Its been a while, but I need to leave John a great review. We had our new split king bed for several months when one of the remotes started having problems. My wife, Wanda, contacted the store to talk to our salesman. Unfortunately he was no longer with the firm. John was the the gentleman who tried to troubleshoot over the phone. Being unsuccessful, he volunteered to come to our house. This was during the height of COVID. He acted very professional during his visit. We tried several things to no avail. So we decided that we needed new remotes under warranty. Being a professional, he also knew we wanted the resolution quicker than the remotes could be here. So as we found out, he continued to work on the issue even after he left our house. A couple of days later. he called to tell us that we might have child locked the control. Sure enough, that was the problem. We could now control the beds weeks earlier than waiting for the remotes. He went out of his way to resolve an issue, what a professional.

Absolutely the worst buying experience we’ve ever had! Two weeks after we purchased a mattress and power base, we’re still waiting for a delivery date! Worse yet, there is no one at the store or Tempur-Pedic headquarters that is willing to help. All we get is “we’ll get back to you in 48 hours.” DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Go to a dealer instead.Follow-Up: Thanks, the issue has been resolved. And in re-reading my initial review, I noticed I should have said “worst delivery experience” instead of “worst buying experience.” Our salesperson, Drew, was highly knowledgeable and helpful; an absolute delight to work with, and we highly recommend him. Unfortunately, he was not available when we had the delivery problems. My gut says he would have successfully resolved the issue without the hassles we experienced with the Tempur-Pedic staff.

The pillow that I wanted was out of stock. They ordered it for me and it was supposed to be delivered at my home. There was about a two and 1/2 week delay and I still didn’t get my pillow. However this was not the fault of the store and they were very helpful in finding a solution to getting my pillow. There great customer service went along way even though I don’t get it on time, I am still leaving as a happy customer.

After years of agonizing over which mattress to purchase, we finally took the plunge with Temper-Pedic. Drew guided us through the process and was so incredibly helpful! Sky helped us try out and choose the perfect bed for us. The delivery was so swift and easy. Very much white glove service all the way around. Nights one and two I awoke refreshed. My old mattress it took a while to walk off the joint stiffness and my back to unlock every morning. This mattress made a huge difference.

I cannot say enough about our whole tempur pedic experience at CC. From the moment Robin greeted us to the arrival of our mattress and now to being a greatly satisfied sleeper, this bed and store are truly magical. Robin the sales associate who helped us was very patient as we laid on almost every bed in the store and gave us a breath of knowledge about each bed and what made them different. We didn’t purchase one that night but went two days later and got the mattress of our dreams. I have lower back issues from working outside and this has definitely helped my back to the point when I wake up I am not in as much pain as before this purchase. Are the products expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely! When you consider how much time you spend sleeping, why wouldn’t you invest in good sleep? So grateful we did and grateful to have had Robin’s experience and knowledge.

Our sales person, Jack DuPont, was very helpful. You could tell that he genuinely believes in the product. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We ordered our bed Sunday, it was delivered the following Monday. Weve been waking up so rested and my husbands back pain (he has a very physical job) has been relieved now that hes sleeping more comfortably.

Earlier this week, I received an email (kudos for follow-up), and we came in and purchased a new mattress and base set.Dustin was a pleasure to work with, was exceptionally kind to our daughter, and made the process very easy. The store has a wide variety of products, firmness, etc. so it made it much easier to narrow down what was best for us.I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new mattress.

Tempur has some exceptional products that seem to be unsurpassed in quality and warranty. I was really impressed at this location with how Sky handled multiple customers in the store by himself.

I have suffered from back pain for years. I’ve been relying on PT and Chiro to keep myself somewhat comfortable. After making two horrible mattresses purchases...the first too soft and the second too firm, I FINALLY made my way into Tempur-Pedics Flagship store. WOW! Robin and Skye were an amazing duo. I was fortunate to be in there on a late evening and got them both to myself. Robin spoke directly from experience with her mattress and the relief she got. I never once felt hassled or stressed. Robin and Skye reassured me that I was making the best choice for myself. I had such a great experience, by the end of the sale, I was sad to leave. After having my mattress a week, I am so thankful for the purchase. I don’t wake up in pain, I feel rested and the adjustable base is a deal breaker. It’s been amazing for reading in bed. I did go back to see Robin because I realized very quickly that I needed their special sheets to stay on the bed. She got me set right up and out the door. She remembered me and was just as professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the sheets. She knows her products because she uses them!! If your in the market for a new mattress, I can’t emphasize enough the wonderful team at this location, the amazing products and the outstanding deals they have. We have bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past from Denver Mattress. For this purchase, we started by looking at Appliance Factory. My husband knew we received incorrect information at Appliance Factory and recommended we try the Flagship store at Cherry Creek. Boy am I glad we did! It started with a phone call to Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and did not rush me off the phone. Once we were in the store, the same service was extended. Kyle was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered questions others were unable to. He also corrected information that was given in error at other stores. He was very kind, patient, helpful, and there was zero pressure! They also had every mattress in the breeze category so we could try them all! Other stores only had 2 or 3. Even when we were stressed with our toddler while trying to shop, Kyle made the experience enjoyable and relaxing! The store also beat the price of Appliance Factory with better return policies (if needed, which we wont!). We had some issues with the delivery, but again, Kyle stepped up and took care of it. He went above and beyond to correct the situation and compensate us for our time. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store, Kyle, and his manager Dustin. We will be customers for LIFE!!!

The whole process from purchase to delivery went well. On a personal note, I had a terrible back pain that made it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Since sleeping on our new mattress, the pain has gone away. I dont think this is a coincidence. This mattress/bed frame was not cheap and because we did not do more shopping around, we probably paid a higher price at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center store than we might have gotten elsewhere. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommend the mattress/bed frame system.

My fiancé and I set out today to buy a new mattress. We went to Cherry Creek Mall to look at a different mattress store and then decided to go check out tempur-pedic since we were already there. We were greeted by Jack who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being the typical salesmen pushy. We tried several mattresses but Jack was really able to help us find the right bed based on what we were looking for and we were sold! Jack gave us time to make our decision but was there to answer all the questions we had. We are so excited to get our new mattress and adjustable frame!! We wish it was here tonight!

Visited the Tempurpedic store today 1/6/19, at the Cherry Creek Mall. We were interested in replacing our 10+ year old Celebrity mattress.Could not have received a worse welcome from any of the sales team. The sales team consisted of 3 or 4 salesmen and 1 saleswomen with only 1 other customer in the store.No one greeted us as we walked in and as we were looking at the mattresses, no one asked if we needed help. We had to flag down a salesmen when we had a question. He was “less than interested” in our question but did answer it as he was walking away.We are a gay male married couple and I totally felt as though we were not welcome there. The descrimination is very obvious when every salesperson looked at us but did not welcome us or ask if we needed help.

Great experience at Tempur-Pedic Cherry Creek with Tyler Hughes. We were selecting a new mattress and pillows and Tyler was hugely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us thru the process. We never felt rushed and Tyler asked some questions to get a good start on which mattresses may be a good fit and then checked back appropriately with additional questions to help us make the right decision. Pillow selection he was also very informative and knowledgeable for which models would be best to try based on our sleep positions and mattress model we were focusing on.
