It was far, but it was very nice & pleasant experience. Robert was very professional & informative with what our Honda needed & required. Pricing was a lot more affordable compared to Autonation & Planet Honda. We will return again for our next service even though it was about 24 miles from where we live.
I wouldnt recommend this dealership for any service. I was from out of town and having a problem with my new accord with the front camera. The service was expensive and unprofessional. I recieved my car back taken apart and not put back together has received before the time of service. Please save the response back (Dealership). I just want people to know what to expect.
My daughter had to bring our car in due to a recall and repair notice about the drive shaft. First, she scheduled an appointment and when she showed up, they didnt have a part. Why are they scheduling for a recall without having a part? Second, they were very uncooperative in giving her a ride either to there or from there for both appointments she made. Third, and by far the worst, they messed up the car terribly in doing the work. When she got it home, we could hear a knocking sound that didnt exist before. She really didnt want to go back there given how rude and uncooperative they were. Because she was in Denver temporarily, she had to drive for 2 days with this problem and it got much worse, with knocking and grinding. We are going to now get rid of the car. Totally incompetent given this was supposed to be known recall work. Dont go there!
Daut provided excellent service, was attentive, and consistent. Costs for service are consistent with typical Dealer service department prices. I believe the services recommended were necessary.
Like the place before, got the new FIT from them 3 years ago. Had no issue in previous oil change. However, it was a shock this time, a $170 (quote on phone and when I bring in the car) before any coupon routine service (A12) become over $200 when done after applied coupon and there was no additional item needs service or replace. (Tax is about ~$13 so its not tax, plus there is a coupon also). How wrong can they quote a routine service??I had appointment, and still took close to 2 hours to finish it..Time to check out other place.
They use original parts and they are the best, my old car runs like new.
Typically this service/maintenance location does VERY well. However, the flow of service could be better. I.e. after making an appointment, when and where do you check-in... nobody knows, including the staff. You just have to bug someone at a desk and hope they dont snip at you.I would 5 star, but they have been out of parts for awhile. Seems thematic about Out Of Stock concerns. If the manufacturer service center doesnt have these parts... why do I overpay for the certified labor?!?Would gladly give 5 starts if the two concerns were solved:1) Check-in process2) Get parts in stock... on time. My appointment went over by 90 minutes, and could not complete service due to part not availavle... at a Honda dealership. Take the filter from the Car on the lot, you have plenty!
Great place and great people. Thorough inspection; Ill be going back in the future!
Excellent service. My oil change was finished very quickly and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were great, a honest business overall. I will be returning for future services.
Roomy waiting room with complimentary bottled water, coffee, and other hot beverages. Friendly service department
I was in Honda last Friday . The team was really very nice.I worked with Sean and Mike and they were really very helpful.
The customer service was awesome! Robert in the service department of Mile High Honda (MHH) was the best. He was able to secure me an appointment on the day and time that I needed for the services. Toni was concerned about the length of the service and offered me a loaner vehicle instead of me having to wait at the dealership. The service was completed an hour prior to the stated completion time which made me happy. I would certainly recommend MHH on Havana to anyone. GREAT JOB! 😊
Very friendly and efficient. Sarah S. was so helpful!
They go thruly n make sure is okay. also do car wash too. really frendly n great customers services. the environment are also clean.
Came here for an oil change about 2 weeks ago. It wasnt a very pleasant experience. When I pulled up, some creepy guy just stood there staring at me. At any other Honda dealership, Im approached, they verify my appointment, the service I need, maybe do a walk-around of my car and ask for my keys. I had to facilitate all of the above. He told me to go inside as he pulled off. I wondered around aimlessly in the vicinity of the counters, which all had people at them, for about a minute without being greeted when a woman finally spoke to me. She couldnt have immediately confirmed my appointment as she simply wrote my name on a scratch pad and sent me on my way. While waiting (for an hour 1/2- longer than the time I was told), I witnessed an employee use the bathroom and leave without washing their hands. Additionally, after my car was finished, they didnt wash it or even refill my fluid, which is customary at every other Honda dealership Ive been to (and is one of the reasons I take my car to Honda instead of somewhere else thats $15 less). Highly disappointed.
