I purchased new Traffic master laminate flooring color: Aniston Oak had it installed in my house with the recommended underlayment padding. Now the floor squeaks and moves. I contacted Home Depot and they told me a member of management would contact me & that never happen.POOR QUALITY FLOORING sold in this store DO NOT BUY
We moved to Denton in February 2019 and have visited the Denton Home Depot for many of our home needs. We purchased all the limestone we used to line our flower beds there as well as the rock and stepping stones for the side of our house. I purchase my lantana there each year and this year purchased a beautiful magnolia jane tree. It was very reasonably priced and 2 weeks after planting is already covered in leaves and blooming flowers.

Went to buy a riding lawn mower. No one had the keys to get the paperwork. Rented a trailer and that was quick. Then had to wait again for someone to come unlock it. Took 1.5 hours toBuy the mower. Bad service!
Standard home Depot. Flooring department lacks a little on the hardwood flooring. Besides thats, they have everything you would need.
A convenient location to shop for gardening supplies, tools, hardware and home improvement/repair projects. Easy in and out with generous parking. Close to major transit arterials, other shopping venues and restaurants to complete a diverse shopping list.
We had a fan that was accidentally clogged with yarn. We had a hard time getting it out until a wonderful neighbor told us to go to Home Depot. We went there with the fan, and my dear sister asked what would be the cost to remove the yarn--Zach, an amazing gentleman said that it wouldnt cost us anything!! That was so great--and really, really wonderful that he told us that!! So he removed the yarn, but he first had to cut a couple of grates off the back of the fan, because the screws were too impossible to be undone. But he did it in a very professional way, removed the yarn, turned on the fan, and it worked just like new! Many thanks to Zach for the great job that he did--and he was very, very nice about everything!!
We went to HD Friday evening trying to pick up lumber we had paid for the prior day. I was told by the young lady we could pick it up at anytime. When we arrived Friday evening noone wanted to allow us to puck up lumber we paid for until we found a young man by the name of Zach. Wow! Thank you Zach. You went above your position. Thank you for being such a great worker and good luck.

I really do not like Home Depot. Reason #4756 is that I had to buy quarter round trim today. Do they have trim in the normal precut lengths of 8 and 12? No, they have it in 16 lengths and you, the customer, have to cut the lengths you want. I had to cut 15 pieces to get the linear feet I needed. Then, to top it off, there were no carts in the store, but there were plenty in the corrals out in the parking lot.

Special ordered 2 Andersen patio doors from HD to be installed by HD. The installation has been nothing but a horrible nightmare. Its been weeks and one of the doors still does not shut properly and HD has given up on making it right, terrible customer service. Save your money and dont use HD for your installations. They are NOT worth their premium price.

I ordered 2 bathroom vanities on 5/28/21. The larger vanity was delivered on 6/8/21 to the store. I was soon notified via email that the $500 vanity was defective and I needed to contact the store directly for further details. I stopped by the store, and they said they couldnt even find the vanity and it was most likely broken and put back on the truck immediately. The customer service manager said she would reorder the vanity and it would be there in ten days. I was out of town for a family emergency during that time and arranged for pick-up on July 10th. I rented a truck and arrived for pick-up on July 10th. Upon arriving at will-call/customer service they released my order and told me to meet them at the pick-up/loading area. I waited for 25 minutes before I went back inside to ask about my order. A different customer service manager said that they couldnt find the larger vanity and it looked like it was never reordered. I drove 3 hours and spent $300 renting a truck for (multiple) pick-ups that day. I told the manager this and she told me that she would have the vanity delivered to me the next Saturday. I took off work, drove 3 hours to the house we were getting ready to sell - the delivery location, and the vanity never showed up. I called Customer Service and they reported the vanity had never been reordered. Fast forward another three weeks, the vanity was not delivered again, and again Customer Service said the vanity was never reordered. At this point I have spent over $1000 in rentals and gas money just trying to get this vanity to the house we are are selling, not to mention my time they have wasted and the project delay they have caused. If this vanity was not critical to the bathroom remodel I would have demanded my money back and purchased a different vanity. To say I am upset would be an understatement. It has been over 2 months since I ordered the vanity and they are now saying I wont receive it until August 23, almost 3 months after it was ordered. And the vanity saga continues...

