The new owners and staff are amazing! They have really turned this business around. Great source for quick, easy banners that the whole team will love!

This company is seriously one of the worst companies I have ever made a purchase with. They have supposedly 1 customer service rep his name is Kevin and hes rude and the most unprofessional man I have ever talked to.They dont have correct management if theres an issue with your order theres no one to help you according to Kevin! He didnt have a manager so his rudeness was not reported back to upper management. I for one will never use this company and they have false advertisement the 24 hour thing is such BS its insane this company exits!!!! Im so over them I had to file a claim with my bank so I could get my money back because they denied me my own money!!!

ProBanners has been under new ownership since January of 2017. Mike Hummell is no longer associated with this company.Says a happy customer on Facebook, Been going to them for years. Customer service has always been good but last years quality of banner wasnt as good. However, this year the quality is MUCH improved. The anchoring holes seem more sturdy and the new vinyl mini posters are way better then the paper ones! Glad I gave them another chance this year. And glad they have made improvements! Absolute worst experience with a company. We were recommended to this company by our AYSO. Banner did not show up on time, was promised a refund, replacement, never got either. The original banner magically shows up late, was promised in an email to get $20 off for the hassle....Im still waiting on the credit. This is over 2 months old now. After using this website the credit card I paid with has also had identify theft. Stay away from this company.

Probanners was a client of ours. They stopped paying us in early 2016 and owe us several thousand dollars. The owner, Mike Hummell, is a crook. I had a collection agency go after him but they were not successful; he is a moving target. DO NOT do any business with this company.