We were in CO for spring break. The check engine light was on after we drove from Glenwood spring to Denver. As suggested by many people, we went to Auto Zone to read the code, which is 3400. We chose this dealer, because its review is higher. We made an appointment at 7:30am next morning. My wife drove the Odyssey there. Because there were some possibilities for that code, the initial quote was $548.63. Eventually, they fixed the problem and charged us $246.69. We were presently surprised by their honesty. When we were leaving CO Saturday morning, it started to snow, the lady called us and asked about our experience. We were very happy, of course.
I didnt love buying my car here, but every experience Ive had at this service department has been amazing. Theyve gone above and beyond every time. I bought a Mazda so they dont have the parts in stock (obviously) and I really need to start calling ahead when I have a flat, but they got me the tire I needed the same day. I really appreciate it. Im going to start going to them for everything that I can. I still wont be able to handle Mazda specific things with them, but oil changes, spark plugs, etc Ill be going there.
First time experience, fast and effective. Will follow them closely!
Friendly staff. Great customer service.
Service department is so sloww Over 2 hours to get a tire changed.
They got the work done quickly and my aging Honda will keep going. The newly opened service area is well done.
Usually very efficient but I just went in for an oil change and they tried to up sell some filters I dont need yet and even though I had an appointment I have been here almost two hours..for an oil change.
Low pressure in the service department. Got me right in with no appointment. Pricey, like every dealership. Now I can look forward to an email or text a day for the next 6 months. Would recommend and return
I had a recall on my Honda that was completed. Awesome intake person, Shonna!!
Totally impressed with service and timeframe the location performed for my vehicle. I had made an appointment the same day. I brought the vehicle to mile high Honda and within a couple of hours the issue was diagnosed. The next day they completed a timing belt, oil pump reseal, and valve job and I had the car back that that evening.Brendan the service person was very professional and had great communication with me the whole time.Ive told a couple of friends and a few coworkers about my experience.I would certainly recommend mile high Honda to anyone. I had a great customer experience!Thank you Mile High Honda
Had an appointment at 9am for oil change and seasonal update, got there at 8:45am, left at 12: 08 ! Seems like 3+ Hours is too long for anyone with an appointment! Ridiculous wouldnt you think!
Had a scheduled apt. They acting like I was an inconvenience when I showed up. Took them almost 2 hours to do one oil change with a schedule apt.
Great service, fair price, comfortable atmosphere.
Ive always had great experiences here. No crazy pushy people at all and they get the service stuff done asap. Plus its been affordable for me too.
I bring my new honda here for service at a good price.
Great service, friendly professional
I am so satisfied with their services and even more grateful that I have reliable and knowledgeable technicians working on my vehicle needs
Most recent visit I had an oil change, tire rotation, window tint on front 2 windows, and purchased an accessory part. The issue I had was with the window tint. I asked for the front two windows to be matched to rest of the factory tint on the vehicle. I figured that by bringing my CR-V to a Honda dealership to have my windows tinted they would be able to match it the best. Boy was I wrong. As you can see from the photos below; the tint doesnt match at all. I brought my concern up to the service advisor who informed me that 1. they dont tint the windows - its outsourced 2. it needs a few days to cure and the match will improve. This was frustrating to hear that they outsourced the work. I wish this had been disclosed when I requested the service. So I waited 2 days for the cure to set in on the new tint. The mismatch did not improve. I emailed the advisor again to inform her that nothing had improved. 3 days went by before I sent another email (this time with the manager on the email). She responded very quickly informing me that she has been in contact with her manager on the issue and they will contact me. Its now been 10 days since I first voiced my concern. Nobody has contacted me. I emailed the advisor again today and called the manger. Neither has returned my email/call.The whole unfortunate part about this situation is that I can understand that some tints dont/cant match 100%. But the following should have happened: the advisor shouldve informed me that a 100% match may not be achievable 2. informed me they were out sourcing the work to a 3rd party. 3. returned my emails/calls!All of this over a 120$ tint job? I intended on using this service department for all my maintenance on my vehicle. But now I wont. And I recommend others seek a dealership that not only understands quality service, but also professionalism.
