BEST STORE FOR PICKUP GROCERIES! Have tried super Walmart, super Kroger, not as good. This store is absolutely the best store for getting your groceries, produce always the best. We have had only 2 issues in 2 years and always was taken care of promptly by a friendly, courteous staff associate member. The drive is a little farther, but worth it even with road construction on Teasley.
Love the self checkout! Im an antisocial person so I use self checkout whenever I can. Lots of them so theres never a line.Doesnt have everything, but there are more vegan meat options than most walmarts and I appreciate that.Everyone is friendly and helpful so long as you ask for help.
This is very difficult for Handicap Customers. The concept of NO cashiers wasnt a well thought out Business Decision. If a customer is riding on a cart to shop, that pretty much means there ability to function as a productive citizen have been compromised in someway. Your disabled, trying to scan groceries, sack your own groceries. This has to be a VIOLATIONS OF THE AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT
The worst Customer service experience .No on says HI no one says welcome in .No one looks Happy to be There ...You might pay your people More but treat them like humans not robots .... !!!!We have to check ourselves out ..Pay us or give us your Walmart Discount 10%For checking yourself out ....Bag your our items bs....Only because your people are now robots ..And Dont care also your managers walk around playing on their phones ... while your robots are working .. I tell you what kind of customer service is this .... !!!!
Good selection of meats compared to other walmarts. I felt uncomfortable in there. Weird vibes in this place. It seems like a grocery store youd see in a horror movie about people who live in a small secluded town lol .
Went in for quick run of supplies the house was low on. My family frequently shops at this location for simple needs. Produce, meds, wine, meats, frozen, storage, chemical and more. Basically a little of most things can be found here. You will find clean lanes and a quick checkout. There are usually a few staff on the floor to help find things if you need them. Enjoy! Please like my post if it helps so I level up as a guide.
5:00 on a Sunday and they are out of everything. I don’t know how stocking is done, but they were out of soy sauce, siracha, sesame oil, heavy cream, produce section was a mess, hardly any salads. I now have to drive out of my way to a different Walmart.
Neighborhood sized Walmart with most of the items carried in the Big box stores. No furniture, automotive department, furniture, electronics, and the like. Also fewer crowds. Busy but not packed. All checkouts are fully self service, no cashiers just one or two guides.
Walmart has went to no cashiers. It is completely self checkout. I realize already it only had a few cashiers at certain times of the day. We are paying for cashiers. What happens to those people now? They didnt lower the price so we can do their work. If I have a lot of groceries, I want a cashier. When I went to leave a cart the lady counting people told me I needed to put it OUTSIDE. I will stick to Kroger, Sprouts, or Target. At Target they sanitize between each customer.
Many issues and run arounds in regards to a curbside pickup order. Lack of communication and untrained staff.
I Love This Place! I was NEVER a Walmart Customer before, but this one is smaller, less busy, clean and mask optional! Happy, Busy Mom of 6 here!!! This place is getting ALL of our business now!
Its convenient and small. parking is wonky for some reason, cant figure it out. Self checkout only is much better than before but limited on office and school supplies.
Great place to shop you get the small town experience in a slightly larger store yet not the hassle like in a superstore everything you want without taking up your whole day or evening getting the groceries you want
Nice and almost everything available...
Had more lines open so was able to get in and out. Lots of items were currently being stocked for what was out or low in stock. All staff that passed us smiled and acted as if they actually wanted to be at work! Everyone in good spirits.
Its a smaller, nicer way to shop at Walmart. It only has groceries and toiletries so you wont get the supercenter experience but for me, thats usually better.
Its its not too big and not too small and the produce is great. One of the added bonuses I like about it is that sometimes you can find little surprises that are not normally there and sometimes hard to find
Its a small store with most of those items I am looking for. I enjoy those roast chickens in the Deli section. Besides, it is not crowded.
