Awesome company and customer service! I recently had an issue with a sanitizer I bought at the beginning of the pandemic, I called in and they not only were transparent about what they thought the issue was, they immediately shipped out a brand new and upgraded unit! Wow! I am a loyal customer now and will always purchase these type of products from them!I see reviews about shipping, especially early in the pandemic, many, many companies were having issues with shipping when this first began, thats out of their control, but what I learned today is what is in their control, they will make right!!!!

Charged for product ordered in March when their website indicated product was back in stock and still have not received our order. No answer from the company via multiple phone calls and emails. Will have no choice but to dispute the charges to my credit card.

Ordered a lamp. They charged me the same day. I didnt receive notification that it shipped (after waiting more than a week). I sent an email and they told me that it was on back-order and that they would let me know when to expect it. Never heard from them so i called and they told me another 4 weeks. They told me that they HAD to charge my credit card when i placed the order. They also said that they cant keep their website up to date on back orders. My opinion is that they keep this up and they will have the demand go down far enough where they can keep up.

Ordered a UV kit for disinfecting ambulances for Covid 19 on Mar 7, as of May 21 we have not received our order. We had paid for expedited shipping but that does not seem to be anything but a waste of money. After 7 calls to customer service that were answered and 3 that were not we are not sure whether this is a scam or not. The products we ordered show to be in stock on the website but after 11 weeks with no progress all we can say is, Buyer beware.

Revised from 3 weeks ago!They hired someone new to do customer relations and we were finally contacted about our timeline and what was going on. They sent what they had in stock. So huge improvement and they are working on the customer service. Stay hopeful we all receive our full orders soon!3 Weeks ago. Ive placed and paid for an order for over $1000 over 3 weeks ago. Ive left phone messages and emailed several times as I have questions regarding the order. In 3 weeks, no response to my emails or call backs. Concerned whats happening at this point. Be warned!

Excellent company if you are looking for a germicidal UVC lamps or bulb. Ordered a few items from here for home and for a friends business and all items came and was delivered within a week.

UPDATE: Two weeks after placing this review and contacting the BBB, we received our order. Company never responded to the BBB complaint or sent any emails/phone calls.If there were an option for zero stars, I would guarantee that would be my rating. We placed an order Feburary 28th, 2020 and were promised two week shipping. Well here we are in mid May and we still have yet to receive the light. We were told they would send us the upgraded light at no extra fee ( which they should have done for our wait ) however we can no longer reach anyone in customer service and have not had any replies to our emails. The website says the product is still available, so my question is, Why have we not received it yet? Ten weeks and counting without delivery.

Great product! Peace of mind during the pandemic. I read the reviews and the low ones don’t understand the situations. The company posts YouTube to explain the situations which I watched before purchasing. Delays in shipping are expected as everyone is purchasing and parts are delayed.Product is powerful, especially with the latest data, 04/23/2020, that Covid 19 “dies rapidly in sunlight.” I can imagine the power of UV-C! Thanks CureUV!

Placed an order on March 16 2020 that was supposed to be filled beginning April, got filled partially mid April. Today is May 20, my Credit card was charged for the full amount of the order on March 16 . Called numerous time to find out where the rest of the order is, Im always told that someone will call me back. Finally I got a message left by a Brenda to call her back, I just called back, the person answering the phone told me there is no Brenda there and hanged up the phone ?Would avoid doing business with this establishment, if order is not fulfilled there is no way finding out whats going on, and your only solution will be to call your credit card company and try to get your money back, not worth the aggravation

When I first placed my order I accidentally left out a discount code. I called the company and got immediate help and was advised they would try to put the discount onto my order. Got a call-back about 30 minutes later saying the discount would be refunded onto my credit card. The order arrived 2 days later. Good service. Quick order processing and shipping. Will definitely buy from them again.