Typical dealership. They do a good job just way over priced. Staff is pleasant.
The Mile High Service department is the reason to buy a Honda. The place is friendly and no nonsense. Clean and safe! Never will try to get over on you. You have a Honda with an issue, Go see Robert Rivera and staff at Mile High Honda.
Service was prompt and friendly. When additional issues came up during inspection the issues were quickly explained and all prices were presented up front - no surprise charges. Glad to take our Honda back again when we need additional service
Clean & comfortable waiting room, fast, professional service. Whats not to like.
Top tier customer service. Quality repairs from skilled mechanics!
Quick and honest service. They had plenty of days and times to choose from for an appointment, and even though they were really busy when I went, they had my car done in a timely manner. Even gave her a wash :)
I still continue to be very impressed by the service department here at Mile High Honda. They are very polite and efficient. I enjoy bringing my car here every time!
I used their services over the weekend and it started off great, took an unexpected turn to a poor experience due to a miscommunication but then ended as a great experience as the Senior Service Manager Brett McCabe got involved and went above and beyond to correct the situation. I left feeling like my issues were listened to and actioned. All of the staff were friendly in their demeanor and showed a human side you dont often see at car dealerships. Thank you, Brett and team.
Shawna was SO sweet and helpful! I was having some connection issues with my Apple Carplay and stopped by to have it looked at. She took such good care of me, and I was in and out of there, problem resolved, in no time! She even followed up to make sure everything was still working properly. Not that anyone likes having their car serviced, but I am more than happy to return again, when needed.
Ive been doing business with Mile High Honda for more than 20 years. Theyve always done a good job for me. They have a top-notch service department.
These guys are excellent. Ive never had a bad experience at any Honda maintenance, and this one is great.
I have been going to Mile High Honda for years now and, overall Ive hated my experience from the service center to purchasing a car. 6 months ago I purchased a used 2016 Honda civic and, today I took it in for normal maintenance but, of course shortly after I was hit with additional recommended services which included a set of new tires that will cost over $1000 according to Honda the tires were, of course, used when brought but considered normal wear and tear and as explained legally they did not have to change them but, somehow 6 months later they need to be changed right away. I asked how could the tires go from good to really bad? They explained that the tires had lost just enough pressure and I say just enough because it wasnt enough to set off any alarms in the car but enough to cost me over $1000. After 5 years of business with Honda I will no longer go back for services or to purchase any future vehicles.
I dont know if theres an official survey anywhere, but I hope this place sees it and gives Brendan the credit he deserves. Communication 10/10, quick to answer any of my questions and got the job done quick. He stayed friendly the entire time and didnt even seem botherwd by all my phonecalls. He seems to take pride in making sure the customer is taken care of!
Been taking my Hondas here for the last 8 years, never an issue. Customer service has been great, and never push you for services you dont want. Their service hours are great if you want to come in early or work late.
If you are a woman looking for a trusted place to take your vehicle, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place that doesnt insist on you purchasing unnecessary service, this is not the place. If you have a spare $1000 burning a hole in your pocket, this is the place to take your vehicle. The service is excellent, but the staff is pushy for you to get more service completed.
