I worked with Joylyn a few times last month and after corresponding a few time our company we ended up not needing to rent our AV equipment from GSE. However, today we had a little issue and ended up needing some additional supplies last minute and Joylyn was AMAZING and helped us get set up with a rental with less than 12 hrs notice! I was working on coordinating from another state and trying to set things up from a distance with several moving parts made me the less-than-ideal customer, but Joylyn stuck with me and made sure it was all handled quickly and efficiently. Really impressive and great customer service. I would 10/10 recommend this company for your AV needs, they will make sure you get taken care of!
