Staff could not answer a single question we had and did not make any effort to be helpful. (When we asked which faucet a specific product was, they told us it was a 6” which seemed a bit off. I dug out my tape measure and measured it—and it was 9”.) I would feel bad leaving this review but they clearly did not care.

Stopped by to look at kitchen faucets onThursday. Doors were locked. Called number posted on door. No one was in the store when I looked in the windows from 3 sides. Person said the earliest I could come in to look was Monday. So they could control the number in the store. I will NOT be back. When all other stores that sell faucets are wide open and welcome customers, this is STUPID!!!

I have called multiple times to setup an appointment and no one answers the phone or replies to the messages I left. To make matters worse we scheduled an appointment time online which was cancelled the day of without explanation or rescheduling. Additionally there are only 3 appointment times a day which is impossible to accommodate into anyones schedule.. This overall is terrible customer service and this location is essentially useless.

Bethany was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. While I wasnt able to order today, I will certainly be back. I was very impressed with how much she knew and could relate to my project.

This is an awesome store. The quality, fit, finish and durability of the Kohler products are simply second to none. This Signature store has a truly amazing and professional staff. Drew Mattocks and Connor Stevens really stand out - they helped us with fixtures, faucets, shower hardware and even a bathtub - ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and when we needed it and always at fantastic prices. I recommend this store and its staff with the highest possible rating.

Great must stop shop if you are considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel. Kholer has a lot to choose from, and this store will give you a full understanding of the available options. Drew is who we worked with - the guy is fantastic - he did a great job listening to our needs and showing us our options. If you are serious about a remodel plan on spending at at least an hour initially to get the full run down of what appears to be affordable remodel options.

I echo similar sentiments from other low reviews. I spent 20 minutes trying to get help when walking in. When I finally did, my sales person, Nicole, seemed annoyed that I needed help. I had to aggressively try to buy a seat that the salesperson was seemingly trying not to sell to me and did not seem knowledgeable about smart toilets. She said it would be two weeks and they would let me know when it came in. 3-4 weeks later, I had to call the store multiple times to get updates. Now I am at the warehouse to pick it up, and no one is here to help me during store hours. I also was not given directions on how to pickup, I had to pry it out of the person answering the phone at the cherry creek store. The fixtures are fine, customer service/buying experience is just terrible. Update: after waiting 20 minutes at the warehouse, they told me they couldn’t find it and they would “call me”, right..

This is a great store to get ideas and especially try out freestanding bathtubs! Staff is helpful but not pushy, we frequented many times during our remodel to ensure we’d love what we ordered. Highly recommend!

I placed an order for Kohler bath products and tile for 2 bathrooms 2 months ago (5/11/2018). The Kohler items have been delivered but still no tile and no communication from either my salesman, Connor, or the store manager, Ashley Hanson, as to why this is taking so long and/or expected delivery date. (I specifically ordered items in stock, etc.) Two weeks ago today, I left a message for my salesman to call me and he has not returned my call. On 6/29, I visited the store in person to talk to the store manager. She assured me she would be back in touch the same day to provide information, etc. To date, she has not called me back. I am beyond frustrated, as my contractor has passed my project 3X now, due to the fact I dont have the tile available. At this point, I either want the tile $ fully refunded to me so I can obtain the product on my own OR I want a firm delivery date ASAP, and I think I should receive a partial refund since otherwise, theres no detriment to the sales people for this treatment. SINCE MY EARLIER POST, 4 weeks ago, I did receive my complete tile order. However, the Sales Manager agreed to a partial refund of the sales price acknowledging the deficient communication and service. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow, and I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE REFUND.....

We placed a $3000 order back in October, we finally received said order today...nearly five months later. Not only was Conner emailing the wrong email address for several months, he refused to return our phone calls asking where our order was. When we received the order, 50% of it was delivered in the wrong finish, or with broken handles or missing screws. I have asked to speak to the manager at least twice and each time got the response “Ashley is unavailable”. Ashley has never called us back. I am astonished at the lack of customer care and the lack of attention to detail at the warehouse.UPDATE: We were told the manager, Ashley would be reaching out to us....still haven’t heard from her. Conner promised a $650 refund over a week ago “due to his lack of communication”... we still haven’t received that. All of the items have been corrected, but it’s a shame they weren’t delivered correctly in the first place after waiting nearly 5 months since the order date.

I worked with Connor Stevens at the Kohler Signature Store in Denver to redo a full bathroom. . He was absolutely great. He took time to learn our tastes, and showed us many different ways to design the bathroom. We changed our minds several times, and he was always sure, no problem, lets take another look He was patient, detailed, very knowledgeable about Kohler products, and when we finally were ready to order, he was organized and thorough. In a shipment, some of the material was damaged by the shipper. One call to Connor,and Kohler immediately reshipped with no additional paperwork required, I cant say enough about how easy he was to work with, how much time he took with us, and how his support was just spot on. Hes the guy! BHD

I like the Kohler Store! Its great to be able to see the fixtures and fittings firsthand. Great also to see countertop, tile, and accessory options with the fixtures.

I had a wonderful experience with the Kohler Store. It was nice being able to view Kohlers different lines instead of picking fixtures from a picture online. They have shower display where you can view how the water pressure and shower head will work in your house. My Salesperson was professional, very knowable and not pushy. He showed the lines that were in my budget and did not try to up sale me into a more expensive line. He priced out everything I would need to complete my project and printed out a quote for me. I was able to take it home and research what price other companies were selling the same items. When I went back in with my research, lookup each item to verify the price that I found. He matched every price he could verify no hassle. It was so nice being able to get everything I needed from one store. Also it was nice shopping in a Cherry Creek store where I could get reasonable pricing without breaking the budget. When doing a kitchen or bathroom remodel, I highly recommend checking out the KOHLER store before going to Home Depot or Lowes. You will be pleased that you did.
