The worst alcohol company to do business with in the state of Colorado. They only desire to work with big box stores and screw the smaller stores.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Service could not be worse. Even southern is better. I would fire everyone involved delivery, that means president, GM vice president, Operations director. Any company that you represent should leave your company and toRNDC or even southern.

Been using them for almost two years now. In the beginning service was good but has significantly gone down hill in the last year. Take multiple days to respond to calls, acknowledge or confirm orders, then deliver the wrong product. Looking for alternatives.

Nope, we will be looking for another distributor. Weve only been using them for a couple months and theres been multiple issues. Brandi, maybe customer service isnt the career for you - you need to talk to the customer with respect and help them solve their problems. Whatever that was was the definition of unprofessional and left me wanting to choose a new organization to work with.

This has been the worst customer service that our venue/ bar has ever had to deal with. There are issues from delivery, to billing, to their credit department taking over a week to respond after leaving emails and voicemails.. and still waiting on them. I hope this company can learn to be more professional soon.

1/2 a star at best. Worst customer service in the industry. This can be seen by the recent strike by their drivers, leading to an even worse customer service experience for bar owners. If You thought it was hard to get empty keg shells picked up before, you can just find a storage place for them in your bar. I hope the brands they represent understand how poorly they are being represented by this company. It’s a good thing there are so many great independent craft breweries out there to choose from. We can just stop serving the ones sold by you Breakthru. Best of luck running this ship aground.

The Customer Sevice / delivery did become too bad. They avoid Cutimers phone. Driver shorted a case must report by day end. They made it impossible. Terrible service these days.

Call this number to check in. They open at 06:00 and won’t accept trailer after 14:00. No washroom but there is Starbucks in the same plaza. Take around 01:30 to unload.

Open 6 am they Follow appointment time large overnight Truck parking No public washroom

The most unprofessional Ive ever dealt with. If you dont like dealing with people then why get a customer service job. Im a driver, come to make a delivery and have to deal with this rudeness. Some people shouldnt be allowed to do certain jobs.

If I was a drinker, Id be in heaven.However, it was my first day at work.

Open 6:30 am -7 am, wide parking, fast unloading, took 25 mins, overnight parking available. Star bucks is very close.

For once I got in there and got out.

Appt. Was for 1000 they put me on door at 0700 and was done 0730 they were very nice and professional. Hope I get more loads here.regarrison12229

Very quick very professional they get tracks out very quickly and they dont leave a mess in your trailer

They are pretty good takes a long time to answer the phone to get a door but when you get a door they are really quick

Very nice people. I arrived before 0700 and they came out to the truck to check me in, so I dont know their normal protocol. Unloaded 20 minutes. Signs for delivery direction and check in would be very appreciated.

I dont understand, how so rude person as receiving lady still keeping her job ? She can not work with people. Unloading was fast. They took me one day earlier.

Nice but when at the counter paying there is no 6 feet space at the counters its a out two inches apart 😒

Excellent driver service, the gentleman who assisted me with my delivery was very punctual and knowledgeable about time schedule. This is a very pleasant Distribution Center to deliver to. Hopefully my broker sends more of these deliveries to me.

I have been here twice and everytime they are pretty quick. Plenty of room to maneuver and enough room to park overnight if you arrive early. (Dont hold me to that I have never but trucks were here when I arrived) There was a driver in line ahead of me a day early for his delivery, they told him we might get to you but not before todays appointments.

Genuinely bad service to such a degree that I am flabbergasted. Its like some cheesy bad sitcom, except that you are giving them thousands of dollars. We are switching to Republic distributors today.

Its home away from home.. put in 13 years with this AWESOME company. I couldnt ask for a better work environment as well as co workers. This is not your normal billion dollar company, they treat you like a family and see to all your needs and do the same for customers and business partners. Pleanty of room to grow.. Im extremely proud and blessed to be a part of this company!

Do your drivers make it a habit of cutting off pregnant women on the freeway and not using their mirrors when changing lanes? Using your signal after youve already proceeded to change lanes is not very professional driving.