Waited 30 minutes for staff to assist with locating a shower stall that we wanted to buy, only to learn that the young man who supposedly summoned another staff member, never did. Very non-professional and rude.
They mixed the wrong color of paint even though I told the employee doing it the color he was making was blue, not purple. He did not believe me and kept mixing anyway. When I told them I didn’t want the ugly powder blue paint (I was looking for a deep grape purple), he insisted that I had to pay for it since they mixed it. I hope they get paint employees with better color vision in the future.
Stopped in to the paint department. The clerk was very helpful, I am giving this visit a 3 star because he did not offer to help me, after standing there searching for a while right in front of him I had to ask him for help instead of him asking me. Afterwards he was helpful.
We found everything we needed and the gentleman from the appliances area helped guide us where we needed to go so good job to him thanks
I called yesterday from Colorado to order a washer-dryer to delivered to our home. I spoke with Abigail who went above and beyond to help me with this. The result was I had to place my order here in Colorado to have it delivered. Abigail was a true pleasure to work with. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work. There are more people working which is helpful but the quality of help could be better. Dont order ahead of time. Sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for a confirmation email that my order was ready to be picked up. That was 2 1/2 hrs after I ordered it. Finally went inside and it was ready. Who knows how long. Its my first time using the order and pick up here so maybe bad luck but makes me not want to use it again.
Went to get an air conditioner (window unit) Thomas was an excellent employee and assisted us in our choice put in on a cart and answered all our questions. The only negative went to use our Home Depot card wouldnt work. So call on your card before you go
We had so much help from the staff in every department. They only had one 600.00 dish washer in stock. The staff loaded and unloaded every thing. You dont know how much that helps in small business. Thanks to the staff at Home Depot Loop 288 Denton. Keep up the good work.
First i want to say ive been a hone depot customer from New Hampshire to Texas for 15+ years. This was the worst experience ever at the Denton Store. I purchased over 450 ft. of fence material online through their store for a customer. Later that night it was cancelled due to a suspicious purchase setting me behind on schedule. The panels were delivered a few days later after going into the store to purchase in person (customer service rep was amazing). Upon delivery 22 panels were damaged and destroyed by the driver, after he was sent to the wrong address for delivery. I called the denton store they had no clue how to replace the panels and their assistant manager wrote me off and hung up on me. Called Roanoke store and Savannah fixed everything due to a glitch in Dentons system and had new panels set for delivery. The replacement panels were again given the wrong directions, the driver then tore up my customers lawn with his moffit forks. Through this process 2 other individuals from the pro desk/managers were involved and ignored my calls and notes on the account. When pick up was scheduled the driver was sent to my personal home not my customers for pick up then i was told it would be an additional 3-5 days for pick up after that. Spoke to store manager and he listened to me set up a pick up for today. A gentleman paul, was put in charge of all this and failed to reach out to me to resolve all this after the damaged panels were returned. When we spoke about my dissatisfaction with all these ongoing issues he offered to refund the $79 delivery fee till i said that wasnt enough after the unproffessionalism towards me and my customer. The manager zack decided $250 was enough to offer a long time customer that has to now replace a portion of a lawn and try to save face of his own company after a weeks been removed from his scheduled contract. After calling Customer service they emailed me a $150 home depot card. I really dont want that, and am completely unhappy. Ill never shop at this home depot again. Unfortunately only one person cared enough to see how a customer felt and i told them to not bother trying to fight for more when it wouldnt change whats been done. I dont ever leave reviews but i felt this needed to be heard.

Tools for rent may not operate as advertised I rented a drain cleaner for 4 hours and spent three hours working on the thing, finally gave up and went back to the manual snake since I didnt call and let them know the machine was defective they tried to charge me for all night the manager was polite charge was only 4 hours but the attendants attitude not so much probably upset because he has to work on that junk also they never gave me a contract up front so I didnt realize I was supposed to call to stop the clock on the rental not going back here again
Still understaffed but when u do get someone they are very knowledgeable and very polite and courteous
They have stuff and apparently a thief as I wasnt allowed to carry the tool I was buying and I was snapped at by an employee when I offered to help carry things. Ill go elsewhere or order online next time.

