Have been to these guys a few times. Once for a system error issue, they ran a diagnostic but couldn’t figure out what was happening due to the car being a speciality make/model, they were super helpful and gave me the name of some specialists who did ultimately find the issue.Went back to these guys for an oil change and tire rotation. Reasonably priced, very transparent team. Highly recommend to anybody new to the area like me who has a long-standing healthy distrust of auto mechanics. These guys got your back. I came in because they had a deal on an oil change + inspection. Aside from the guy at the counter being very rude, they forgot to plug in an air intake tube in my engine (which they had unplugged as part of their inspection), which caused my car to completely break down while driving the next day. I had to get my car towed and it was a huge PITA in addition to putting me in a very dangerous situation. I will never come back here.

Had a great experience getting my brakes fixed here. They stopped the awful screeching that was coming out of my rear brakes. Really professional experience. Guy at the counter was a good conversationalist. Would recommend to anybody looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

This shop is great - they take time to get to know their customers, and ensure to explain all service recommendations thoroughly. Ive always felt Ive gotten a fair price and if something isnt fixed correctly, they make every effort to resolve the issue.The last time I was in I did ask for a breakdown of pricing for some of the recommended work, and feel as if the owner was a bit condescending when I asked for further clarification. However, this is a great shop and Id gladly take my business there over a Firestone-type place any day.

THIS AUTO SHOP IS THE BEST!! Had a nail in my tire -so I first went to Firestone who said they wouldn’t be able to look at it for another two days. So then I went across the street to Goodyear who said I would have to drop my car off the next morning and pick it up at night. As I’m sitting in the Goodyear parking lot, I called Golden Triangle who said they’d be happy to look at it right now and see what they could do. Fixed my tire and put it on my car in less than 10 minutes. Didn’t try to sell me on anything else or make me wait for an appointment. AMAZING AMAZING PEOPLE

Great service that was completed quickly at a fair price. My girlfriend brought her car in for an oil change and brakes which were taken care of same-day. They gave an accurate quote over the phone and provided photos of their inspection. I brought my car in for a replacement brake light bulb and John fixed it in 10 minutes in the parking lot at no cost. Excellent service and friendly, honest employees.

I can’t sing enough praises about this team.Our car started leaking oil like crazy. It happened in a matter of minutes and our low oil pressure light came on. I pulled over immediately and saw the bottom and back of our car covered in oil and our dipstick was bone dry.I took all the proper precautions of trying to diagnose the problem myself. When I called Golden Triangle, they didn’t undermine me because I’m a woman and they assured me that they would figure it out. I got it towed to them that night and they called me very promptly the next morning with a diagnosis. It was simple, they were communicative and they were so polite. When my wife went to pick it up, she said she felt assured. We have decided to make Golden Triangle our mechanic for all things.I received a phone call today, two days after this happened. I went to this place because of the raving reviews, but I was blown away by how rude they were. I have no doubt they knew what they were talking about when it came to my car, but I did not want to have work done with them because of how they acted. They were rude and condescending, even though I gave them no reason to act like this. They did not make me feel like I could ask questions or trust them at all. After not choosing to have work done, they acted even worse! I brought my car to two other places and they couldn’t believe the way they handled the diagnostic and they’re condescending tone in the write up they gave me. I had never been before and I will never go back.

As a young female its hard to walk into a place and know you are getting a job well done and especially at a fair price. Auto Golden Triangle did just that. I called the morning of to get an oil change and my brakes done and they fit me in and gave me an accurate price over the phone. They called for permission to also change the air filter and were friendly and professional the whole time. They also had a curtsy phone call the following day to be sure everything was up to par. As well as sent a inspection report via email and a thank you note/coupon in the mail. I will drive way out of my way to come to this auto shop in the future.

What started out as an honest repair shop has turned since covid hit. Was severely misquoted for basic suspension repair on my accord. 2k quoted when other shops told me 1k for the SAME PARTS AND JOB. They are clearly trying to take the money and run and join the denver millionaires club. Just avoid or get second opinions or they might make you homeless for basic repairs. Honest went out the window.

