Great shop! I needed the serpentine belt replaced on my Jeep Patriot as mine was old and starting to squeak. James took good care of my car and got it done fast with honest and fair pricing. I called a week in advance to schedule the appointment.

I was a shade tree mechanic, just got to old to work on my car. I needed to find a good mechanic and did. I have an Isuzu 1999 Trooper a very hard to get parts and work on for a high percentage of mechanics. Phillips Auto answered their phone, gave me a reliable estimate over the phone, and did the work in a reasonable, timely manner. Very understanding and polite. They had to think through a difficult problem and did a good job of it. They are now my mechanic and I recommend them very highly.

Dan was a huge help. Pulled in at around 4:45 and got me a great deal on synthetic oil, aired up my tires, filled my washer fluid, done in an hour. I’ll definitely be back! Always come here over the chain places downtown, can’t beat it.

I am from texas and just drove to denver for the holidays. The gentleman first helped my husband with all of his questions over the phone and then charges me nothing to check the car before getting back because “he didnt put anything in it”. It was snowing and he had to rearrange all his cars to do it. A true angel, all locals should go see him ❤️

Great shop! My brakes went out one day and they were able to fit me in the very next day. Brakes were fixed in a day and I was back on the road. They also did a general check-up on my entire car and pointed out some work I needed on my tires. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back.

Very Pleased. Took my Chrysler Concorde in and Dan was awesome. Fixed my issue that another mechanic quoted that would have cost me over $1000.00 Took my car in again about 2 months later for another issue. Told me it was showing timing belt issues and he referred me to another mechanic who has been just as awesome so far. Will definitely be back here.

Five stars even though they didnt fix my car.I recommend calling ahead of time if you can. There are some services they dont offer and cars they dont work on. Despite that my situation fit both of those, they took great care of me. After my van died I had it towed to the closest well-reviewed spot to home. Dan got it running, gave me an overview of what was wrong, and gave me a referral. And then charged me a very fair price for the diagnostics and fix.Sort of mechanic who wants you to know what is wrong, wants to show you the problem, and wants to get you sorted in a car you like.

These guys are absolutely Amazing! I dealt with Dan S. and he was super knowledgeable friendly and honest. This will absolutely be my repair shop of choice from here on out for all of my vehicles.

Ive been looking for a good mechanic since moving to Denver. I finally found him.I had 2 other mechanics say the bucking when I shifted into 1st in my Forester was from a worn out clutch... $1100. I brought it to Dan at Phillips when it died on my way home. He got to it quick and determined it was dirty spark plugs and one was cracked. $118 later and it drives like brand new. Dan is AWESOME. Ill never go anywhere else. Also, he sells fresh eggs from his chicken coup and they taste phenomenal. GO HERE.

AWESOME SERVICE! My car broke down after work and I called a tow truck to take me to Phillips. The owner of Phillips stayed open late just so I could get my car into the shop. He then fixed my tire on the spot so I could drive home. The shop closed at 6 but he willingly stayed til 645 to help me out not to mention only charging me $20. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Dan treats his customers with respect and is one of the nicest people you will meet. His team does great work and his prices are more then fair.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My Subaru was misfiring and I specifically instructed Phillips to check the spark plugs and fuel injector. They responded with do you want us to fix the car or not? They insisted the nox sensor had failed and they continued to swap it out for $230. The vehicle ran for about 10 miles after the sensor was switched out and then the flash engine light came back on and the engine began misfiring again. I called Phillips to report the problem and they responded with well the nox sensor failed too but there must be other issues with the vehicle. I took the Subaru into Merkls (which is wonderful by the way). They ran diagnostics and switched the spark plugs and plug wires and the engine runs like new. Im very unimpressed with the lack of integrity at Phillips... Their troubleshooting did not repair the problem and they charged me anyway. DO NOT COME HERE. take your vehicle to Merkls!
