Fantastic after-hours emergency assistance. Thank you CLS!

Our corporate office purchased a Quincy compressor from CLS the beginning of July 2020. CLS was to order filters and be back out in 10 days. Well, 22 days after install, the pump blew on the compressor due to CLS not greasing the bearings during install. After MULTIPLE phone calls to Webster Owen and Heath Norris by myself, my GM and our district managers, we could NOT get a call back from either one. During this waiting period, we contacted another compressor company and found that the compressor we purchased from CLS is actually too small for the CFI/CFM that our system needs. So today, they send a tech out to FINALLY fix the pump. Our shop has lost ALOT of business for CLSs incompetence and failure to follow up or care. If youre smart, you will take your money and the care of your business elsewhere!! CLS is a joke!

We have worked with this company for years... I write the review because over those years the delivery fee has climbed to an outrageous point. Our most recent delivery cost nearly $1400.... We have watched this price almost triple and will be looking for other options moving forward,
