Where to begin....I’m on this weight loss journey and I want to improve my weight loss progress. Ryan, an associate at this GNC location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. He asked specific questions to find exactly what I needed to take to further help me on my journey. Being new to taking supplements can be worrisome to others including myself, but Ryan helped me. He didn’t upsell me, I just upsold my self! Him being so knowledgeable and patient, made me more interested of taking more supplements, and to help me further on this weight loss journey. Will be back here when I need to refill or to get different supplements! Thanks Ryan!

The guy there was really freindly and helpful

The manager of this store is not honoring what GNC offers. This location should not be part of GNC. Manager, Tim Bannecker decided that the GNC promotion of buying one and second half off is not good for his store and basically called me liar. Go to a different location and be treated with respect. GNC should close this store.12/18/2020

Cashier was not masked, but he was knowledgeable enough to help with my questions about a new creatine.

Even though I seldom visit the store, they have the product. Good for me because there are usually only one or two of that particular product on the shelf.

Great location. Easy access off 35 in to the Razor ranch shopping center. Sometimes it gets busy busy and traffic can get a bit thick but it flows nicely!!

I almost got into a full blown argument with a female employee about where you can find Bang energy drinks. She wanted to argue with me when I told her they couldnt hardly be found anywhere. I specifically have to drive to GNC an hour from my house to buy them. I was not in the mood. She could have just been happy I was shopping in their empty store.

The closing manager on Saturday, March 3rd was not only incredibly helpful, but very knowledgeable as well, having tried many of the products the store sells. He asked what my goals were, & led me to the perfect supplement for my needs. Its refreshing to meet an associate who has real personal knowledge of the product theyre selling, & cares about the customers needs to give them an educated opinion! I love this GNC!, will continue getting all my fitness supps here :) Pre-workout is very tasty, effective, & their flaxseed goes great with my smoothies.

Great family owned store! Friendly staff and great supplements stock!

I have been a customer at GNC for years and have used the same weigh powder for a while now. I had to take time off from working out for being sick and when i started back my protien powder for my shakes which doesnt expire for a year was different. It has a weird froth to it and a spicy taste. This is was explained to the store clerk whom called the owner as well. They looked up the order history and said it had been more than 30 days we cannot exchange it. I explained to them i told you up front it had been atleast 2 months. They said it should be ok just shake it well. Tub after tub did not have the froth or weird taste. There is obviously something wrong with it and they are unwilling to make it right and make sure a customer doesnt get sick off their product that is bad. I guess its time to try out The Vitamin Store. Will not be back to GNC.

I just sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for an employee to arrive and open the store, which is closed during their business hours. No such luck.

Prices run higher than average, but what a great staff they have, never seen any workers friendlier than those of this store!
