I have been trying to call all morning. The phones have options for services, but when you choose one, it always goes back to the main menu. I tried to book an appointment on line and out of EIGHT schedule times it let me choose, ALL say there is no one available for the selected service. WHY show me literally over a dozen times, then say no one is available. Common sense says to ONLY show available times. Get it together ULTA

Ive been to this location twice. The location is great with spacious parking. The store is clean and very organized. The sales associates are helpful and nice. Faith the cashier is a sweetheart. I will be returning!!

Do not book with Karen. She did my moms hair and charged $245 for nothing. The color barely showed and she didn’t the time to straighten her hair. Half of my moms hair was still curly. Terrible experience. Go somewhere else. They are so expensive for nothing. I wouldn’t mind paying that amount if the color even showed a little.

I went here to purchase a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. I had a picture on my phone of what she wanted, I showed the lady at the door the picture and she had someone bring me straight to it. It was painless for a husband that has never been to ulta before.

Went to buy my wife perfume for her birthday and not a lot of selection and seemed higher priced than other stores.

So disappointed they do not carry Chanel fragrances.

I wish I could be positive. I have not had a body wave/light perm in years and was so excited to have body. The perm was on huge rollers and processed 6 additional minutes after checking. I have not one curl. Hundreds of quarter inch hairs have broken off. This has been a nightmare. 😔

These guys were wonderful! Everyone was helpful and friendly. The ONLY reason they get 4 stars is lighting. Its difficult to judge makeup in florescent lighting. The lighting just didnt cut it. Other than that, an amazing experience!The makeup classes are worth the price and the pampering seemed like a great deal. I got a 10 minute facial massage and a makeup lesson for my wife and she really enjoyed both.The makeup is expensive, but worth the cost as you can try it in store and the employees are honest and will help.

Friendly staff and well kept

We visited the store on July 4 and had a great visit. The ladies were so friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect gel nail polish and to top it all off it was on sale $4.99 reg $9.99 ... Half OFF😁 the store was well organized, clean, stocked.

I love this store, Ive not been to the Baton Rouge location, but very happy with this one. The technician, April, is awesome at her job! She had me looking absolutely flawless. I will very much continue to go there and enjoy everything this store has to offer.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Karen in the Salon for 3+ years now and always receive excellent and professional service. She is incredibly knowledgeable about hair as well as products for different hair types. I highly recommend her for any salon service, you will not leave disappointed!

Ulta will never have my business again. I come in looking for a palette and online it says it’s available, I ask an associate who didn’t help and just points to a general area. Then they have a sale on their app and they won’t honor it in store. Horrible associates and no help.

I’ve been to a 5 or 6 Ulta Salons across the U.S. as a former military family and many moves... but Tiffany at this Ulta Salon in Denham Springs is THE best and most talented stylist I’ve ever had do my hair. I hope she is here forever. From start to finish she was so professional and she listened to each detail. The color is on point and perfect!! It is exactly what I asked for— and nothing that I didn’t! If you have had a bad experience at another salon, GO HERE and ask for an appointment with TIFFANY- you won’t regret it!

Love going there

Scheduled a haircut and gloss online at about 9:30a for a 1p appointment. Got to the store at 12:40p and checked-in. I was told the stylist wasn’t in yet. 1:05p she comes in and proceeds to assist other customers. Finally about 1:10p she acknowledges me and says she can’t do haircuts this week! Horrible communication!!! With text messaging and email, there is absolutely NO reason I should have wasted a 1/2 day off to wait for this appointment!!

I will NEVER shop at this Ulta location again. The young lady with short platinum blonde hair was rude af to me. I called ahead because it wouldn’t let me do store pickup, I know the difference between an online only sale and an in store sale. My sale price was finally honored after the 3rd associate came up, but not until I finished going through another series of questioning.

My wife loves it here, and I secretly like shopping for my colognes too! She comes to get a haircut or just to browse the makeup or hair supplies. Ive heard rave reviews about their stylists and plan to come get a trim one day myself!

I just got my eyebrows done by Tamera and she did an awesome job and was SO nice!!!! She was so committed to getting my brows to look the way I wanted them to look yet was VERY cautious to not hack them to pieces, which I really appreciated!!!!

Great to have a beauty store of this caliber in Denham. Friendliness, helpfulness and availability of staff varies greatly. Items are often out of stock and local staff had no knowledge of when new shipment is coming; Thats handled by the corporate office, as is the A/C unit.. Its hot at the check out counter at 6pm this time of year. I shop here 1-2 times monthly.

GREAT LADIES, very knowledgable about their products! The Juban location welcomes and treats you good and takes time with you, even though they may also need to assist others too while walking around and helping you. My advice is.... do not be in a rush. Give yourself a 10-20, or a 25 minute time frame to go in, look around at all the options, ask questions and voice your skin/lip care issues with the associates or manager and be polite, because God does not like UGLY and youd be amazed at what a little smile and courtesy will get you! My experience there is always great and I LOVE that they find time to help me find new, fresh colors to work with and I am not afraid to step out of the box to see what looks best on me skin tone. THANK YOU LADIES for today!😀

Wife needed a haircut...the lady kept looking at me...Im not getting the damn hair cut. Wife has naturally CURLY hair and didnt want a wash and cut. Employee stated I could ask my manager to take wash off but I know what shell say. You could wait for a cheaper stylist... No thank you. Then my wife asked another employee where a product was, oh its over there on the second end cap...yeah she was with no customer...LAZY

The customer service here is terrible. It appears that half the staff are being paid to stand around and ignore customers. I suggest doing your shopping elsewhere or ordering online.