They removed all the checkouts and you have to check yourself out now. Great if youre in a hurry, but it doesnt include an employee discount and I dont recall signing up to work for Wal-Mart.
They have gone to no cashiers at all - this will no longer be my go to store for weekly grocery and will only be for trips for smaller less items. Checking out yourself and bagging yourself for large items is too much of a hassle. It’s too bad because otherwise the store has good selection and has always been clean and stocked. Also another negative is that with the new self registers they lost space up front and the line is very long fir check out.
Great place if you need a couple quick things and the pharmacy is always great and well stocked.
My go to Walmart in my area. Almost always have what I need and curbside pickup is fast and friendly!
Great selection and variety for a neighborhood Walmart!👍🏻
Not really liking the check out. Sometimes I have too much and it would be nice to have the help of checker.
It’s your average Wally World shrunk to a convenient size. Good prices.
I love this place, real nice people .
So I loved this store until I bought a ham last Sunday for a trip to Georgia the day before Thanksgiving. I pulled it out today and saw this best if used by October 20, 2018 and we purchased it November 10, I cook professionally. All I need is to take a ham 900 miles and give everyone food poisoning. If this ham would have been frozen, thats one thing. But being constantly thawed, I will throw it out, count my loses and move on .30.00 down the drain .Check your meat .
Smaller store makes it easier to get in and out of if you dont have many items to buy. Very convenient.
I like the smaller Walmart. Not as crowded and still a good selection of goods
This Walmart is a smaller location, but supplies just about everything you would need anyway! It is convenient, centrally-located, and it is easy in/easy out! Check it out! Youll be pleasantly surprised, or just pleasantly satisfied! Either way - GO! (:
Not going back where there arent any checkouts with checkers.
Very friendly Pharmacy staff. Clean and organized store.
I have never been to a Walmart that didnt have an actual cashier to check you out. The store was clean and well stocked.
Everything was easy to find and the staff is very helpful
I hate Wal Mart! There I said it ! I hate, hate, hate it. That being said these little boutique Min Wals arent that bad. They Take away some of the big box crowds and feels very much like a more traditional grocery store. No hate Kinda like.
This Friendly Neighborhood Walmart is run better than a Chik-fil-a on May the 5th.
Great place to shop, great prices and wonderful workers. Shout out to night crew for their hard work!!
For the most part I had a good experience. They dont carry a wide enough selection of sugar free pudding. Also they really should have more than just two electric carts for people that need to use the electric cart for shopping
Very clean. Always a good visit
A typical Walmart Neighborhood market. Have just about everything you need and can find it quickly. Do not have cold soda drinks, just at the checkout.
Convenience of Walmart without the hustle and bustle of a Suprcenter! Great for groceries and basic supplies!
Staff is friendly at the checkout. Some employees were just standing around outside on their phones Im not sure if they were just bored or maybe waiting to sanitize the area where you go in and out of the building, but there was probably something for them to do. Other than that overall great experience.
I hate that it is all self check out!
Self check out only is ridiculous. Dont come here if you need more than just a few items.
All self check out. Hope they send me my paycheck and benefits package.
Editing 1/21: they just switched every single checkout station to self check out.. not one single lane for you to checkout if you dont want to use self checkout. I never use self checkout even if I have a small amount of items because it takes away people jobs. I will never be back to this store that I used to spend $200 a week at every time I went grocery shopping. Sad.Not a huge fan of big companies, but this store is ran by family it feels like. Everyone is so nice and I see the same people every time. Arthur always says hi to my kid and my kid expects to see him when we go. They also sanitize all the carts before they push them in and keep count of how many people are in at any time. Really happy with this small well run store.
More convenient than going to a full size Walmart if you just need groceries.
