I am a frequent RAC customer. I travel and house sit and I have never had a problem with this company. I rented a washer dryer set. I HAD to leave I called them and asked them to pick it up. They never did it still sits in the house. I have not received a call or anything. I hope nothing bad happens.

I set up an auto-payment after renting refrigerator and washer for a family who rent my house. In the last month of renting them, I needed them for only 5-10 days, but the full monthly payment was automatically processed. I asked refund for the partial month payment. Then do you know what they did? They didnt pick them up as scheduled and didnt give me refund. I called the customer center of the headquarter. The customer center of the headquarter gave me a case number, apologized and promised to resolve this case. I called the store manager and the customer center again and again over a year. Has not received the refund. Do you know how many times I called and called again. Tricky and dishonest

I am completely blow away due to the terrible service my husband and I have received from this place. Between not showing up on time on a date I had to take off of work for. To the lack of communication between the staff and management is completely unacceptable. With empty promises never filled, due to being told that it’s basically not the company issue of why the washer broke (While still being charged for warranty on the set) The front desk laid apparently doesn’t assure that any information relaid at all. ( Didn’t happen not once, not twice but more then three times) The concern/priority of customer service is unbelievable neglected an disappointing experience all round. The front desk ladies and Manager Corey is are in capable of doing their assigned job descriptions. Being over 2 months without a washer.Told me to look at places all around him, which I did.Within two days I had a brand new set. From Aaron’s.Yet still waiting on a hopeless date of a follow up (Sense he deals with over 700 ppl on the daily and has no time for a courtesy call or follow up, which was stated to me over the phone)Thanks but no thanks. I give credit where credit is due. And this place ain’t it.Good luck if you ever need your appliances fixed (while still paying and under warranty )

The payments are a little high but your leasing stuff to own it. I just started it in my new apartment to have it furnished and to help my credit score making payments on time.

I spoke hastily and now I eat my words and with a humble apology I must say Im sorry. I initially gave a pretty bad review thinking they just werent trying to help me. When its the exact opposite of what was going on. Christina and Cory are really going out their way to make me a satisfied customer . Didnt have the item I wanted so they are they put a replacement item in my hand . When they saw that didnt work they go even further out their way and put another great item at a great cost on my hands til mine comes in. I will def be doing business over and over again .

Got a tv. Extremely polite and very helpful. Melissa and Corey are the bomb dignity.. I know you pay a lot more to rent to own but when your credit is not too good it helps to know that you can go to Rent a Center and they will hook u up..

Terrible customer service we got a fridge that wasn’t what we picked out. They gave us whatever they had, when we asked them to pick it up the next day they agreed to refund us and were so sorry. A month later the fridge is still there and they charged me for another month. When I can get in touch with them again is not going to be so nice.

The whole staff is awesome I have been with these people a few years now and they work really well with you and for good people and service all the way arpund weather.its short.or long term
