My 6 year old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. We were drawn to Iris because they follow strong COVID protocol. We were their first appointment on a Sunday. We received a warm welcome and great attention from the staff. They have a nice selection of 1st time earrings. Harrison, who did her ears, likes working with kids. He was patient and playful with all her questions and a calm, experienced presence. It is pricey, but it was worth the great experience and result.

I brought my 8yo to get her ears pierced and was so pleased at the level of professionalism and experience- Harrison was patient and gentle and kept my daughter calm and let her know she was in charge. The shop is beautiful and the measures taken for safety and sterile conditions are impressive.

I had the most wonderful experience here! I scheduled an appointment to get my first ever nostril piercing and the staff was very helpful and informative. When I walked in, I was helped by a staff member who nicely answered all my questions and described the process and jewelry appropriate for me. The piercing went smooth as well! I recently got a navel piercing here and it was the best body piercing experience I’ve ever had! The piercer explained everything as he did it and everyone there was very nice. I’m transgender and the name on my ID is different than the name I gave for my appointment and it wasn’t an issue at all. While some may be apprehensive because of the price, just know that it’s worth every penny since they use high quality internally threaded titanium jewelry. I will definitely be coming back for all my future piercings!

This was my first time getting a nose piercing. When I walked into IRIS Studio, Denver location, I was immediately greeted by Breanna. She was super helpful and patient in answering my questions. Kenny took great care in piercing my nose. I was pleased to know they use new needles for each customer. They also use the finest metals. I have super sensitive skin and chose the 18k rose gold stud. My piercing looks super cute.

Impulsively decided to get a nostril piercing last week. I wanted to get it done somewhere quickly so I didnt lose my nerve and called into Iris. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and I walked out about a half hour later with a new piercing. Everyone there was so kind and perfessional and went out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of. When I got back to work and told my coworkers about the experience they all pretty much said oh Iris is definitely one of the best places you can go for a piercing. Im glad I made the right choice and am super happy with my new addition!

I had my nostril pierced by Kenny who was absolutely amazing!! He told me everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and honestly the pain was minimal…I thought it would have hurt way more. The real fun came afterwards when I went to pay and realized I was bleeding. I saw the blood and passed out!! The staff were all amazing, they took such great care of me and made sure I was okay before I left. I can’t recommend this place enough, I would definitely go back if I decide on any other piercings!

Iris is literally the best place to get pierced- I don’t ever go anywhere else! They are so professional and thorough, and truly take the time and care with each and every customer. Kenny did my high nostrils, among other things, and I’m in love! The jewelry is a little bit more expensive than your tradition piercing studio, but I promise ITS WORTH IT. I first went to Iris on a visit home to Denver years ago and after that visit if I wanted a new piece I made sure to make it a priority during my trips home. My nostril, septum and a discrete piercing were all placed well and healed great. I appreciate how safe and comfortable I felt in the shop. Consistently everyone there is kind, warm, and welcoming. They make an effort to make sure each customer is educated on their piercings and aftercare.After years of not visiting the shop, I recently moved back to Denver and stopped by today to look at replacing some of my jewelry. Just how my first visit was memorable for how helpful everyone was, today’s visit was above and beyond. Even though I didn’t have an appointment today multiple people in the shop helped me with my selection and went as far as fitting me in to make sure everything was properly fitted. Iris piercing is a very professional and clean store. As a 40-something woman with no piercings I was nervous about going in and it was important I find a clean comfortable place. The employees were very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable there. Both my daughter and I got piercings. Our piercer was very patient and kind and set us both at ease. He explained exactly what he was doing while he did it and he did a great job. I highly recommendj and would back again.

This was my first piercing experience since I was a little kid so I was kind of nervous and didn’t really know what to expect, but the people at Iris made it so fun and enjoyable. Was a painless experience.The entire ordeal took maybe 10-15 min.They were on time. Were transparent with their process.It was my first time piercing my eyebrow and the piercing itself took less then 3 min.Thats between deciding on where to put it cleaning and actually piercing my eyebrow.Barely any pain. This is my second time at IRIS. I drive all the way down from the foothills because they are that good. This last time my teenage daughter and I came down for cartilage piercings. I had an excellent experience. Went in for a second ear piercing and my piercer was amazing! Patient, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Made me feel at ease!

IRIS was good all around but a few constructive criticisms:The prices for the studs are not displayed, and when I asked for prices I was quoted for each stud, not each pair. By the time someone reviewed the costs to me, my sister in law and 5 year old niece and I had already waited about 40 minutes and I didn’t feel comfortable changing the studs I had selected. What I imagined to be about $150 all-told ended up being $370 (25% gratuity, saline solution, $105/each tiny stud, piercing itself). The confirmation email was misleading.At the same time, everything was hygienic and professional and that is obviously very important when you’re having a foreign object inserted into your body. I forget the name of the man who did our actual piercings but he was lovely and clearly knew what he was doing (and he was great with my 5 year old niece).Overall I would recommend IRIS but just know it is WAY more than the $30 they quote you in the confirmation email. And you can probably find the saline solution online for significantly less money.

Hands down the cleanest, nicest piercing shop I’ve been to. They have a great selection of higher end pieces, and it is comforting to know everything they’re putting in your body is high quality and less likely to have any sort of reaction. Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the entire selection and process, it’s definitely a place that makes you feel comfortable. I also appreciated that they put everything I bought in a sanitizing machine prior to my piercing and they made sure to show me the confirmation of sanitization before moving forward. Highly recommend this shop if you’re thinking about getting a piercing in Denver.

I was so impressed with Iris when O brought my 14 year old in for an ear piercing, that I booked an appointment for myself! They keep the salon so incredibly clean and follow all sanitary protocols. Overall I’m so impressed with them and would highly recommend them for any piercing needs.

I called them slightly panicked this afternoon needing some advice; I have stretched ears (3/4”) and experienced my first blowout which resulted in having to size my left side down. The person who answered the phone was so nice and got a piercer to talk to me. The piercer was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful!! The experience over the phone by itself deserves 5 stars! Theyll also be upfront with how much your piercing + jewelry will cost so you know what youre paying for / to make sure your comfortable with the pricing with jewelry added in prior to the actual piercing.Ive never seen a studio clean and sanitize an earring so thoroughly prior to the piercing even though it was removed new from a case. Aaron was my piercer and hes amazing. Makes you feel at ease and talks you through everything hes doing to make sure you feel comfortable with the process. Hes also just super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Theres nothing worse than awkward silence during a piercing appointment. Its great to feel at ease.Additionally, I had them swap out my cartilage earring that was causing me irritation. A different piercer had botched it when swapping out the jewelry by cutting the earring and leaving a gap in the ring that then kept getting caught. I brought a new ring to Iris for them to swap in and offered to pay any additional fees for the earring swap. My piercer, Aaron sanitized it and swapped it in for me free of charge because I was already paying for a new piercing!They let you opt in for aftercare follow-up via text and give you aftercare info so if youre newer to piercings theyll be sure to take care of you. Cannot recommend Iris enough!

This was my first piercing in over 10 years and I was beyond impressed. I was super nervous and Aaron proceeded to calm my nerves and made the piercing feel like no big deal. I was also a walk-in and they managed to squeeze me in. I will be going back in the future for more piercings, no doubt!

The staff at Iris is super friendly and professional. I loved that the ambiance was so clean and modern too. The only downside was the selection of jewelry was very minimal and I wasn’t able to find any pieces I was really looking for.

Great place, quality jewelry, friendly staff. Dont go to Clairs for your piercing, come here. Spend the money to have a professional do your piercing.
