Before bringing my car in they were able to give me a quote via email and Ted was very courteous and professional. After dropping off my vehicle they continued to give me status updates and had the car turned around quickly. I’m back on the road and feel so much safer! I will be back for future repairs.

One of the only shops in town to return my emails and calls asking for a diagnosis and estimate on repairs. There were able to take my 4runner and investigate. I needed emergency tire repair to plug a leak in one of my tires. I called a lot of auto service centers all over the Denver Metro Area but no one could take me in. I finally decided to call Urban Autocare, the only place I hadnt tried, and spoke with Ted who said he could squeeze me in. I was so grateful. The service was affordable (only $40), professional and timely, but mostly importantly, Ted was friendly and understanding of my situation. We spoke on the phone and coordinated the details and then I had the pleasure of meeting him in person, and the encounter only confirmed what I knew about Ted and the service at Urban Autocare. They are friendly, professional and they deliver good service because they care about the community. I will go to them for all of my car needs from now on.

My serpentine belt shredded while I was driving. I had to have my 2000 Pathfinder towed to them. Ted took great care of it. My experience with Urban Autocare was so pleasant and easy. The front desk workers are incredibly friendly and helpful and best of all they were honest about all of the diagnostic results but were not at all pushy about rushing me into fixing things right away.I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs an oil change.

They only put air in my bike tire however Ive never seen repeat cars and that means for the most part they are doing a great job. When I purchase my car, I intend to use them for auto tune ups. And they are a good crew of mechanics.

When a problem persisted after the first time I took my car in, they honored my previous diagnostic payment and spent substantial time doing more tests for no additional charge. I have used Urban Autocare twice. I like their services because they send/show pictures of what is wrong with the vehicle, via email and text and you can assess quickly what you want them to work on or not very quickly. They are very professional and friendly in their office and you are never guessing on how much something costs or how long its gonna take. The courtesy Lyft ride home is also really nice when you drop off your vehicle!

I am a former local-tracks NASCAR car owner so I know my way around a garage. I went there when I had an immediate problem with one of my tires and they were polite, honest, and right-on with their estimate. I would totally use them again (for stuff I cant do myself). Based on my experience, these guys will not rip you off.

I was driving across the country and my car decided it no longer had an interest in working properly. I went to 3-4 garages over a 3 week span getting things fixed. Some places just didn’t seem to care and even replaced wrong parts and my car seemed to break down again ever 50-100 miles. I finally brought it to Urban Automotive and they were the absolute best. They broke down everything that needed to be replaced and why, and they were in constant communication with me. I had a mostly positive experience here, though there were a couple things I would have liked done differently.Pros:-Everyone I met/spoke with was very friendly.-Lyft shuttle was a nice bonus while my car was at the shop.-They replaced a bolt for my battery bracket and didnt charge me for it.-They diagnosed an issue Ive had for a while that other mechanics didnt find.Cons:-Communication was lacking. I called a week ago to make an appointment to bring my car in. I know theyre a busy shop, so the earliest I could come in was the following Thursday. I gave them all my information and was told the appointment was set, but when I showed up on Thursday there was no record of me in the system. This may have been a contributing factor to my next point.-My car was there for nearly 7 hours with no word (again, I appreciate if they squeezed me in but I arranged my schedule to drop the car off early bc of the appointment). I was just getting a diagnosis and called and had to call and ask for an update two hours before they closed as I hadnt heard anything.-They went back and forth on whether they could repair the car by the end of Friday. Not a huge deal but being told yes only to then be told actually, no was a bit frustrating, though I appreciated their honesty at the end of it.-I got 2/3 things diagnosed/repaired but they didnt address the third thing on my list, so I still have no answer for my check engine light.I will definitely keep them in mind for future repairs, as the estimate they gave me was fair and accurately reflected the job. They have great reviews and I appreciated that they werent condescending towards me, as many shops are to women, but I hope their communication improves in the future.

I recently had a problem where I needed to get gas drained out of my motorcycle so that it could be shipped the next day. Nowhere else was willing to help, but one of the mechanics at Urban Autocare was incredibly friendly and offered to help even with a full schedule. They did the job in under 10 minutes at no charge. Just because of this experience, if any of my vehicles had any issues I’d take it here with how kind and helpful all of the staff were when I needed help.

I have always taken my vehicles to a dealership...simply out of habit. I live a block away from Urban Autocare and thought Id give it a chance. I had an A/C issue and called a few hours before closing hoping for an appt the next day. I was impressed with Zach and his team from the first phone conversation. Although they were clearly busy he said theyd try to take an initial look at it that day. I got a call 2 hours later saying the job was completed and well below the cost I anticipated. I tried them out based on a recommendation from someone at work when my check engine light came on. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I dropped it off that morning, they diagnosed the problem and called me to let me know what the issue was, I authorized the repairs and they finished it up in the afternoon. They made it a relatively painless experience.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done here, they also checked my brakes and during their inspection noticed that the cap for my coolant had broken off. They called to let me know it’d take a bit longer because they were waiting for the part to get in, but they replaced it for free!They also were able to put my keys into a lockbox so I could get my car after hours since I was unavailable during hours.I always love coming here, I think it’s reasonably priced and they’re very professional, friendly and have dog treats if your dog comes with you!