Im a customer to this shop and took my Honda Odyssey to mile high Honda at Havana for service. 2777 S Havana St, Denver, CO 80014 on Nov 2nd for driver side door problem. After my Honda Odyssey inspected on that day, I was told that the vehicle door Actuators motor was bad and it need replacement. I agreed with that, so that they said they will order the part and the vehicle will be ready for pickup on the next day. i called and texted to the front desk specialist Toni to check on the vehicle and no response. My brother gave me a ride and we went together to the shop. Waited about an hour and the vehicle was ready for pickup at 3:04 PM on the next day. I checked the door using the remote key to operate the doors and the door is working perfect.the bad side is the vehicle is not started by the remote key. i used to start the vehicle by the remote key and it works perfect. What happened is it wont start after the door problem is fixed by Honda in the shop. I asked Toni to check on the door and she told me that I can press 3times the Lock butten and she grabbed the key and tried to start the vehicle. The vehicle wont start and she told me that my remote is not equipped with the remote start. I told her the vehicle will start when I presd the unlock button 3times. The problem started after the door is fixed. Me and my brother told them this happened here in the shop so that we asked Toni as we need to talk to the manager. A manager came and told me I need to pay $180 only to diagonise the problem. I already paid $512.61 for the actuators . its a big head ache to create another problem on my vehicle visiting mile high Honda . Ill rate mile high Honda zerooooo, below zerooo or (Negative) on this service. I dont recommend mile high Honda in Denver at Havana. The worst service I get from this shop.
I love Sarah shes always a sweetheart would I mean major of my vehicle is up to par
Always fast and fantastic staff. The new build for service is a great location and the new waiting room is terrific. They did a great job following all of the Covid guidelunes as well.
These guys consistently rock! Thank you so much!
They always do a great job helping me maintain my car. Daut M. is an excellent service person!!
Worst experience here came here just for my dash lights for them to break my driver side door panel along with a piece chipped off inside of the speedometer area
My wife and I recently bought a 2020 Passport vehicle at Mile High Honda. We had checked around with some other dealerships and experienced the high annoying and time wasting nonsense characteristic of old school car dealers at several of them. One was a one price only type place, but the price was not competitive. A couple other dealerships would not provide a price unless you visited the dealership in person. Mile High put their best foot forward with a competitive price from the beginning and honored that price without any haggling or changes whatsoever. The entire sales process was smooth and problem free. I can recommend this dealership without any reservation as being honest, straightforward and businesslike to deal with in every respect.
There were some issues with the initial service I received which surface on a Saturday night, the day after I picked up the vehicle. Once I got ahold of the manager, Brett, on Monday morning things went more smoothly. He was both apologetic and accommodating and insured me the issue would be fixed. They did a great job making the necessary repairs in a timely manner and making sure I didnt go without a vehicle in the mean time. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. Good service department and friendly staff.
Excellent service by Robert in the office. Great job by the mechanics.
Today 9-16-19 I took my Honda Pilot to exchange it the oil. I arrived at 6:53 am (7 min) before the opening of the Express Service, after providing my information, their service representative offer me the SUV back after hour or hour and half. Two hours later, I approached the rep again inquiring about the status, as reply, I received the excuse: we are busy this morning and a compensation for the grievance offered a discount. Mile High Management, please erase the word Express because it is everything else but fast, quick, etc. Furthermore, a stated it in previous reviews, they want to sale new whippers...I c j.lo would give less than a start but there is no option.
Prompt service.Good value.
Staff was very good and very informative.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Rather than a long and frustrating review about how unprofessional and incompetent the employees are at this service center, I will just save you the time and tell you go SOMEWHERE ELSE! In short, I was lied to by the service department manager, and when I tried to remedy the situation, I was then yelled at and accused of things that just were not true. 2+2=5 for these people, and if you point out that they were wrong, be prepared to yelled at and accused of further falsehoods.
They get me in and out quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
I like and trust honda service more than anywhere else. I have had other shops tell me I need unnecessary work, and sometimes it costs more than here. You get awesome quality Honda parts, technicians you can trust, at reasonable prices. I take my car no where else.
Great technicians, friendly intake staff, spacious waiting area. The best Honda dealership in the area.
I came in for service on my car and I will tell you the reason I for sure always come back is because working with Shane and Daut is always so easy and not stressful. I always have great customer service with them both and will always come back to see them. I would highly recommend them both to everyone I know.
Excellent customer service,
Super helpful, kind, and fast. Went on a very busy day just for a basic oil change. They were upfront from the start it was going to take a while. We left and came back in and out the time window they gave us, maybe a little longer, and my car still wasnt ready HOWEVER the lady who helped us went out and physically asked the technicians how much longer which was awesome and above and beyond we expected for such a simple little thing!
