Its a nice and clean store but I went before Christmas to buy boots and they said they only did returns for a week so I went 3 days after to look for a smaller size but they said they didnt have any until January. January 9th I came and wouldnt let me exchange the boots. Not just that but the girls there couldnt even talk. I asked if they would be able to return or not and they just stared at me like if they didnt know what to say. Overall, I couldnt exchange my boots after I was told I could.
