Unfortunately for us Rittner is the only company authorized to service our equipment. Numerous times in the past years they’ve come out to attempt to fix reoccurring issues, but did not, and we still were billed each time. Often they would come out to fix one problem and another problem would come up after their visit. When I call them and ask to speak to the tech who serviced the equipment they would tell me that he’d call me back shortly, but I would have to call back again and again the next few days to get help all while my dispensers are out of service and customers driving off. I understand that electromechanical equipment will have software and hardware issues, but the lack of professionalism and the inability to perform quality work while billing us (time and a half for weekend) for work they have to come back and fix is ridiculous. I don’t normally do reviews but because of poor quality service I feel this is necessary.
Unprofessional conduct. My business had an equipment contract with this organization. Three weeks past the expiration of warranty, an employee decides to demand a full refund without explanation or proof of any issues, then goes online to slander my business, accusing me of fraud and deception.I provided proof that the merchandise was delivered as described, but the employee kept making false accusations. Ive offered to help resolve the issue, but instead I was blackmailed and told to pay in advance in order to have these malicious attacks stop.Its not worth the trouble doing business with them. Seeking legal action.
Best business on the face of the earth! Their employees are as honest as the day is long..anyone that would say otherwise is mistaken or a whiney little girl
