Im new to the car audio world and Brad lined me out on what I needed. The prices were comparable to other dealers and the service was detailed. Everyone was attentive and answered any questions I had. I plan on doing more audio work with them in the near future.

Worst customer service ever! Do NOT go here! They tell you one thing, then change it. Brad sets appointments to fix there mess up, then he doesn’t show up. The owner gets involved, then gives power back to the guy that has been lying to you! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, they will lie to you as surely as the sun will rise tomorrow!

Wouldnt give this guy a star he gives you run around on warranty its been 5 weeks now. And guys just setting around while I wait for the work to be done. Says he will get to it in a min he was finishing his cigarette 30 mins later still waiting for him to get started. No other work here to be done.

BEWARE THIEFS AT THIS BUSINESS REMOVE VALUABLESI dropped my F350 Dually this morning to have radio installed at this place even after readin some bad reviews figured he’ll give them a chance so I take it In have radio installed I get truck back and hour later come home and all is Well I’m scrolling through face book and to find someone in Denton have parts for sale for another vehicle I had put up in my glove box I walk out to my truck open glove box well what you know GONE STOLEN . If the worthless employees would have asked for Old Parts I would have gladly given them to whomever but since they like to steal I filed charges beware of this place if you do business with them REMOVE your belongings if you would like to keep them