The lady some of you are complaining about her name is Jamie, & she works in cosmetics. I also have a major problem with her... She approached me & asked if I need help... I said yes & she directed me where I need to go for what I wanted... She followed me & stood over me while I looked at these products as if, my sister & I were going to steal something. She bugged most of my visit there... I dont need to steal Im very successful with $47,000 In one of my accounts... I went there 2 days in a row & spent $253... This Jamie person & some of her colleagues should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! They are snooty & very unprofessional in the way they treat their customers... Youve Lost Very Good Business Here bec., Jamie profiled me as a thief & followed me around as such!! Very Foolish!!

I’ve had some good experiences here but this last one upset me! I went from a light brown to mint greenish color and I was expecting the usual $108 double-process fee... I got slapped with an extra $22 toner fee, which I had been told I NEEDED to get my hair done properly!! If I’m told that I NEED a product to make my process right, I don’t usually expect to have to pay for it... or at least, not an extra $22! Very upset that I was not told how much extra it would be, and that you charge so much extra for a necessary process of dyeing the hair. It should be at a lower price, and included in the lump sum of the whole process if it’s necessary to do!

Everytime i go there they automatically assume im going to steal something . I got asked if i needed help 5 times within literally 3 minutes and then kept talking to me and would not even let me shop in peace and did not do this to any other person . 😒Not going back because its annoying, rude, and makes me uncomfortable having someone standing by me at my every single move like im in a prison. Let me shop in peace!!!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Salon staff extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked an appointment, showed up on time to be told three different stories 1- I didn’t have an appointment 2- my appointment was later in the day AND THE BEST 3- oh wait I found it. With all being said the stylist wasn’t there and some girl was allegedly trying to see what she could do. And, in the middle of “seeing” she stopped mid stream to take a walk in - while me, with an appointment is left sitting.Never in my life - I will never and repeating that sentiment - NEVER go back to this store again. Tried to address my issue with the store manager, what a joke.Do your self a favor - stay far away from this store 😡

Great makeup and Heath products

I’ve been here a bunch of times, every time I come in I am greeted with a friendly smile by a sales person, they are very helpful too!! The people at the check out line are extremely nice too, and they recommend great makeup brands too!!

I called this store before I went to it and asked if they had a certain item in stock and they told me yes so I proceeded to drive around 45 minutes out of my way to purchase this item. Upon arrival, the item was out of stock and it was only around an hour after I had called and they said they had it. Overall horrible experience, I recommend using another Ulta.

They were very helpful and had a great variety. I shopped for make up and moisturizer.

Very friendly staff and excellent service. You can also get your hair and makeup done! Tightly packed store and some prices for items were not marked but otherwise a great store.

I am so happy to have ULTA in Denham. Not having to drive to BR is awesome! That being said, the customer service at this location is lacking. There is one lady with a light blonde bob that is just simply rude. They have a guy that works there (cant remember his name) who is the one I go to if I have any questions as he is super nice and very helpful. The ladies who work the registers are usually perfectly nice. Its mostly the technicians who walk the floor that are kind of snotty or impatient. If I want a technicians help/advice, I go to the BR location. There is a super sweet redhead there (cant remember her name either) who is so helpful and friendly and obviously enjoys her job. I hope this review is helpful.

Ashley helped me find a new base & and a new mascara & after trying out both with a full day of errands my Lancôme base she matched me with and my mascara still looked fresh ! No blotchyness, no orange, & I didn’t get all oily in my T Zone after a full day! I will be going back to her 😁

I called the store 10+ times at a descent hour (3pm) and the phone just rang and rang and rang until it hung itself up for letting it ring too long everytime i called. I am trying to make a hair and makeup appointment for homecoming, which is kind of difficult to do when no one will answer the phone..

The store as a whole is great . And the staff are very friendly and not intrusive which I like. Except for today, I was shocked and very uncomfortable with a woman that was working one of the registers Im pretty sure she was a manager. A group of girls were looking at some makeup, not bothering anyone when this lady yells across the store at them Do you ladies need any help?! I dont think they realized who she was telling at because I was confused myself They she yells again ( uncomfortably loud) hello?! Do you need any help?! The girls were polite and said no thank you but they were obviously confused because they had done nothing wrong. I was standing right next to them . She yelled at them in front of a line of at least 10 people. That is NOT ok and I hope a manager who values their customers sees this and addresses the issue

The people who work here are extremely rude and act disinterested in their jobs. I went in yesterday to get matched for a foundation and the lady gave me one that makes my face look orange. I think I’ll just stick with Sephora next time.
