Came to pick up a pair of shoes. The store was closed even though it was business hours. The employees were in the parking lot waiting on a manager to open. Finally one employee told us it would be another 20 minutes before the manager got there.

Friendly service and well stocked. Theres usually a good sale going on as well. I love shopping here for my shoes!

My brother and I never have been to Off Broadway Shoes before. We needed some new shoes and first stopped at Famous Footwear but no shoes worked for us. Both of us have been getting New Balance shoes lately but I would up with K Swiss and Sperry which I never bought before. Both were on markdown and on top of it were Buy One Get One 50% Off. All employees were friendly and there was a good selection.

Northfield store, for men was kinda low on sizes, I could not find/fit, one single type shoe I was looking for, low cut zip side boots. Alas I tried. Friendly staff, girls were nice, and helpful.

We have shopped here a couple of times. But never really seemed to find exactly what we were looking for. Today was a good day to go. Not only was the store pretty much empty of people ( 4 others besides the 2 of us) the staff was super friendly, they had great selection & they are currently offering BOGO 1/2 OFF! Also the sale racks were actually 70%off...

I asked the sales person if I was going to get the same deal in person as I was online. She told me no and to just order them online and come back to the register to claim them. I did so and the manager told me to just come back tomorrow morning to get them because they would not show up on the system until later. I argued with her and told her I needed the boots for a job I was doing the next day. I will never buy from this store again.

Clarissa gave terrible customer service. I Drove out of my way across town to come in and do an exchange. Worst customer service ever. I went in for an exchange but after being talked to like I didn’t matter at all, I decided to do a return on the set of shoes I have never wore. I didn’t even want to deal with cashier giving me an exchange. They weren’t the right size. I had them maybe a week before taking them back. When I asked the cashier she took them out of the box and said we probably can’t return these. I explained to her that they had never been worn and she still refused calling her manager over. When the manager came up to look at them she agreed they were in perfect condition still. Cashier just rolls her eyes and says “ are you sure”. Serious lack of training and customer service after I drove over an hour tot their store.

Excellent place for womens shoes. Dont know about mens shoes, I dont look for them. Well presented and the staff will leave you alone or help you -- its up to you. Good prices and excellent selection of current trends.

I went to this store at Stapleton to change 5 pairs of sandals and shoes that I ordered online I needed a bigger size but there was no sandals of my size and they didn’t had the shoes the I ordered. The manager Mike he had a very bad customer service, he didn’t acept one of the sandals because he said that it was damaged.I went to this store hours later that I received my order. He didn’t care at all. He was mean and also he was coughing. Never going to this store again!!!!

They have lots of shoes, with little style. Coronavirus has effected the manufacturers and the mentals of the designers!!

Deals to be had in the clearance area. Cashiers were very nice but it took 3 of them 10 minutes to look up a pair of $5 socks and to give me another pair free(bogo). Also they made me move to another cashier after ringing up 6 other items. Not good business practice if you ask me but they were nice.

Went in last minute at night because I am a teaacher and my boots broke. I live at the mall so I wasdressed down. Took me a half hour to look for boots. brought them to the register and asked, is this the right sale price? She said no, like I was an idiot and told me that the price was not the one on the box, but the boot and she totally dismissed me. I walked to another checker and asked how I was supposed to know what was on sale...she said, we scan them. I said, the other lady didnt scan them she told me I was wrong. So this lady scanned them, the price I thought was correct. Pretty sure the first clerk assumed because I was dressed down that I was trying to switch boxes and steal. The girl who helped me the second time was the manager. She did nothing and said nothing to the other girl.

Very dirty. Unfriendly staff. Travel to this store in a nicer location if you want to shoot off broadway shoes.

I brought a return into this location. I was browsing the store while on the phone with my daughters doctor. The manager took the bag from my hand and started inspecting the items. I asked him if I could speak with him after I was done with the doctor he took the bag to the front of the store. When the phone call was complete I went to the register and he insisted I could not return the items because they were used. I was treated like a criminal. I will not be returning to this store.

Don’t buy or return anything from this store. I came to return a pair of shoes just to be told I would get a 14$ credit all to come back and be told $7. While I was looking for a pair of shoes to exchange them for I asked if they had a pair in my size, the girl pointed at another pair that were not the same style or color or price. This just spoke about the importance of customer service and training that this store gives.

Every one was helpful and helped me find what I was looking for,I liked the store cause no one else carries size 5 and O have a hard time finding me size I will be back again

I found the shoes I needed; however, the customer service was awful. I was not greeted when I arrived. I was in the store for 50 minutes and was not offered assistance. There were 2 employees at the counter socializing with each other.
