Anytime I visit they are always so kind and helpful! Recently purchased close to 17 gallons of water and had to come back since I bought wrong ones and called to make sire it was ok to swap out and it wasnt a problem. She took the remaining off the shelf and lit them in a cart and I was thankfully she went out of her way to load them up fore to swap out. Good family dollar store

Its neat. Every time I go there I find something new that I havent seen anywhere else. I am remodeling and I have bought silk and velvet curtains there that I didnt find anywhere else. My bedroom is in black velvet, gold and burgundy. Not to shabby. Things for the yard are cute. And I have found optional things for the pool. Even some cute tops. My cleaning supplies are lower priced then the larger stores. Every little bit helps and that means I have a little bit more to spend. There coupons are useful too. See for yourself and be the judge.😊😊

Gabby needs a course on customer service skills. I was asking another associate which aisle masks were located and she yelled from across store interrupting our conversation. Never found the masks.

I had to laugh at the cashier. Some guy came in without a mask on and she made him go back out and put one on. Good for her!!! Wish every place would do that. Stay smart and safe everyone!!!

Great customer services

Staff is over-worked and underpaid. They are responsible for stocking and price-marking/signage which is often wrong. Most are friendly, a few are not. Ive had really good and really bad experiences at this store. Enter at your own risk for some good deals or a quick necessary item. But, dont get rice or dog biscuits. They are FULL of bugs/worms because they dont/cant store them properly. This company couldnt care less about this store, its customers, and let alone its employees. Shame on you, Family Dollar corporate suits! Stop being part of the problem, step up and be part of the solution!

Trying to call to see if my debt card was found. No one will answer phone. Sounds like a fax machine after 1 ring after. it says it will connect you to associates. Never get charged the prices in flyer and my.coupons they always say I never clipped them. No Wi-Fi in store. I clip before I leave home. To Check them I have to go outside of store.

I would not recommend this store unless you like being ignored because employee is too busy talking on the phone to assist customers . Oh and I hope you dont have to use the restroom while shopping because I was rudely told they dont have public restrooms?! I guess they have a bucket out back?? Ridiculous....

Its good if your in a hurry and need to pick some things up quickly but they dont have a big selection and to me they are over priced but I got some good snacks and Ill probably go back when Im in the area. Im giving three stars because Im neutral.

I shop at this store all the time but lately its just gotten unbelievable. Today there were ten people in line with full carts, one register open, while the manager shuffled around and ignored the situation.

Today I had the nastiest cashier. I am not sure who does your hiring . I think they might need be retrained there was no call for the nastiness was not unpleasant to your cashier or anyone else in the store I will not be back and I will make sure I tell every single person I know.

Before they had very friendly staff, now those who are there are very rude to deal with and respond to the customer. I had an emergency using their bathroom and they wouldnt let me use it.
