Incredible experience! The only shop we went to for my engagement ring. Sara was amazing and was genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect art deco antique ring. After working more with her, we learned so much about the era and completely changed our minds on the style and stone. I absolutely adore this ring... thank you so much, Sara!!!

Bought my wedding ring here in 2017. Beautiful ethopian opal surrounded by 17 diamonds from circa 1910. Took off my ring off at Cherry Creek Mall bathroom to simply wash my hands. Dropped my ring on the floor and one diamond had fallen out. Many people helped me finally find it. A stranger found the diamond on the floor and I took it to Hyde Park to have it put back. They charged me 375 just to put the original diamond back in. Ask for refences for jewekry repair.

Ive gone into the store a few times, had 3 rings appraised and 1 resized. The selection is unlike anything Ive ever seen and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about the different eras and how things were made. It made me feel like I was opening a treasure chest around every corner.Turnaround times were quick and the staff was very responsive when things were ready to get picked up. I couldnt recommend this place enough. Ask for Zach, hes the best!!

My girlfriend and I stumbled in to this store while shopping in downtown Denver. We were greeted by Zach, who was super friendly and and engaging. He was legitimately interested in our travel plans, and offered tips about the city to us out-of-towners. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, even after trying on a pricey engagement style band. Definitely the type of person I would want helping me out with a big purchase in the future. And his bird Mango is so sweet!

This place is awesome! They have an amazing selection of vintage and antique jewelry. When we walked in, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The associate that helped us out, Sarah, was great. She helped us with viewing and trying on several pieces and we never felt pressured in any way. Sarah was accompanied by V, who is one of the owners I believe, and she too was awesome! We purchased a ring and we live out of state, so they ended up shipping it to us. Communication and customer service throughout the process was fantastic and lets not forget, the we ring we purchased is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend this shop, and we will be back in the future for our next piece of vintage jewelry.

After some whirlwind searching for an engagement ring Zach at Victoriana was a complete breath of fresh air. He was incredibly knowledgeable, go-with-the-flow, and in general just fun to crack jokes with and keep the levity of a fun day going. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has an attention to detail unlike any other jeweler we experienced. During our first visit we were just browsing. We never felt pressured or ignored even though we werent serious yet. The ring is absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé gets compliments daily. This was a great experience. From the moment you get in the door, it is a very fun and non-pressure filled environment. We worked with Zach, who was extremely pleasant and personable. In addition, had an attentive ear and steered us towards what we were looking for and extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Lee is amazing. He doesnt guilt you to up sell you or pressure you into something you dont like or cant afford. His expertise is a great tool to help you get what you want in your price range. He has a great eye for detail and did an excellent job getting my ring ready for the big day. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.

My fiance purchased my ring here and Im so in love with it! This is one of the most friendly places I have been to. I needed to get my ring sized several times and they were amazing about it. One of the prongs on my ring also needed to be repaired shortly after I got engaged and they fixed it free of charge. Im so happy that I got such a beautiful ring from such an amazing place. I was looking for a hard to find yellow gold eternity diamond ring from the 1920s... Zach (manager) was extremely knowledgeable about not only each ring but gave us interesting little tidbits of the period to help us understand the rings history. What a fun adventure!Being downtown in Denver, I assumed this store would have rediculous prices however the inventory online was current and the prices were lower than expected on some pieces. Heres hoping you have my dream ring sometime soon! Ill be keeping an eye out :-)

Im not a very modern jewelery kind of gal so we spent weeks looking for the perfect engagement ring for me until we found this little shop. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The owners and staff are so friendly and wonderful. They answered all questions I had and were extremely patient with me. It was just fate that we walked in that day because I fell in LOVE with a beautiful 1930s ring they had out. It was just perfect that they had put it out the morning we came in. Amazing Experience!!!This is the ONLY jewelry store I will ever shop at again! I cannot speak highly enough of Dave, the owner, and Zach the stores manager. The owner is a man of his word. He demonstrated a level of integrity that is seldom witnessed.When I initially went into the store, Zach and Dave were extremely helpful and I found the perfect setting for my girlfriends engagement ring. Unlike the other fine jewelry stores in Denver, Victoriana had a large selection of unique vintage and high-quality vintage inspired rings. I immediately bought the setting and went home to see if I had severely overpaid for the setting. The setting was unique, a replica of an art-deco mounting, and was difficult to find on the internet. However, I was SHOCKED to find out that Dave and Zach had saved me hundreds of dollars on the setting!I continued to shop other sources to find a better deal on my loose diamond. Dave called me and told me that they had gotten in some new diamonds that would fit my budget and I agreed to come in to look.We agreed and shook hands on the price of a loose, european cut diamond and they mounted it beautifully in my setting. After it was mounted, however, Dave and Zach discovered that they had accidentally and substantially underpriced their diamond. They had a similar sized diamond in the store of lesser quality and we had accidentally quoted me the wrong price for the better diamond.Dave could have yanked that diamond right out of the mount and I would not have faulted him for doing so. Instead, Dave took a loss on the diamond and honored his word!!! I still cant believe how great a deal I got in his store. My girlfriend has no choice but to say, Yes, thanks to Dave and Zach.I just cant believe how much integrity Dave showed during our transitions. He runs his business exactly how I would run mine!!! I would trust Dave and Zach whole-heartedly!!I am a Victoriana customer for life and will be recommending the store to everyone I meet.Josh Allen
