste on incompetenceand delays in getting product. Rick said that Cabinets To Go is owned by Lumber Liquidators, RED FLAG! Have had many customer service issues and product problems, no wonder the same attitude is at both companies.Look at the reviews for yourself.
The service at this store is absolutely horrible. The manager Rick there is a pompous jerk. He is lazy and you have to call multiple times to get any kind of answer or response. He forgot to order our knobs and hardware for our cabinets. When I call to get an answer to where they are. He said I can order them for you? WHAT? I picked them out while I was at the store. So after spending 4k on cabinets this jerk wants me to re-order the hardware he forgot in the first place. Now I have to go spend more money on hardware that I should have received in the first place. He would not make it right and hung up on me twice when I called in. I had a few choice words but did not deserve to be hung up on when its his fault. He would not give me his supervisors name or number. I will file a complaint with corporate. Stay away from this place!
I wish I would have read reviews prior to purchasing our countertops here. We purchased our Quartz through Cabinets To Go because they came back with the best quote. Unfortunately, we realized after we already paid that they greatly under quote you so there is no turning back. Our final invoice was just as much as every other quartz place. They also contract out everything so you are working with multiple companies which adds a ton of extra time and effort. We were constantly having to call and followup getting all different stories like oh our system didnt push it through all the way or we havent received that yet etc.. our countertops took over 3 weeks, which I think is pretty excessive and far over the 7-10 days initial time estimate. To top it off, they are not installed correctly and Desert Eagle (who they contract to install) will not respond to our requests and photos to fix it. There is no accountability since there are so many parties on the table. It was the worst decision we made in our Kitchen Remodel project.

When I went there for cabinets (this was 2 yrs ago) the sale guy was pushy. When i picked up all my cabinets they were spread throughout the warehouse and it was up to me to look for them all and load them. Mean while, dude pulls up BMW and the sale dude goes out of his way to assist him with his two boxes... Ive had similar problem with lumber liquidators.....must be part of a bigger problem.

Be VERY aware before going with CTG. Poor quality and unethical practices. We ordered our cabinets on Halloween of 2014 (a total of 10 cabinets). Eight of the 10 cabinets arrived in late January. I live about 25 miles from the store and was told if I came in to pick up the 8 cabinets they would be willing to send the other 2 to me when they arrived (due to how late everything was). I drove to the store and was told actually, it will cost me $330 to have the 2 cabinets shipped. I began assembling the 8 and one word comes to mind... WARPED. The fronts seem to be good quality but the cabinet boxes are made out of extremely brittle material that is very warped. I had to use clamps to tighten up and secure all the cabinets after assembling due to the severe warping. One of the cabinet boxes splintered apart while trying to assemble it due to the warping. The final 2 cabinets arrived a month later and after going to pick them up they were warped as well. I placed a call to Customer Service for a cabinet replacement on March 4th. Unlike the store reps, Customer Service has been very responsive and appears helpful but they called today (April 7th, 2015) to inform me they cant locate my replacement and wanted to know if I had already picked it up (I also ordered a replacement drawer as the original was damaged and supposedly it is at the store awaiting pick-up). I know the longshoreman strike this winter impacted deliveries but the ethical and quality issues would keep me from using CTG in the future. I have a neighbor finishing his basement who was looking at CTG in February. I told him about my issues and they went with IKEA for comparable price... and they were done installing their cabinets in March.

I have been to cabinets to go three times, they keep the warehouse empty and cannot even tell you when they are getting more vanities in. I dont know how you pay for warehouse space and then keep it empty of product. You cant sell what you dont have, why are you even in business?
Do not buy cabinets from cabinets to go. They have horrible product, and horrible customer service. Their cabinets come from china, shipped horribly, and most were all messed up; some were warped others were scratched, and discolored. Please do yourself a favor and dont buy cabinets from this company.