I have been coming here for many years now. Marc, John, and the entire team are knowledgeable, honest, and personal. What is most important is that they truly care about giving great service to their customers and of course, their vehicles. Whether its a routine oil change or a more serious maintenance issue, I know that they will take care of my car as if it were their own. They keep the prices fair as well as being as transparent and helpful as possible. One of the best mechanics Ive ever used.

This shop charges $160/hr for labor which is the highest Ive come across in the Denver metro area.I took my car in for a quote after hitting a curb in a recent ice storm and left it for a couple of days. In addition to their exorbitant labor rates, they had removed a tire and once I told them I was going to have the work performed elsewhere, they threw the tire in the backseat scratching and dirtying the leather seats and left it setting on a piece of wood for me and the tow truck driver to deal with, whilst charging for their trouble.

Took my car in for a power steering issue. Charged $580 for a new hose. Took the car out after and steering issue continued. Took it back and was told the pump needed to be replaced - $700. They didn’t test the pump while it was in there??? 1995 Land Cruiser and if I would have know the total would be $1,300, I would have never agreed on the first service, the car is barely worth that much.These people are either incompetent or intentionally try to take advantage of you - either way, avoid them.

Ive been servicing my car at Golden Triangle Auto Care for about 3 years. I keep vowing not to return but they are located right next to my house so I keep giving them another chance. Over the years, they have made several mistakes (not checking fluids or battery life) and they always try to upsell unnecessary services. For example they told me I needed new tires immediately and when I took my vehicle to the dealership for a second opinion the dealership informed me my tires had another 6 months to a year of life. Additionally their services are almost 2x the price of the dealership.At my most recent service visit, Golden Triangle recommended that I needed new brake pads and they quoted me $900 to perform the service. Their assessment was accurate, but their pricing was absorbent. I took my vehicle to the dealership and they performed the same service for $550 with a lifetime guarantee. I will not be back and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough great words about this business.I always feel like they do so much for my vehicle. I took it in today for an oil change and to look at my tires because my light was on. They rotated my tires, removed a nail, and switched out my tail light bulb! I’m not looking forward to shelling out the $$$ for changing my break pads next month, but when I do, I’m coming here!!

Honest. High Quality. Friendly. Affordable.This is an update. I just picked up my Jeep liberty from being fixed. They looked at it on 2 different occasions in order to determine what was actually wrong with the car instead of just guessing and fixing things that might have not been necessary to fix. Part of me wants to not give a good review so I have this shop all to myself, but honestly these guys deserve all the credit. This is THE shop youre looking for to get trusted opinions on your vehicle. They are by no means money-grabbers as they always shoot you straight, even if it means you walk out the door spending $0. The service is always top-notch and the people are very friendly.

Do not be fooled, all of these reviews are for basic service. We took our ‘03 Tahoe to be looked at. We picked up the truck, paid $310, $170 of that was the diagnostic report, for the vehicle to not be fixed. We then took the truck back, we’re told it would cost another $314 and not only was the truck worse when we picked it up, it now smokes and reeks of gas on the inside. I called, was told someone would call me back, and at Golden Triangle’s convenience I never heard from anyone. My vehicle is now inoperable.

After my car was stolen and recovered I took it to Golden Triangle because of a recommendation. They did an excellent job of making sure I wasnt re-victimized by having to pay out of pocket for any repairs and worked with my insurance company directly to ensure all repairs were covered. If youre looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Golden Triangle is the place to go.

