THE HEROES I NEEDED BUT DID NOT DESERVE. I needed to buy an oil pan for my 2009 Audi A4. The dealership wanted too much money and I thought I would have to let my car go as I dont have that much money to spend during the pandemic. They took care of me and got me a oil pan for a fair price. They do get a little busy at times but the services more thank makes up for it. I WILL BE COMING BACK. THANK YOU

Called from out of town for a part for my sons car that had broken down in the area. The person who help me text me back that they had the part and the price. My son installed the trottle body and worked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Has plenty of parts BUT make sure your getting correct one. 2 times I have been given the wrong part or trusted that owner knew what he was talking about. Getting refund is impossible, parts were switched out but it is like pulling teeth. Also be prepared for deflection, its always the customers fault. I will try to avoid dealing with again

Unbelievable poor service. Has engine listed online, doesnt know what engine is what, nothing organized, critical parts missing from complete long block, because he says he can make more money selling them to you with the engine. All Id tags removed from engines and no proof of vin or mileage available. Terrible business

My Audi A6 passenger right side mirror cracked and I was quoted $450 by dealership to get it replaced (not including labor). I called and worked with Rick at European Auto Parts who was very friendly and only charged me $100 for the same exact mirror (auto-dim) and I tipped him $20. Extremely happy with this business and will refer to others as well!

Bad service. Part was to be removed from their parts car for my business to pick up a day in advance. They forgot.

Gave me the wrong part 2 times and he did not have the correct part did not return me my money or give me the part ($300)Not goin there again. How is it my fault that he sold me the wrong part and now wont return me my money

Owner sold me bad engine for 2006 Audi A4, 2.0L turbo, 30 days warranty just BS, oil goes into coolant right after installing engine. Spend double time and double pay for the job to fix this engine. No mercy from Roman, the owner of this place. Dont buy from this place if dont want to lose the money!!
