Took the X5M in for scheduled maintenance (oil & filter change) as well as a check engine warning Id had briefly. They identified the issue, got the parts, took care of warranty info & got me taken care of with regular updates via text & calls along the way. Brian is a pro. Only bummer was lack of loaners last week but I needed it taken care of sooner rather than later so didnt want to wait until they had any available. Over all, really pleased with these guys with all 3 of my Bimmers over the years, especially over the other folks at the place down south. Theyve been so absolutely horrible to me over the years that I refuse to even mention their name. Keep up the good work, Downtown.

I have been taking my vehicles to BMW Denver Downtown for at least 4 to 5 years now.I have tried other shops, in the past, that claim to work on nothing but BMWs.Hands down.......BMW Denver Downtown is the BEST thus far!!!!I can leave the shop knowing that my problem/issue has been resolved andhave never had to take either of my vehicles back for the same issue.I will not place my vehicles in the hands of another service center as long as I am a BMW GAL!!!!

Great experience. Detected problem with used car purchase before taking possession. Dealer taking of it no hassle. Some dealership I experienced would hide it and let you take possession. BMW of Denver Downtown was different, took accountability, and is fixing it.
I understand that there is a shortage of loaner vehicles, and so I needed to arrange for service about one month and advance.Despite very clear instructions and discussion, they failed to order a new windshield for me, and so was not ready when I arrive, and not for over eight days.This just exacerbated the problem with the loaner, which I kept for eight days. It could have been one day.When you know you have a problem with loaners, why would you extend the time another week?The people are very very very nice, but overall, I am not impressed with management and their decision making.

Annual oil change today for my x3. Made an appointment a few days prior and rolled into the service bay on time. Was met immediately by a staffer who welcomed me, and ushered me into the waiting room. A few minutes later I met Brandon, a Service Advisor who got things rolling. I retrieved my vehicle a few hours later, after visiting Life Time Fitness. The car was ready on time, cleaned by a free wash, and diagnostically checked out, in addition to the oil change. Meanwhile, Technician, Kyle, texted me video review of the cars undercarriage, announcing everything is fine! Payment and checkout were routine and a breeze!
BMW was great. They continually communicated with me on when the parts would arrive and they got the work done in a timely manner. Everyone was respectful. I really appreciate it!
I had a bit of an emergency with a dead battery and they were able to work me in even though they were booked out for several days. The staff was professional and my X1 was returned to me before the end of the day all fixed up. Thank you for taking care of me.

The last time I brought our 2008 335xi, I paid a $180 to diagnosis a boost issue. They gave me a $3000 estimate, striped a screw in my cowl, lost a bolt from the valve cover shroud, and told me I would get the classic car discount next time I came back.I replaced every vacuum line for $20 (which was valued at $900 on the estimate) in 30 minutes. At least that part of the diagnosis was right. Everything else was an insult.
Came in to look at an X5 recommended by Jack Reitz. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for. Also Jack was friendly and professional. The entire experience was excellent. Would recommend Jack Reitz and BMW Denver Downtown to anyone looking for a BMW new or used.
My service Advisor Brandon was great but the service of my car was horrible. 2 wrong harnesses for my car among other issues.. unfortunately will not take my car here again. BUT BRANDON is a good advisor but unfortunately had to take the grunt of others dropping the ball
My overall experience was excellent. I was kept informed on the process of the repairs, everyone was very professional and polite. I highly recommend BMW of Denver.
My car was shaking on speed, the charger in the front was not working, the vent blade in the bake was not moving, and the BMW sign by the driver seal needed to be glued back. I was told that the tires needed alignment and I had to pay $91. The ftont charger was repaired. The blade in the vent I. The back seat and the BMW sign by the driver seat was not repaired at all plus my car still shakes in high speed :( I am not happy with the service

M problem was that the paint on my convertible top was rubbing off due to a misalignment of the top. I was offered substitute transportation, which I did not need. The top was adjusted properly and the body shop did a great job repairing the marks on the top. All this was done very timely and I was kept up on progress through completion.

Don’t recommend people of color to visit the BMW of downtown denver especially the one on Colorado Blvd. For some reason I never get a welcome feeling every-time am there for service. They make me feel like I don’t belong or I cannot afford it. Don’t know if it due to my skin color or appearance. This have always been an ongoing issue. I try given them the benefit of the doubt but clearly am certain that they don’t need me as a customer or what I bring. What I experience give me a flash back of what my ancestor went through. This type of customer service should not be tolerate by a company as big as BMW. Am forever scar of being discriminate at all due to appearance or skin color. BLACK LIVES DOES MATTER…

Clay and the rest of the service department squeezed me into the busy service schedule because my car had died (on result of the pandemic when I didnt drive it) and where I only had a limited amount of time with which to deal with it and could not go through regular scheduling. That type of flexibility is the definition of good service.

I needed a new compressor for my air conditioner. (My car is brand new ) I was told they would be getting the part the next day so I left my car overnight. The part did not arrive the next day . I was told maybe they would have the part the next day . I called Ralph Schomp they had the part . I asked Payton to have my car put back together. I’m taking my car to Schomp and they will fix my car . I don’t understand why Payton didn’t call Schomp and get the part . My understanding is they do get parts from other dealerships. I was offed an apology. I have given this dealership ample chances to repair my cars . (This is my third BMW) it have been disappointed every time. I will not be taking my car there again . It’s unfortunate because I now have to drive 40 minutes to Ralph Schomp instead of 5 minutes to Downtown BMW .I

Very unprofessional! Service advisor thought it best to argue back and forth via text with me as a customer expressing his feelings instead of even asking if I wanted to move forward with repair. Never once asked if I wanted to have work done, in fact declined repair on my behalf. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very professional and quick with the entire process. This is my first BMW so was shocked at pricing but quickly figured out, that’s the price you pay for quality.
This dealer and service center are not like anyother BMW dealer I have ever dealt with before. I made an appointment showed up on time. The service person seemed confused as to why I was there. They did get my issue but after an hour I was sent a video of the technician going thru the parts that need to be repaired, rather than speaking to the service representative. I persented my BMW Car Club of America ID and specificly asked for the discount. I was charged $96.00 just for having someone look at my car. I was told they would order the parts and they could complete the repairs in 3 days. Given my work schedule and my wifes it would have been better for us to leave the car and get a loaner. I was told there were no loaners. 3 days later my Wife showed up to get the repairs done and one of the parts did not get ordered, which delayed completeing the repairs. They did give her a loaner and we were delayed another 2 days. When I returned the loaner I tried to explain the issues there were with the loaner. I was dismissed and no record was ever made. My wife had paid for the repairs over the phone with our BMW CARD. It was only after I got home I noticed there was no discount applied to my bill. I would NOT recommend this dealership or service center to anyone.

I had to schedule another appointment after coolant was allegedly filled but still receiving error message on my car. They also didn’t have the micro-filter that they informed me that I needed that day.
