Yep, the blue-collar employees who have to work outside in the heat and cold all day in their sales yard are required to come in on mandatory Saturdays while the white-collar women in the office never do. Pathetic.

I was there at 3:48 pm willing to buy some brick but no one took a minute to attend, its very disappointed when you have to drive Long ways and get back with empty Hands, but I guess everyone was ready to go home!

We werent allowed to look around the showroom and when we did finally get in the showroom the lady working there made us stand 6 feet from everything including the walls. She was also extremely rude over the phone. Clearly Acme brick does not want business.

I just delivered a load of brick to these folks, I am elated with their customer service. Every person I dealt with was cheerful and helpful. There were a lot of smiling employees and it sure made my day all that much better to see. THANK YOU ACME BRICK! Keep up the great work, it is very much appreciated

Wonderful Lady there named Jennifer.Doing a remodel on our house & she promptly identified the brick & pulled up the invoice of original brick purchase in 1987.Acme still makes & had in stock enough to buy new brick cheaper than trying to clean & re-use older brick.Jennifer is a very valuable asset to the sales area in the Denton location.

When I ordered my stone, they told me that my total price was $330. I paid it, and they delivered the stone. Then, a couple weeks later, I get a bill for another $150. I called them, and they said they accidentally billed me for only 1 ton, but sent me 1.5 tons, because they sell it in 1 ton and 1.5 ton pallets. Then I talked to them again later, and they said that they only sell that stone in 1 ton pallets. Then they said that even they didnt know how it shipped, because nothing can leave their yard, until its paid in full. I will never return, and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Couldnt get an answer on the phone so I drove there only to find they closed 35 minutes earlier than posted on the sign.