Urban Autocare was great. My engine malfunction lamp was on, and I was concerned about getting it fixed for a planned mountain trip in 7 days. Even though they weren’t able to fit me in right away, they offer to at least read the malfunction code. Once they did, they offered to fix right away and did so within the business day.Great service and very professional.

Took it in to have them evaluate another mechanics work on a new steering rack install. They were honest in their evaluation, were expedient in completing the job, and didn’t try to up sell me on unnecessary services. Even gave me a discount because the job didn’t take long! Would recommend

Urban replaced my catalytic converter and after a few thousand miles the exhaust failed due to poor workmanship. I was 2 months outside of warranty and well below the mileage and they did nothing to help repair the damage they created. Ive been going to them for over 5 years and will obviously not be going back

I’ve used Urban Autocare several times on both of our vehicles. They are always so professional and accommodating. I’ve never had them be pushy or recommend things that weren’t actually needed. On my last trip they actually fit me in on a busy day as my vehicle has an issue that made it unsafe to drive. They have a solid online and texting service which made it simple to approve and review payment and work to be provided in advance. My first experience working with Urban Autocare was a positive one! My battery died and Zach was fabulous to work with. He came and jumped my car, brought it to the shop to have the battery replaced and then brought it back to me. Communicating with me through the whole process! It was easy to pay for my bill online and now my car is running beautifully. Car turned off driving down the road and urban autocare was the closest shop to me. limped my car to the shop and they took pity on me by looking at my car even though they were booked solid with appointments. they told me that my battery went bad and said just go to the auto zone that sold you the battery and warranty it which I what I did. They also ran it for many hours to make sure it was not some other issue and changed the oil. Very honest shop! Will definitely be back

All services completed prior to estimated date, even on a holiday weekend. Would highly recommend to others and will certainly return myself with any future automotive needs.

Very expensive. I will not be going back because of how outrageous the pricing is. They quoted me $240 to replace a brake light which I found online for $40 and it’s a matter of unscrewing the old one and screwing in the new one, a 5 minute job. The other quote was $500+ for a new radiator fan which is also a 5 minute job and an $80 online purchase. I truly don’t understand why they charge so much. They also charge you $70 for diagnosis which is understandable if you don’t end up getting your work done there but they shouldn’t charge for that if you decide to go through them. The pro’s are that they are professional and did a quality fix on what I came in for.edit: changed from 3 stars to 1 star for mansplaining (see below). my review was very fair and the radiator fan took me about 10 minutes to fix. also the radiator hoses you did change were loose and leaking coolant along with other leaks that werent detected from your testing that were found later from a different shop. so your high level service isnt as high level as youre claiming it to be. if you cared about customer service, you would take these things into consideration instead of taking the time to call and respond to google reviews in a defensive manner.

Great place to go! They make everything crystal clear, convenient and fair. I love their online alerts and portal that shows you photos and estimates, allows you to interact with, its perfect. I was working in the hospital and unable to answer my phone so this made everything smooth and without stress.

They were originally referred to me from a trusted friend and I was not disappointed in their service at all. They had the parts ordered and ready within 24 hours. They were very courteous and they completed the work done in a matter of a few hours. Compared to other companies that were quoting me over 1400.00 they were able to complete the work for much, much lower and completed the work much faster than other companies were telling me it would take. I look forward to doing more business with them.

Honestly, you will not find better service than Urban Autocare. They keep you updated via text during every step of the work they are doing. They send photos and have you approve everything before they start each repair. They are honest about the urgency of each repair also. The staff is very easy to get in touch with if you have specific questions. I will never go anywhere else! (I use the 17th Avenue location)

Worst customer service I have ever recieved when trying to get an oil change and tire rotation. Had to make an appointment which I was happy about thinking the service would be faster. When I arrived I was informed that I had to uber somewhere else due to Covid restrictions, which was fine but a heads up when making the appointment would have been nice. I was then told it would take an hour and a half. I called after 2 hours of waiting and was informed they had just started to drain my oil and it would be another 45 minutes. They then called me about an hour later saying it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. When I arrived back 10 minutes later they told me it would be another 20 minutes. 3 and half hours for an oil change when I had an appointment! They then could not give me an answer as to why. Used to love this place but will never be back.

I am new to Denver and didnt know where I could find an honest and experienced mechanic to get a 2005 Ford Focus running again for my niece. Ok, I know...a Ford Focus...what could I expect. I looked at the reviews on google and saw they were pretty good and you know what...they were! Zach and Steven took care of me in the most honest and professional way possible. They fixed what needed to be fixed and got the car running again. They did what they said they would do, gave me pictures of all the issues since I live in Florida and could not even meet them or see what was happening. They did the best job possible.