I don’t often leave reviews for normal retail stores like Home Depot, but I will today. I had the worst retail experience of my life at this store. I purchased a $149 Ryobi Power Washer only to get home and the product have already been opened, had missing pieces, and was totally broken. Clearly someone else had returned a defective unit and they just put it back on the shelf. I went to return it, and they gladly refunded me. Great. Then, I went back and picked up another model, went to the self check out in the garden center so as to not have to stand in a line, paid for my new item, and left the store. Then, a guy who I presume was the manager, came out in the parking lot POINTING HIS SMARTPHONE AT MY TRUCK AND TOOK PICTURES OF ME. I drove up to him and asked him why he this taking pictures of me (he was dressed in street clothes, so I had no way of knowing he was an employee) and he accused me of shoplifting because “his associate saw me do it.” I of course showed him my receipt and went on my way, but I came away from today with two profoundly frustrating and insulting experiences back to back. I take integrity seriously, and this store does not. I will never return to this store ever again, and I don’t recommend you do either.
Jonathan in Lawn and Garden went above and beyond to help us load a significant amount of materials onto our truck and trailer. Not sure we would’ve been able to do it without his help.

Wow busy place in the post Covid World. Full parking lot busy store. If you need help finding anything, ask someone that has gray hair, the youngsters just say.. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa until you walk away. Same for advice. Do you know anything about these filters? Except the response starts with different constants... nnnnnnnooooooooooo .Thank goodness my phone has Google. Google knows everything!
Had an issue with my pressure washer. Paul gave me great customer service and level of respect that I really appreciate and have always received from the management team at this location.

I called yesterday, September 15th from Colorado to order a washer dryer to be delivered to our home in Texas. I spoke with Abigail who went above and beyond to help me with this. Just to preface i am in my mid 70s and can not get around as good as i used to. I was in there and was looking for some outdoor lights for my walkways. And employee that had the name if hank on his apron walked up and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was wanting to do and and he led me directly to the area I needed. He then proceeded to stay with me and make sure I had everything I needed. He made suggestions on some solar light and they look amazing. He even walked me over to the garden area and got me the correct bug killer that I needed for my yard. He didnt know exactly which one but he went and asked some one that works in that area. I really like the fact that he stayed with me and made sure I had absolutely everything. That us the kind of excellent customer service that customers should just receive. Thank you hank for the help and wonderful experience.

I love home Depot but this one was a mess
The only dept. I truly like is the PAINT Section Dept. David always willing to go the extra mile with customers to accommodate their every need. This dept has a huge product variety for a one stop shopping trip. Overall the other dept.have poor customer service and i dont shop at Hone Depot unless it is paint related.

I ordered a deep freezer that was delivered damaged. Not to mention the delivery driver laid it on its side on the truck. (which can mess it up)Scheduled for it to be picked up the next day and the store called saying the driver was trying to reach me. Why? When all he had to do was knock on my door why did he call me and then go and park by my patio by the exit gate of my apartments. I work from home and was on a call. I could’ve easily answered the door as I was right by it, but I was unable to pick up and talk. Next time actually knock on my door like you told dispatch you did smh so over Home Depot. At this point, I want the damage product picked up and a refund.
I bought two Ridgid cordless tool combos for my business. What sold me was they said if they were registered I would have a lifetime warranty on them through Home Depot...When I went to return nonworking tools they now tell me the tools are not covered and only available for repair through rigid.....do what you say...dont sell under false pretenses.

Melissa went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. My husband and I were looking for mosquito attractant for our bug zapper and Melissa looked with us for a few minutes but we couldn’t find it, so we thanked her and moved on. A little while later, Melissa approached us on the opposite end of the store that she had been working in to bring us 3 boxes of mosquito attractant that she had found. She was so kind to track us down the give us what we needed! I hope Home Depot knows what an asset she is to their company.

They had the caulking I needed the problem is the store associate did not know if they had the caulking I needed. Im not even really sure at what level is people are trained to know the area that they work in so its really not like ultimately his fault but it just seems kind of odd, for me who has very little experience working with caulking knowing more details of the caulking I am looking for than the store associate. That and I was interested in a tube rather than a gallon bucket of the caulking.On the other hand some of these people are like masters of knowledge when you go down the area that they work in for whatever reason and you wonder why they even work there instead of doing whatever section of the department that theyre working in is.Store was clean staff is usually pretty knowledgeable. Anytime Ive ever needed help and got it the vast majority of the time I always get good help.