Branden provided excellent service; quick and efficient.
I used to like this dealership for getting my Honda fit serviced. Either I just had unusually good service in the past or it has gotten worse since they moved to the new location in the other building. The customer service people are nice, but they are too busy to see the amount of customers they have and I had issues with the quality of work done on my car (found a random bolt on the floor after they replaced an airbag and when I came back to ask them to check it was ok they were too busy to see me that night, I arrived a little over an hour before they closed)
This place is very Sales-y. I walked in knowing the exact car and price I wanted Yet the salesperson kept boasting they were the best salesperson in Denver though they didnt have to help me with anything. Then I had almost every person working there telling me I have to give the salesperson all 10s or she would fail. If the company really cared about improvement they wouldnt consider a 9 a fail and force their customers to put a 10. Never felt genuine.
Had the airbag recall work done, as well as the key reprogrammed for my 2003 Honda Civic. They treated me very nice and the reprogramming only cost 73 dollars, the recall work was free of course. Very honest and straight forward people. Stephen Fisher was the rep that helped me and he is a great guy.
Daut provided excellent, fast, and friendly service! Was mindful of my needs and made sure I had accommodations for my appointments while our vehicle was in the shop..
The service is good. No car wash right now which is a bummer especially in the winter months.
Had what I needed, also good pandemic protocols
DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THE SERVICE ADVISER IS VERY UNKIND. So if you are willing to repair something for your Honda vehicle, go to other Honda body shops. My father and I had to pay $75.26 for just replacing a single fuse. A SINGLE FUSE. They charged a labor fee as $72.95 for the work which could be done in less than 5-10 minutes. And this is not the first time we paid for replacing the fuse here. My father already paid the almost same amount of cost to change the fuse a month ago when it blew at the first time ($72.95; they did not charge a fuse price). Although he did not know that the cost of replacing will be that much high while he spent about 3 hours waiting, he paid the full amount. And then the same fuse blew again in a month, but the repair shop did not deduct any of the cost due to our responsibility.Service adviser mentioned that a backup camera monitor, which we additionally installed and consumed a power through a cigarette socket, blew the fuse, and Honda dont recommend any of the third partys accessories using through the socket power. BUT, we already used that camera over 2 years, and there was no problem at all until the fuse blew out the first time. The adviser did not listen and care when I complained to the adviser with this reason. She just wanted us to pay what she showed to us, PERIOD. I regret that I should have called a manager before we left the office.I feel like it is so unfair to charge over 70 dollar for changing the single fuse which I can do by myself in 5-10 minutes if I know a location of the fuse box in the car and to charge the cost once again even though the same problem had happened in the very short period. Also, my father and I had a very unpleasant experience from the service adviser at that time. Her behavior should not be performed like that.
Great! They told us it was a faulty oil filter so we went back to pick it up to take it to the neighborhood shop that changes our oil only to find there was a miscommunication in house and the oil was changed accidentally. They of course didnt charge us. The experience was awesome from start to finish.
Daut was amazing from check in to check out. After checking in he explained all the services I was getting done with good detail. He had great communication with me and the texting feature was so easy and efficient. He also helped me get a loaner car with a blonde gal named Jamie, she was very helpful and friendly she walked me to the loaner vehicle and helped install the car seats which I appreciated a lot. I will definitely be returning to Mile High Honda for all of my services. Thank you for a great experience.
