Please tell me if I’m being crazy but does this look like a Roblox cake??? I had to pay an extra $4 for because I wanted Roblox and this looks like a princess cake. Sooooo unhappy with it!!!!!

I love this place! Very happy with their service and birthday cakes! The decorator is so awesome and sweet!Once, I was given a very....very short notice from my sixteen year old that 10 kids would be joining us for his birthday. I ran there in a panic and plead for help. They came to my rescue and hooked me up with a great silly sixteen cookie monster cake! It was so fun and awesome!Another time, for my daughter, they did exactly what i wished for. A beautiful butterfly happy birthday cake! I love this place! As a matter of fact I just ordered my middle son a birthday cake today! I can not wait to see what they have made!

The best icecream and cookies in town. We love eating here. The customer service is really good and fast. And the place is always very clean .

A crawfish wearing a chefs hat turned into a crawfish on a chefs hat. Im not sure how that got lost in translation. Glad we paid extra for the custom art?

Have been several times before with no problem but, the last time I went there I was totally ignored by the 3 workers. All of which were on their phones. All of which looked up when I walked in and not one acknowledged me. The girl looked at me a few times, and when I approached her to get some service had her roll her eyes and yell at one of the boys to help me.

My son is 6 and I have ordered 4 of his 6 cakes from Great American Cookies Juban Crossing...all 4 of them at the last minute and they have never let me down! Great cookie and amazing art work

Food is good, but the service is usually slow.

Love this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean store well kept and always delicious treats!

My only compliant is the girls that work there will continue holding their conversations, before greeting.

I was able to order a cookie cake for the next day and the teen loved it. Everyone is always friendly at this location and will even give their opinions on which colors go best together. We will be ordering next birthday as well.

Delicious! They offer cookies, sundaes, shakes, cones, cookie cakes, ice cream cakes, icees, and fountain drinks. There is a bonus buy on cookies. The more you purchase the more you get free on the same visit. It is expensive but isnt dessert worth it? Also a bonus is the friendly staff.

The cookies are good. The issue I have is you cannot get milk with your cookies. They had milk at one time but could not keep it in stock beings it sold so quickly. Go figure! Ummmm ever think about ordering more milk every week?! So now they have decided to not have milk anymore. Wow!

Sondra, shift leader needs training on customer service. I stopped here on my way to Houston. I saw the sign off the exit that said great America cookie. I love this place so of course I followed the signs to this location. I walk to the corner and noticed there where a few new favors of cookies. I asked if I could get a small sample of the new cookies and cream cookie they have now and she said we dont have sample. I said ok, then she went into describing the snickerdoddle cookie. I told her no I was actually asking about you cookies and cream cookie, she said no smith didnt say either one. You just asked for a sample cookie. I was like wow. Rude! Not sure what brought us this attitude,but was unappreciated. I just went on to order two other cookies that Ive had before and went on and paid for them. Sondra surprised had a name tag on that said shift lead. Then she should lead by example and be considerate to people that come into this business that would like to give you our business. I come have continued driving but decided to pull over because I like great America. Make no mistake I wont be back to this one.

Only downside is the wait for Marble Slab stuff. Other than that, its great!
