We were under a time crunch to have the cameras and intrusion detection installed. J&j far surpassed our needed time getting it done early. The install techs were professional, friendly and efficient. The systems work great. They worked with us with regard to our budget

I have been a long term customer since the early 2000s, paying on a yearly basis. When it came time to switch from their antiquated service only a few months into my recurrent year, they refused to issue a refund for the remaining period.To charge for services not rendered, especially after being a customer for so long is a very poor business practice. I would not recommend becoming a customer, but if you do, be aware that once they get their hands on your money, it is gone.In response, I spoke with the owner George twice. That is your policy.

We had a very different requirement for our warehouse. We wanted a motion detector for the bay door & sound that could be heard over the grinding. Scott found us a school bell & set everything up for us. It works great! Scott, Samantha and the rest of J&J are wonderful to work with and I appreciate all of their efforts to help us.So about a week later, we needed to have a different sound put in the warehouse for the front door. Scott has such patience with us, but in a matter of minutes he had a new sound out there and the guys can hear it over all of the warehouse noise. Now to just get them to pay attention. My first encounter with J&J Security was the result of a Google search for alarm companies in Palm Coast, Fl. My investigation of J&J included review of customer comments on several web sites and a check with the Better Business Bureau. All led me to contacting them by phone to discuss my needs. I spoke with George and Sarah several times and they provided accurate information and followed up promptly by email confirming our conversations and pricing.Installation was scheduled and Scott arrived promptly at the scheduled time.Scott performed the residential intrusion and smoke/fire detection system in my new residence in Palm Coast, Fl. The house had sensors hard wired from a previous alarm system and Scott was able to test and use the existing sensors, and add new smoke detectors, and connect them all to the new system. Not sure why anyone would give this company a good review. I have had this company for my security monitoring the last year and am dropping them at this time. They have terrible customer service. Countless times I have been put on hold without response and also been told someone would call me back but then they never do. On top of that their communication system with my alarm has been without response on several occasions. I would not recommend this company for your alarm service.

Ralph is a very considerate, professional, knowledgable AV technician. Today he had to work around a lot of activity as our home is in the midst of repairs and it didnt seem to phase him. He did excellent work.

Having children and always living in a gated community before we bought in the Deltona area, my wife and I were most concerned with the security of our house. We spent countless hours researching and talking to some of the Nationwide major companies: ADT, Brinks, Security Pro, Vivant, etc before deciding to go local at J&J. Happy we did! We were able to cover our whole house for half the cost of some of the other providers and we were able to pay for our equipmentment up front. Some of the other companies make you do a monthly installments on equipment and their equipment costs added up over their contract term was outrageous! Once deciding on J&J the installation was a breeze and they were in and out. We have peace of mind knowing that our family is safe and we sleep more soundly at night. Highly recommend going with J&J! Very unprofessional, the owner is lacking seriously in customer service and Id be scared to let them in my place! After calling several other companies, we found this one falling lower and lower on the list to the bottom eventually. BEWARE before you make a mistake!! Very shady.
