Excellent and FAST. I couldn’t get an appointment through my insurance company sooner than a week and a half out after my back window broke. I called several other places and same story. I called Integrity and they could get me in same morning and had my window in stock. They were very responsive over the phone and helpful with insurance. They had it fixed that afternoon and ready to pick up! Totally easy and painless, no drama!

Odalis was super helpful and quick when it came to getting my glass fixed when someone broke into my vehicle, Thankful to have found someone who can do it next day.

INTEGRITY WAS CALLED FOR A REAR GLASS ON THE BACK OF OUR TRUCK, TOLD US THEY CAN INSTALL NEXT DAY BETWEEN 10-10:30AM. NO ONE SHOWED UP! CALLED NO ANSWER, WAITED ANOTHER HOUR CALLED BACK AND GOT (KEVIN) WHO WAS THE ONE WHO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT, THEN SAID TO ME THIS IS MY PERSONAL; PHONE, AND THIS IS MY DAY OFF. I WILL COME AND INSTALL FOR YOU ON FRIDAY NOW BETWEEN 4-4:30PM NO SHOW, CALLED NO ANSWER. LOOKED UP ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER FOR COMPANY, FOUND AND CALLED, WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM SOMEONE, I HAVE BEEN CALLING NOW FOR TWO DAYS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REAR WINDOW, AND NO ONE HAS YET TO CALL ME BACK. THIS IS THE WORST GLASS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! THEY MAKE EMPTY PROMISES, AND DONT CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, AND OR DO SERVICE THEY SCHEDUAL YOU FOR. I WAS INTRESTED IN THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY ARE 5 STAR RATED, HOWEVER I DONT SEE HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE WITH THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED BY THIS COMPANY!

I would absolutely recommend Evolution Auto Glass and will definitely use them for any future needs of my own. Kevin was very professional, gave clear instructions, communicated very well over the phone, and called in advance with an exact time of arrival. He emailed me an invoice and I was able to pay online with a credit card or Google pay. So convenient! And, on top of all that, his was the cheapest price I found. Its an easy 5-stars for me!!

Kevin and Mike came to do my install of a new windshield of a car I just purchased. They had more knowledge of the trim and went above the general service by installing the new windshield trim pieces I had purchased as well.They really took the time to explain things and were very easy to talk with. I will use evolution Auto Glass again and recommend them to others based on my experience with them.

I was very pleased to discover Evolution Auto Glass on FB. I had contacted several other Windshield replacement businesses and received price quotes that were incomprehensible. I had two vehicles needing windshield replacements and couldve cost over $700 to take my cars to local shops. Evolution gave me a reasonable discount for two, AND came to my house to install them on both cars. They arrived on time, worked carefully and efficiently, and were friendly and courteous. They had the right tools and cleaned up afterwards, leaving my car and garage neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Evolution Auto Glass.