I have used Golden Triangle for all of my car needs for the last four years and they continue to impress me! They are so detailed - sending you an email and text immediately when they have completed inspecting your car. The email includes an entire review of every part of your car - what is in good shape, will need repair soon and what is urgent.Some over the top service they have done for me:-They have sent me a card in the mail thanking me for my business-They have left me little treats in my car when I pick it up-They are SO flexible for pick-up after hours-The moment their business sealed the deal for me was in the beginning I was hesitant, a 24 year old woman not knowing anything about cars. I had been taken advantage of at a different repair shop before and had to GTA told me I had to get my brakes replaced. I was upset and (probably rude) asked why. The owner came out from his office and showed me an actual brake pad and compared a healthy and unhealthy pad to show me how important it is to get fixed and then showed me actual pictures of my brake pad.I will continue to use them as long as I live in Denver!

HANDS DOWN the friendliest and best place in Denver to get your car worked on. I was panicking about issues with my Ford Escape and they were able to quickly get me in and fixed up. I also called in multiple times with questions and they were incredibly patient and kind on the phone and answered all of my questions thoroughly! In the Denver metro area there are many shops you can go to; however, this is hands-down the best one. Theyre honest, hard-working, and fair. Legitimately wont trust anyone else with my truck and Im very very happy that these guys are around. It doesnt matter if its a simple oil change or a flat tire tech you could probably be something significantly worse like blowing your engine these guys are still fantastic. If I could give themif I could give them 7/5 I would purely from a customer service and do the work attitude. They will have me as a customer until I dont live in Denver anymore.

I love these guys. My experiences with auto repair shops in the past have been disappointing. (As in, I bring in my car I get one quote, but if my father or boyfriend bring it in they get a cheaper quote.) These guys are NOT like that. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and since they noticed I care about my car they make it a point to explain the issues with me so I understand what is going on. I could not imagine getting this outstanding service anywhere else.They take your car by appointment, which I actually like. I know when to drop off my car & when to expect it to be ready by. Since Ive been seeing them for two years now the mechanic knows my car, and if Im worried about anything/want to get it checked out I just let him know and he lets me drop it off at my convenience. I have to say that I really appreciate they relationship Ive had with this shop since moving to Denver. If you even have the slightest hesitation about your current mechanic or are unsure about any car issues, where to go for an oil change, etc., I would definitely give these guys a chance. They use quality parts and their work & customer care is awesome.

I couldnt afford all the necessary repairs at once, but they gave me honest feedback about what needed to be fixed immediately and what I could get by waiting on. Great service and quick turnaround! I had a flat tire, so I took it in first thing on a Monday morning. They were very friendly and were able to take my car right away. They didn’t end up finding any leaks in my tire, so they resealed it, put the spare away, and filled up all the tires for no charge. I’ll definitely be back for future car maintenance.

I took my Mercedes here for brakes and rotors and it was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop outside of a dealership. They had the parts, replaced them, and got my car back to me same day I called for service. They were also friendly and didn’t try to up sell me on unnecessary work like almost every other shop. I don’t write many reviews, but I feel like these guys deserve some credit.

I used to go to that garage because it was close to my workplace .The management changed few years ago and now it is different :One day I took my car there because the check the engine light was on .They told me I needed a new oxygen sensor .I paid around 700 $ for it .The light came back on .I did not go to the shop right away because I dont use my car too much and I was busy .It looked like they were mad at me for not coming earlier .The second time after I left, the lightreappeared plus another one regarding the tire pressure .The next day back to the shop I could see I was getting on their nerves .When I left the light came back .It was my last time in that shop.I went to Toyota doctors where they told me I needed a new oxygen sensor, a Toyota one not one made in China like the one I got at Golden Triangle and that was still under warranty but I did not feel like fighting for it .So I wasted my time and money at the Golden Triangle .Problem fixed thanks to another garage ...

When everything was finished I got a 3k mile warranty and towing included. That sounded fishy to me so I went to Marc who did the necessary work for about $200. I have been back for additional work on both of our cars. I dont have many car problems with my 2006 Nissan, but when the brakes started acting up, I brought my car here. Close to downtown in the Golden Triangle, they sent me a quick estimate via email with clear photos of the problem areas. The service technician was open and communicative on the phone when he called to explain the proposed repairs. I didnt compare prices to other places in town, because I needed the work done quickly and conveniently. But I have no reason to think the price wasnt fair...and certainly the work was completed fast...within the same day. I would go back!