Efficient service department
I would score a zero star if I can. The consultant listed everything and saids everything would be checked and fixed. The bill ended up 1142.00. With not fixed parts. At the end won’t give us the car unless we pay that 1142. So I forced to paid that so I can have my car to go home. Also, they made us waited for 8 hours without telling us we can use one of their cars while our car is being fixed. Very disappointed and angry experience. Will never go back and not recommended
I had a big issue with the service department and brought it to the GM here. He was apologetic and offered me a credit. Then, I went to put washer fluid in my car just after they serviced my car and my coolant is completely empty! So now I feel obligated to warn people about this place.Mile High service dept risked our safety and refuses to take responsibility.Automative safety is a deadly serious matter and I will never trust them again. We brought our car in to have snow tires installed. The tires were installed improperly and damaged in the mounting process (banding damaged). Unbeknownst to me I drove this time bomb on the highway. Had they blown out going 75mph we could have been hurt or killed. When I noticed the the damaged tires (see photos) i contacted a friend who is a mechanical engineer and his father in-law who is a master mechanic with photos. They both adamantly concluded it was faulty installation and that I was lucky I didn’t wreck. I skipped work and took the vehicle in the moment Honda opened Monday with this information. The manager accused ME of doing the damage which was an insane theory. I wasn’t impolite or aggressive but on a Monday morning he was unapologetically obstinate and defiant. After they pulled the tires off it was obvious that the inside rim wall was damaged during installation(see photos). They wanted to re-mount them and send me off to drive to discount tire to buy new tires and “cut me a check” for them (Honda didn’t have any snow tires in stock). Even though the tech said to the manager “it’s not safe but you CAN drive on them”. Lucky for me they wouldn’t even hold air and could not be remounted. So the manager dug his heels in, gave me a loaner car and said “go get two new tires and we’ll install them. Let’s not argue over who’s fault it is”. Very dedicated to not taking ownership despite evidence and expert opinions. I went to discount with all of my photos and they immediately agreed this was caused by Honda’s installation. They were floored by the theory that this somehow how wasn’t their fault and lack of ownership that was taken here. So now I have no car, it’s up on a jack and the manager Brett refuses to own this. I will never again trust this dealership. I’ve lost a day of work now and I don’t take people risking mine and my wife’s safety lightly. You don’t do this to people and then try to shrug them off. Unethical and unprofessional.Update. I just bought a brand new vehicle and not from these guys. They lost out on my business big time.
Reasonable timely service - was in and out in under an hour. Friendly helpful staff!
Great customer service. Got us right in for an oil change. Took great care of us and the car while we waited and he wait wasnt long at all.
I was told 1/22 by Ashley that the parts I ordered when I purchased my car were in and I should come by and get them Saturday the 25th. She was not there to assist me even though she said to ask for her, and then all the service department did was pawn me off from one person to the next, each super displeased and annoyed they were having to help me find a part I paid for and was told was in. Aubrey was extremely rude and unhelpful and the worst employee during the experience. Nate was also not helpful and impatient with me.
We brought my car in today for an oil change and to patch a tire. We waited for almost 2 hours and had to remind the staff we were there! They also told us we need a new tire and they somehow are a dealership, but DONT have tires for our car (a honda HRV) that we bought from them? Not impressed AT all!
Very helpful people here and they treat you well.
Service department is great. Stephanie is an amazing person and will help you get things done right
Excellent service and knowledge of Honda vehicles
Called down to ask how long it would be. Timing is not the issue. Person in the phone failed to mention service department moved for renavations. This was an inconvenience when I pulled into the lot and tried to figure out were I needed to go. Service team was friendly as always.
Quick and friendly, never have an issue
Needed a two pack of a uvc bulb and heat lamp for reptiles. They didnt think they made them like that. We get them at other locations, but they di have the one that had burnt out and wad reasonable price. Hard to find, name I had wad different than what was on the door.
I have never had an issue with any work done here. Thanks!
Service advisor was very caring and helpful in making sure my experience went well.
A competant dealer but they slide in all kinds of hidden fees in the service department. I was charged $75 for no defensible reason and was given a grossly overoptimistic time estimate.
I bought a honda at a different state. I was told that I was going to get free oil changes for 3 years anywhere in the USA. I brought my car to the dealership at Mile High Honda and they told me I need to pay for the oil change. I spoke with the manager and she told me that whoever told me about the free oil changes was wrong. I am never buying another car from Honda.
Love the service department!
They always do a good job and have friendly service.
Excellent customer service
Thank you Robert for be professional,l will be there next week
Great customer service. However, prices for services high compared to other service centers.