I was at the Walmart on Teasley Lane and I hadnt been in there I guess for a few days or a week but I was in there looking for someone to ring me up and there was no registers at all they had self-checkout and Im sorry but I do not like the self-checkout 1 bit it takes away customer service you cant communicate with anybody I mean there was a lady there but I do not like I that I have to go in there and ring up my food and I will not be back to that Walmart thats just my personal opinion that is a bad decision that Walmart is making it theyre going to do all the stores like that then I will not go there to shop and I hope none of those stores do that I dont like it and hope other stores dont start doing that
BEWARE OF PARKING AT WALMART!!!If you decide to go to Walmart, especially Store #4104 on Teasley Drive in Denton, be aware that cars are often damaged by other shoppers and Walmart isnt willing to do anything about it. The lot attendant said this happens quite often. I have tried repeatedly to contact the store manager Jeffery, but he wont return my repeated calls, nor provide me with a copy of the tape showing the vehicle that did a hit and run on my vehicle. I was told that only the police could obtain a copy, but they seem to be more content with just doing a report and allowing insurance to handle the situation. I, however, am not content with that course of action. After speaking with Walmart Corporate, I was directed to AP Investigations, a company employed by Walmart and told that the tapes are the property of Walmart and would not be provided to me for insurance purposes. I was instructed that my only recourse would be to file a lawsuit and have a subpoena issued to obtain the tape. So, basically I can spend thousands of dollars in legal fees to obtain a copy of a recording of an accident, which occurred on Walmart property, that could easily be viewed for verification and provided for free. Seems like a waste of time and expense to me.So, to save myself a lot of time and money, social media sites like Facebook and Instagram will be the outlet to spread the word, along with NBC 5 DFW for their segment, NBC 5 Responds. This was clearly a hit and run which occured on Walmart property, but they arent concerned with damage caused to their customers vehicle, only the money customers spend at their stores (which wont be mine). Be aware when you park here that this could happen to your vehicle and apparently there is nothing Walmart is willing to do about it.
Unfortunately my experience going to this Walmart was horrible for the first time in my life I have experienced racial attacks i dont want to make this a big issue but the lady by the name of kimberly i hope Im pronouncing her name correctly she is a senior that works sitting down by the entrance door counting how many persons come in and go she has a huge issue with Hispanics telling me that this is not a Mexican store. Of course she said that because I was the only hispanic in that store. That day. And I guess she felt threatened by my color of my skin. For some reason. I think Walmart should train these people in how to greet guests of all color equally.Thanks.
It was super, the employees were nice and they helped me with whatever I needed.
Good place for quick grocery shopping. Usually has everything we need. Easy to get in and out.
Runs like a smooth oiled machine!
Price is great, selection is great, staff is courteous and helpful, parking is plentiful
Not everything I wanted but enough to justify the time
Great Helpers at this store.
Neighborhood Walmart stores are smaller centers with less inventory. I highly recommend the produce, the baked goods and the over-the-counter medicines.
Clean, stocked and all digital! Now they only need Tap Pay technology
Last minute place to go find something you forgot to get lol. I like thats near my house
Love our neighborhood Walmart!
I always shop at this Walmart, all the employees are friendly and the store is clean.
They give you 24 hours to test whatever you bought and they asked you please come back and tell me how you like the product Malcolm in the Middle Style
Love all Wal-Mart products
Pharmacy staff are so helpful and kind.
I have been shopping here for the last 2 years and have mostly been satisfied. I was there yesterday and the bakery rolls that I normally but for 20 cents each are now 33 cents each just in the last week this item went up 65% . This is absolutely crazy. I don’t know about you but my income hasn’t increased by 65% in the last week. Totally absurd!!
So bad experience there is no cashier only self checkout. Walmart hires you as cashier for nothing and reduce the employment.
I dont get paid to work here! Bring the cashiers back!
Absolutely terrible. I will not shop in here again. They have gone to only self checkout and I will not use those!
Very clean and friendly staff, their pharmacy is top notch as well!