Never had a bad experience here, which is a rarity in the auto-maintenance industry. Matt (I believe he is the owner?) is always super helpful, and they are upfront about any issues/costs. The email you get detailing your car and its problems (if any) while they are working on it is something Ive never seen before, and helps give you peace of mind. Highly recommend.

I called three places... I got answer machines, and speculation. Then I got to talk to Mason he told me he would do an inspection tell me what I would need and would make sure the work was done in timely manor He got it all done in an afternoon. Dishonest mechanics. I was shopping for quotes to get a thermostat replaced. I had already had the check engine code read and diagnostics run. We were told by the mechanic that it would be anywhere from 50-150 and that they would contact us if that was no longer correct. Received $160 dollar charge for simply reading the check engine light and looking at the coolant level. Ridiculously high quote for the work that was to be done on top of that. Was told that the person who we dropped the car off was mistaken and didnt typically work in the front and that there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend coming here.We were not told there would be a $160 dollar charge for simply walking through the door. Otherwise we would not brought the car in.

Golden triangles employees were friendly, helpful and got me in for an oil change on very short notice. I really appreciated that they didnt see my oil change as an opportunity to up sell me on a bunch of stuff I dont really need right now. Ill definitely be back!

I was driving from New York to Califonia, passing through Denver. On the way I noticed a rattling under my car, which happened to be a loose splash shield. I called Golden Triangle where they explained they were full for the next few hours. I asked if there was anyway they could get me in earlier, for I was trying to make good time on the road. The man on the phone said to bring it by and he would work something out. My car was in and out within 20 minutes and when I went to pay, he told me not to worry and to be safe on the road. These people really understand the value of their customers and maintaining that relationship, rather than squeezing every penny they could get out of someone. Thanks again guys. 5+ stars

I live in the mountains and was in Denver for just a quick day trip. Right as I got into Denver my radiator fluid and power steering pump started leaking. I had no idea who to call not living in the area, but googled and they came up. I called them less than an hour before they closed, they were not able to get me in that night but said they would be able to do it the next day even though they already had a busy day in the books. The employees here were so nice and helpful, and after looking over the car called me and explained everything they found in great detail and also explained why the problems my car had was happening. I just picked this shop because I was in a bind, but I am so happy I called them. Great friendly service and awesome people. Ill probably go back to them even though I live two hours away! I feel compelled to write a review and let everyone know that these guys are straight up the real deal as far as honesty, integrity, and accountability. As a 33 year old female (they could have easily lied to me) when I first moved here to Denver, my car was acting up and when a repairman at another shop told me it was an extravagant problem, I got a second opinion at Tilden and Mark told me he found nothing of the sort and instead was a minor problem to fix. Since then, theyve earned my trust and I service 3 cars with them. Kevin and Mark have integrity and a strong work ethic that they display to their customers time and time again. I LOVE these guys! Fair pricing, great customer service, sometimes throw in something for free, will go out of their way to accommodate you if you have an emergency. My first experience with them other than routine oil changes was buying snow tires, I bought them for the same price that I saw online, they gave me an alignment for free and also installed my ski rack and crossbars for free. Then last week my sister was hospitalized in Wyoming and I needed to go pick her up but the roads were bad, They were fully booked for 2-3 days. I explained that i needed my snow tires put on my car and told them the situation. I dropped my car off right before closing that night and it was ready at 10am the next day. As long as I live in Denver, I will exclusively give them my business.

The guys here take great care of my car, at a reasonable price. The fact that they are within walking distance of my office is just an added bonus. Thanks guys! My car will be back for regular maintenance.

These guys are awesome. They send you a full report with pictures, explainations, and coded recommendations (red, yellow, green) so you feel empowered to make the right decision. Theyre easy to talk to and get the work done super fast at a reasonable cost.
