They cheated me out of a few of my much needed pain pills. They gave me a partial fill and now wont give me the rest. No, its not too soon. I wouldnt go here if you have controlled RX because they skim off of your prescription and Im sure someone is pocketing those pills.
Have a more courteous efficient drive-thru if youre going to offer covid testing with a schedule and someone doesnt have their paperwork ready then you should have them loop around get there papers in order and try again dont hold up everyone else for 45 minutes past the scheduled time.
If the option of negative stars were available, that would be my choice ! Colette is the person that answers the phone for the pharmacy and she has she trashiest attitude I’ve ever came in contact with. She interrupts people before they’re done speaking, and talks to everyone like they’re ignorant. Just a plain ratchet idc/rude attitude and so trashy. I know if I were the manager there she would be fired the first time she spoke to someone the way she just spoke to me.
If I could put a minus star I would, the only reason I keep getting my meds here is because their my companys preferred pharmacy, Collette in pharmacy is BEYOND RUDE! no empathy, no class, and very un professional! As is the manager. Im changing pharmacies, Id rather pay more and get treated with a little respect, than have to go here again!
Every review that states anything about employees being rude is absolutely true. Obviously, this hasn’t been addressed by management or CVS corporate. Markita is by far one of the worst employees I have every interacted with. CVS gives you the option to order an item off their menu at this store they have placed next to drive thru so that you don’t have to enter the store for your convenience. Long story short I was told he can’t go get an item due to them being short staffed. Then all of a sudden you have three pharmacy techs at the window. Markita immediately took the phone from the other techs after brief questions of me asking why they won’t go get the item. If all of you can come to the glass and tell me that you can’t get the item, but one of you can’t go to the sales floor to get it. Markita was very rude and hostile; she also implied that I couldn’t read by stating that the item I was looking for wasn’t even on the menu as a choice. After she threatened to call the police on me for asking her name and she thought I completely drove off, I actually pulled into the parking lot to inform other customers not to come to this location. I see her walking out of the front of the store laughing with her phone in her hand going to the back to where the drive thru is at. I can only assume she was trying to verify that the item she stated wasn’t on the menu was or wasn’t actually on the menu. Markita is a horrible employee and representation of this company and she should not be allowed to continue to have the opportunity to interact with its customers.
Young man at the window was very rude as I was trying to fill a prescription. I was told my script would be ian hour over the phone. I show up 45 minutes later and they told me it would be a couple of hours. Its been an hour and a half and I am still waiting
Horrible and rude employees. Never have my medicine in stock and ruses to correct my name in the system.
Excellent staff, they Care, very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this store since 2010 and this was before the new store was built. Very pleasant to shop or get your prescriptions filled.
This location is the absolute worst Pharmacy Ive ever dealt with the people are rude they are completely in competent and they do absolutely nothing to assist their customers
Went to pick up a prescription for my daughter and the older lady with glasses and short cut had a really nasty attitude. When I reported the incident to the manager she just laughed behind her back. The manager also witnessed the entire incident. Just a horrible experience.
To the lady working in the pharmacy today 12/10/19 you are amazing, my son and I are eternally grateful for your help and quick thinking. My sons meds were over 200$ and you got them down to below 50$. Thank you 😊
They can’t get Covid-19 testing right !
With the exception of a couple of employees, this particular location is absolutely atrocious. A few days ago, I called to refill a prescription of mine that they are frequently out of. The lady I spoke with guaranteed me that the prescription was in stock, but I asked her to check anyway because I had heard that before. She copped an attitude and acted like she didnt want to look. When she finally did, she realized that they didnt have my item in stock. Had I trusted her, then I would have gone the entire weekend without my medicine. Sadly, this is a common occurrence. The people at the pharmacy, for the most part, dont really seem to care about anyone or anything.
Definitely have had an amazing experience with pharmacy refills, the staff and have always had excellent customer service. Greeted appropriately, asked if I needed help, and has always told have a safe and great day, sometimes blessed day depending on who it was. If they had any problems with my medications they took care of it immediately, call for refills, refill automatically, sometimes the wait is a little longer but first come first serve but never over 30 minutes mostly shorter and even through my insurance they will mail my prescriptions to me if I don’t have a way as right now I have a broken fibula and ankle. The manager has always made sure to have certain items I need regularly and is extremely an amazing awesome person!! I’ve never had an issue in the two years I have been with them!! My motto if you see someone may not sound really nice brighten their day with a few words and make them smile as you will get the respect back!! We all have bad days!! Thanks CVS/SPECIALTY CAREMARK!!
I definitely don’t recommend CVS for any pharmaceutical needs requiring prescriptions. The majority of the staff at this location are rude, impatient and simply aren’t cut out for customer service on a cooperate level. They have sent my prescriptions back within 7 days of refilling without informing me.I walked in 15 minutes to close when the pharmacist on duty told me that it was too late to pick up a prescription. I eventually retrieved my prescription but not without a debate first.I’ve only ever used CVS for convenience and unfortunately the convenience is no longer sufficient. For the few good workers there - thank you! But sadly the negative has continued to outweigh the positive in every experience with this location.
Clifton did a great freakin job in providing customer service at its finest! Thanks, bro!🤙
Transferred a RX from out of state, and after I received confirmation the order was ready, they gave away my order to not 1, but 2 separate customers. Tried to charge ME shipping to send shipment to my address!
Have been going here for years to get my meds filled. Last time I got a specific med filled about 15 were missing. I did not notice until it was too late. So of course they wont fill it because its too soon. Side note my script is for 3 a day. I only take 2. No one has access to my meds but me. So the Dr called in a few pills to make it thru. A new script but they still would not fill. They said the Dr has to ok it. What!!?? He oked it by sending in the script. Ill miss some of them but after this gets straight Im out of there.
The employees are so awesome and friendly
Love going to CVS, but ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS STORE located on Range Ave. Next to Albertson in Denham Springs, LA ( just in case someone is confuse about the location ). Everyone ( especially the managers ) are super rude, unfriendly & unhelpful every time we go in there. We refuse to waste anymore time nor money at this store.
I love this place!
Hateful condescending black lady in pharmacy. Awful. Moving to Walgreens.
Colette is snappy and rude in the pharmacy.
Great staff!
