I Arrived at 2:14 PM. I didnt have an appointment as I had major surgery, was in the hospital for 10 days. I found out Saturday, 10/08/2016 that the vehicle would be locked out Monday at 4:00 pm, thus I did not have an appointment. I drove to the nearest location, Denton, Texas. Upon arrival, the technician Anthony, was very rude and told me he could help with my calibration (a quick procedure), only after he finished the installation he was working on, which would be an hour and thirty five minutes. He ordered me to back out of the bay and wait outside.I have been a customer of Smart Start for 6 years, know many of the technicians well, as well as some of the corporate employees. I have never been treated in such a rude, condescending way in my entire 6 year relationship with Smart Start. In my opinion, Anthony is the rudest employee at Smart Start I have ever encountered. He has absolutely no concept of customer service. After this horrible experience with Anthony at the Denton location, I am considering switching to another company to service my vehicle.
Rudy is the man! He is professional and very knowledgeable about his job. A pros pro.