I was skeptical because I have had issues with Home Depot customer service in McKinney and Sherman but I contacted them and they could not do itAs rheem described however the customer service manage called me back three times came up with other solutions and took care of meWhen I arrived they knew what I was there for and I was in and outIn minutes I will drive out of my way toGo to this homeDepot from now on.

A very poorly run store. Employees are extremely rude, very slow, and care more about themselves with no sense of customer service. Several times Ive waited upwards of 25 minutes to be attended to at the pro desk when the employees are having fun joking around. I asked if I could please be helped and they gave me the death stare and said well get to you. One time I asked for help and an old man told me, No find someone else. I was blown away. Another time I was getting rung up and the lady said,This doesnt have a barcode.(wood) and accused me of separating it from a package. I said,Maam it was with the trim just like this. She started yelling and I defended myself. I told her Im not paying for this the homeowner is, so I told her to charge me for a 16ft piece when it was only 8ft. Another time I asked if I could have Sheetrock cut in half to fit it and I waited 30 minutes for the guy to get back to doing it. Really imagine waiting 30 minutes thats a third of a movie. Ive been hung up on when calling and asking for a product when the guy didnt want to do his job. Literally hung up on after I asked my question he let it digest for 2 seconds then hung it up. Impeccable timing for what was called an accident when I went up there in person demanding to see who did it. Ive brought complaints to Zak the store manager but he doesnt even care at all. Ive spoken to a lady that supposed to be there as a supervisor and when I spoke to her it got under my skin that she was hearing my words but not listening as it was apparent she didnt care. These problems are literally just a hand full as they almost give me issues 40 percent of the time I go there and there at least 2 or 3 times a week. Have dignity, integrity, and show humility because the whole department is full of bottom feeders that dont know mannerisms or how to work.
I was very pleased with rose and explaining the difference in the vinyl flooring that we bought that it would have been better to buy a higher quality than the lower quality it turned out really well the only problem we had is that all our supply that we bought werent ready when we came by to pick him up we had to wait around for an hour or so to get our supplies that we already paid for this was a big disappointment to me and to my family and that we had to return to the store to pick up additional supplies that should have been ready with the first supplies we picked up I was very disappointed with Home Depot as far as the insulation was concerned the two gentlemen that came out to install the floor were great explain everything that were going to do and it made it a lot easier I had an idea about how the floor should go down but once they explain to me the way it should go down I was very pleased with how it turned out my entire family was pleased and very happy with the results the two gentlemen that did the insulation or great again very polite very professional quick to do the job but to do it in a very professional way not cutting any corners but making sure that the floor was installed in a way that only a high professional installer would do the job I would highly recommend those two gentlemen to anyone considering either putting down a wood floor or a vinyl floor they should be commended on the great job they did
This is the most disorganized and dirty Home Depot I have ever visited. The employees are very unhelpful and a bit rude. I have been to Home Depots in 4 states and this one is the worst one of them all. The company should look into the poor management of this particular store.
This experience left a lot to be desired. I went in knowing pretty well what I needed, but one part of it was kept locked up. I approached two employees who were standing near the self checkout area with pro written on their shirt which I assumed meant that I could ask them to help me get the items I needed unlocked. The one guy just stood there with his hand in his pockets looking totally unbothered or unwilling to help, I had to tell him that I needed a battery system, he didnt say anything... I told him the model I needed, he just looked like he couldnt care less and his associate said I might need to call someone to help you. I get it, the battery systems are expensive so they are kept locked, but its Home Depot... isnt that a considerable amount of the transactions they perform? They both seemed really clueless where to direct me, especially the pro who didnt even help the woman who was confused but trying to help me further. She went on the phone, and then told me someone will be over to help you when they are finished helping other customers... sooo I went back to the area I found the item in, and waited... and waited... and waited. I eventually just put the thing back because nobody came over to help, despite people walking by. Its weird because it was a sale they would have had, but missed out on because I just couldnt sand how little they cared to follow through or be helpful in the first place. Also- LOTS of people wearing masks wrong, both customers and employees- they were under their nose, under their chin, or just plain missing. If you need something, either go in expecting to help yourself out, or go to Lowes.
