I just bought a new car from Larry H. Miller Nissan and they offered to replace the transmission for me- as the original had known issues. It took longer than I was expecting (Im assuming this was due to shipping, but cant be sure), and I had to reach out several times for updates- which is why Im only leaving four stars. However, after they had replaced the transmission, they noticed a different issue and made sure it was fixed before giving it to me, which I greatly appreciate. The car runs very smoothly and Im happy with the work they completed!
I needed the Transmission tested and checked out as I had heard a noise and the Transmission was shifting a little rough a few times. After the service was done Mick the Advisor told me they checked everything out with the Transmission and software and did not find any issues. That gave me piece of mind and I can be sure the vehicle is operating properly. Mick was very good at explaining the Transmission and its workings. Very good service and customer support.
The service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. I came in for the hood latch recall notice received. The recall work was done well. I had another request to check out the driver side sun shade, which wasn’t staying properly seated. And the cost estimate was just a little under $300. I thought that was very exhorbitant in price and declined to have it done!!
I brought my car here due to the airbag module needing to be replaced. These guys although I was not the one paying for it, really treated me with respect and made me feel confident in what needed to be done. I will refer anybody I know to come here. This is not where I originally bought my car. I have already left a very honest review on their business. Thanks to ALL of you guys who made this experience a good one.
The team at Nissan did a great job. Honestly this is my first google review. I have not always had great experiences with dealers in the past but I felt it important to note the excellent work they did. They even found a less expensive option for one of my repairs. Great Job!!
I had Alex helping me out and he made sure I stayed posted on what was happening with my car throughout the day. He reviewed what they did and how I can read the write up of what they did! Definitely coming back here when my car needs to be serviced again!
Out of nowhere, right after getting the vehicle back from Caliber Collision for repairs following a hit and run, my husband’s vehicle’s transmission completely failed. We were so happy to have the car back and then this happens and it was frustrating to say the least. My husband made the call to this place, asking if there was anyway they could get it in and fixed. They said yes, BUT because they were so swamped, it could easily be several days before the car was diagnosed and at least a week before it was fixed. We didn’t care, we dropped it off and they were so kind about it. To our surprise, they checked it out right away! We got the diagnostics immediately, and they were available for us to walk through step by step what was needed, what was recommended, and what was unnecessary. And in four days we had our vehicle back and running perfectly! We were thrilled with their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I took my Murano in for an oil change without an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that the service did not take as long to complete as estimated. I have always received excellent customer service which I am very grateful for and will continue to have my vehicle worked on at this location even though I live in Denver now!!

I took my car in because I had it inspected at Nissan in Fort Collins and a few days after it was making a bad grinding sound coming from the front. When I took it in they inspected it and found no issue. So I took it home and that night my husband and I were driving and the grinding happened again. So I had my husband look at them and when he took the brake calipers off they weren’t even hand tight. All he found was a lot of brake dust that was it what was concerning was the fact that the caliper wasn’t even hand tight. If I could I’d leave no stars.
They were absolutely professional and timely. I appreciated the automated updates.

The person who checked me in chided me for not changing the oil every 6 months though the last tech at their shop had told me to ignore time and come in when the mileage and the engine computer told me to.(I had done almost no driving during the pandemic so my mileage was very low for last year) I had bought oil changes in a package and no one had told me they expired after a certain date. I lost a large sum of money because my pre paid package expired without even a note on my texts or emails they send me to remind me. I love my rogue and I love the sales staff, but this visit did not leave me feeling great. Room for improvement to be sure Dont buy the pre paid maintenance packages!!!

Scheduled an oil change a week in advance, just to get to my appointment which I dont live close too just to be told that they are closed and that they called everyone. I NEVER received a call regarding this. Very unprofessional of the service department. Got a call from Nick the service manager on Monday. He was very concerned and sorry for what happened. He corrected the issue and made it right. Thank you so much.
Julian was a great help. The smart keys for my 2017 Nissan Rogue were not working correctly. He helped me get a new battery for one and got both of the keys working again! And no charge! Cant recommend this place eough.
I’ve called for expert advice from their parts department multiple times now. Every time my call is answered quickly, and the people I connect with are friendly and able to help me find the answer I need. I’ll probably end up leaning on their advice again.

I went in with a slow leak—employees failed to find anything. I looked myself two days later and there was a VERY OBVIOUS screw in the tire. Embarrassing.
Jeremy, an advisor at the repair shop, was excellent and his customer service skills are top notch. He kindly accepted my car as an emergency walk-in and a tech work on it expeditiously.

Took my rogue to get a patch or plug for tire, they said they couldnt do that cause the plastic thing I ran over was too close to the edge, he said I cant put a new tire on cause it will throw off the balance so you need 4 new ones. I left took my car to tire shop, $20 for a big patch and its fine! I understand you cant put a brand new tire and have 3 half way used ones, but this nissan dealer just wanted to make $ and not help ppl.