Even with this pandemic cureUV is working hard to get the orders our. I have become a very strong believer in their products ad have placed 5 orders with them. God forbid if for some unfortunate reason something is wrong with your order as no problem ship it back after you print a return label from them and either refund or a replacement is on the way. One thing during this problem our country is going thru it may take an extra week or so to ship as this company is supplying a critical need product and they are working around the clock to met the needs of the public. With the uvc unit installed it will destroy viruses also along with the other 99.9 percent of harmful things floating around in the air. I guess I could go on about this company and their products but I will give your eyes a rest. One last thing having this unit placed in the hibachi duct is a life saver for us older senior citizens with healt issues as you can sleep at night knowing you have taken an interest in safeguarding yourself and other living beings and animals fortunate to be lliving in a cuteUV house. Thanks team for making my life a lot more peaceful during this covid-18 outbreak. Lee Harris

Placed an order and waited two weeks with the item still not shipped and ZERO communication. I contacted CureUV.com and was told the order would be fulfilled in due course, whatever thats supposed to mean. They didnt even offer to ship the item after I contacted them, so I had the order cancelled. Terrible experience and even worse customer service.

Ive worked with Lynn a few times now. She has been both very helpful and very fun to work with. She also has a vast knowledge of the industry. Placing an order with CureUV could get much easier. Lynn sent an email containing a link to my shopping cart. Once there, I found all details had been completed, I only needed to check for inaccuracies and fill in our credit card info. Simple and easy. Thanks Lynn!

Price gouging by cureuv covid29. I placed an order on Google pay shopping with cureuv on 05/05/20 for a uv light for 109.99 Google shopping assured me the order would arrive the expected arrival of 05/17 came not shipped. Cureuv flashes oos to Google shopping my order is canceled automatically they then increase the price to 119.99 and show it back in stock. Cureuv orginally listed this item as 99.99 I had been debating the purchase since original out break. They have upped the price twice and dont even honor currently placed orders.

This company goes above and beyond for its customers. Needed a UV curing bulb very urgently to finish a job and this company delivered. I missed the shipping cutoff by a few minutes and a very polite and professional sales rep somehow got it out the same day like she said she would. Being a first time customer this really impressed me since it was a small $100 order. Needless to say that small act of kindness made me a customer for life! Highly recommended!!!

My order for two of the wall/desk air purifiers was shipped and received promptly.One of the air purifiers stopped working after a couple of hours, just died. I contacted support, and after two days they decided it wasnt fixable and they sent me a new unit. The new unit has now been working well for almost a week.The units work well at purifying the air, the reduction in allergens is noticeable. Were thinking about getting an additional unit for another room.

Im guessing this is a drop ship company, when you call into them, for product questions, or to check the status of an order that STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED after said shipping time. you get a CALL CENTER, you CANNOT speak to anyone directly. you can leave a message. Thats all. Had I known this, I would have never done business with them, or him, or whoever it is. Super shady...

Called and can’t get thru to ask questions as their site says their there to help and they were open as I checked their hours since their three hours ahead and online their site said “open” . So I tried to order online an item that was sold out knowing I had to wait longer for that item together with another item that was in stock but my order would not go thru.....have just had a hassle trying to put in an order!!

I have worked for a few years now, with Lynn Christensen at Cure UV. Miss Christensen and her Cure UV Staff have been very helpful. Cure UV has great Technical Support, on time delivery, and still manages to keep the cost to the Customer Low. With 40 yrs in the business of Printing, and Curing that Print, I know where to go for the best Parts and Equipment needed to do the job. My experience comes from 30 years in the printing industry including (but not limited to!) both UV Flexographic printing and UV Offset Web printing. In those years I have worked with Fusion/Aetek, IST, Online Energy, GEW, Engage Technologies and a few other manufacturers of UV curing systems. Earlier this year I had the pleasure of having Lynn Christensen provide me with a quote for dichroic shutter liners/reflectors for an 8 unit UV Offset web running a 10 lamp system. This was my first experience with CureUV and I soon became simply amazed at the level of customer service provided by Lynn and her coworkers. I could write a novella on my positive experience from start to finish with CureUV but let me try my best to keep it concise... I placed a order in march now in mid April still waiting for this company to at least answer my email a phone call something have had no contact at all other then the confirmation email that my order went through and yes the money was taking out if my bank account Ive sent several emails and made many calls to this place
