I needed a new windshield and went to Anchor Auto Glass today and Marc did an amazing job. I was in and out. Him and his staff are very professional. I will definitely be using them again if I ever need anything. I highly recommend anyone to go and use them, you will not be disappointed.

A quick easy and pleasant experience. I got an inspection sticker here for my truck. The gal welcomed me, had me pull in (It was raining that day), she directed me to the waiting room and came back 5 minutes later letting me know I was all set. The place is very clean and seems to be well organized.

This place is a RIP off. After having my vehicle inspected for years here, now under new management, they are telling me my factory installed windshield needs to be scraped because the tint is too dark for an additional $50 to get an inspection sticker!! Highway robbery!!!!

I asked for them not to do something and they done it regardless and still charged me for a two year sticker

Its actually Ironheart Auto now doing inspections and detailing. Signs still say Anchor because new signs are expensive :)

Did a horrible job. Wish I could pics but it wont let me. Brought in a 350z and he broke the side molding trying to get the glass out. Said it was dry rotted which it wasnt. Didnt finish putting the rubber seal around the windshield. Was told thats extra which I told the guy fine. Would never do business with him.

I had my windshield replaced satisfactorily and both the telephone staff and the technicians were polite and informative.

Fixed my windshield. Great guys. Great service.

First showed 2 1/2 hours late. Then after repair said price was more than quoted to me on the phone. They didnt include tax when giving me my price. Told the owner could pay the remaing amount if he could follow to ATM, he refused and started to get rude with my wife. After further inspection of the vehicle we found a 1 strip on paint removed from the top left corner where they initially started to pull back the weather stripping. I called to discuss the issue only to be called a lier, cheap scrape and a low piece of ****. I tried to tell him that it was done when they had worked on the vehicle and yet he blamed it on me and took no action to correct issue. You can clearly the damage from afar, paint removed to the metal. Terrible service, LATE, RUDE, and DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. Lesson learned no time for small claims to fix a 400-500 repair. Thanks Anchor for everything.
