This company was referred to us by a neighbor. I called on Friday and ordered a pallet of Bermuda. She said it would be in on Tuesday. I called on Monday to confirm. The guy said they were behind cutting it so it wouldn’t be there until 11 on Tuesday. I arrived at 11. They said 11:45. I came back at 11:45, paid, and got my pallet. I got home and immediately started my project in the middle of the day. The top rolls of sod were dry and dusty. They basically crumbled in my arms. Some of the lower rolls had been squished and also crumbled. I had to puzzle broken rolls back together. I watered immediately after doing the first section, which was under an hour and have consistently watered 2x a day all week. It looks dead. I tried misting the rolls to get them to stick together for the other sections of the yard, but so much of the dirt just fell off. I’m so embarrassed to have this out in the lawn.

There is no sign for the business. None!! Directions were good. And other landscape businesses make it confusing.

First visit. Will go again. Just allow for extra time. Not much assistance. But nice to know its there if you need product when working in that area.

I suspect I may have received compost tainted with systemic herbicides from Noles. Buyer beware. My vegetable beds may be ruined this year....time will tell.

Delivered 2 pallets of old sod (St. Augustine.) One pallet had very dry sod hidden between some slightly fresher sod...deceptive. In any case, all delivered sod was not fresh and green. My investment, both time and money, may be a loss.Update: Lost half the lawn due to the old product delivered. It is amazing that you can actually see where the worst pallet was laid down...never really took off. Now will have to pull up dead sod and replace using sod provided by a more reputable company. I would never use, or recommend Noles Enterprises. Only a shady company would hide old stock in the middle of a pallet. Over all, everything sold was old. Still working to save the remaining part of the lawn. Thank you Noles for wasting my time and money! Let this review serve as a removal of the one star requred to give this review.

Great local company who knows how to help get exactly what is needed with specific types of grass for certain areas. Once I started using this place for grass I used them for several other landscaping needs as well. Great small business to work with.

The Bermuda we got was dry and dead and full of Beetles and grubs...we had to pay to have our property treated for insects we didnt have before the sod was delivered to our property. The delivery was delayed and I have been waiting a week for them to decide a discount or not. I took back my pallets and no one was there to help me unload them.

This is the second time I have scheduled for delivery. first time, on the day of the Wednesday delivery, I waited for their call to confirm delivery, no calls, so I made the call in the afternoon, they said they cannot deliver because it rained the previous day, so they cannot cut. Why didnt you call to let me know that you cannot deliver? I have to miss work and wait for you! So I have to reschedule for next week Friday. Comes Friday (yesterday), I waited, again, no calls to confirm delivery, I did not call maybe they didnt harvest. So, today Saturday I was surprised, the delivery guy came, rang the Ring camera doorbell, waited for a good 1 minute, then took off! I was not home, what the heck, why will you come Saturday when you did not confirm Friday and today? Whats with you guys, you have to communicate with your customers. I ordered 3 weeks ago... it seems we are at your mercy, you deliver when you feel like it!

Noles is an awesome company to do business with ! Very fair prices compared to their competition and the service is excellent.The quality of their trees and shrubs is excellent, not junk like most nurseries have for sale. Most important for me is doing business with a company and people that I trust. I could tell on my first visit that the Noles family was trustworthy. I have now had multiple deliveries from them with excellent service and prices. I am not easy to please but Noles gets a 5 star rating from me !!

Called a no one answered even after being on for 10 minutes with their automated answering system. Are y’all even open? Your website shows until 5pm - it 4:30 - started calling at 4:20pm.

Weve purchased garden soil, rock, landscaping material from Noles and have always had a good experience. Sometimes we have the soil or rock delivered and they always deliver as promised. I will continue to purchase from them.

Unbelievably poor customer service. The girl on the phone has a severe attitude problem. She sounds like she has had everything handed to her her entire life. She wouldnt let me speak and explain what I wanted and just proceeded to speak over me. Eventually she hung up on me so I took my business elsewhere. I would suggest staying far away from this place.

I purchased Saint Augustine sod several times. Great service and prices. I will buy again from them.

The female on the phone was completely rude and arrogant. She wouldnt listen to anything I had to say, spoke over me while I was talking, and ended up hanging up the phone on me!! Terrible customer service. Ill never return here.

This company is a joke. They are always late with their deliveries. The customer service is terrible. The girl that answers the phone is extremely impatient and rude because she is the daughter of the owner. She hangs up on people frequently. Today I waited with my crew for three hours before I finally got them to pick up the phone, just to tell me that they were 45 minutes out. I said that I would just cancel the order and they hung up on me. This place needs a better receptionist....Update...The following day...no sod delivered.....completely terrible company.

Took a couple days to get sod. Finally got one pallet and it’s low grade compared to LTI that I picked up yesterday. St Augustine falls apart, is 80% dead, and heavy dirt.

Ordered tree 2 months ago, told 4 times tree to be delivered “tomorrow”...so far no tree! Tree arrived today finally!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never be coming here again.