Going downhill quick. Employees on their phone, ignore concerns about only self checkout with no cash back options. If you going to only open self checkout then make sure they offer same service as a regular checker would. Employee rude on asking for a sign to be put up that had fallen behind register..no apology just went back playing on phone w/o even looking for sign. I’ll take my business back to tried and true Kroger. They seems to appreciate the business and employees actually work not play on phones.
Smaller than the Walmart with the same quality.
The store is clean inside and has everything you need. Produce section is very nice here.
Quite, easy, good place to shop.
Well stocked, always clean, VERY helpful employees, find what I need (and more)
I live across the street. Its convenient. The supervisors and staff go above and beyond to help you. Its not a supermarket, but if they have it, theyll surely guide you to where it is. Definitely a place to shop for your immediate needs.
Its what a neighborhood Walmart should be for those things that you need to run in and run out and not spend two hours in the grocery store excellent place great people!
This store is nice for a neighborhood walmart. They are well stocked and have what you need. The store isnt too busy during peak times.
Its the best place to run in for groceries and not spend all day there
Wide clean aisles. Fresh produce. Good lighting. Open check out areas. Check yourself area available. My first time to visit. I will go back to another closer to where I live. A Good 👍 shopping experience, and I dont like grocery shopping in general.
Its ok I cant said much they doesnt pay me the comercial...
This is my 3rd time ordering on line and picking up from this location.I am very pleased so far they seam to have everything in stock and all the cold and frozen stuff is still cold and frozen when I get home. Thank you
Easy to get in and out and they always have what I need
For those who love their veggies, this would be a good spot to stop by for your shopping.
Helpful...had everything I needed
Love customer service in the pharmacy.
Clean has about everything that a big Walmart has .
Great staff and management!! This location is very nice and clean. My wife and I work full time and as a result utilize the grocery pickup service. Last week they forgot a few items and we didn’t realize until we got home. They provided a contact number for the future and comp those items for our next delivery. The manager Sandra was a huge help!
The management team at this store is the best of any Ive ever seen (and Ive seen a LOT through my job)....I drive 40 minutes out of my way to shop here and keep them looking good with corporate!
I just did pick up for the first time and it was so easy. I felt bad because I had no cash to tip. But Sarah and Jared were EXTREMELY EXTREMELY KIND AND GRACIOUS!! They seem like a good team in this messy weather. They are an example of good customer service! Thank u Walmart for those great workers!
Its close to my house. Convenience at a low price. Not too crowded.
Oh my goodness!!!! I will never come to this Walmart for a money order again!! Their customer service manager Grace was awful!! She doesn’t know how to count money. I handed her the full amount and she looks at me like where is the rest.. she miscounted and before recounting to make sure she questioned me like how are you going to pay the rest! She then typed the amounts in wrong in the computer and it said I was owed over 300.00 when I should have only gotten cents back. She kept laughing about it! I informed her that she was not good at handling this amount of money and she laughed some more!! She needs to be retrained!!
I like it. They have nice courteous workers who speak to you or ask if you need help finding anything. I generally am in a hurry and I always have them to help me find stuff., I like this store. They need more cashiers and people to bag the groceries. that would be faster. Very clean. Perfect I like going here because I dont want to buy any clothes I just want food products or cleaning, tp, papertowels. This store is perfect. We need more of these types of Walmarts.
Hardly no cashiers ..forced to use self checkout ..this store is all about personal shoppers ..dont go there
Love the small scale of this Walmart!
Always have a happy staff ..easier store to get around and close to my house
I cant stand Wal-Marts but this one here is absolutely the best.. Shelves are stocked, good meats and fresh fruits and veggies wish I had one close to me
Stopped in here for the first time today, after passing by it many times on the way to Kroger. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the selection of items and we quickly found everything wed come for. They only had two registers open, besides two self check out lanes, so we had a short wait, but overall, we thought it was a good experience. Well go back again later with a longer shopping list and see how it goes.
Has just about all the food stuff I could want but being a neighborhood market Lacks the Walmart extras.
