This store is disaster. Every time I come here I wait at least 30 min even if Im the only person in the store. Their system is totally bad. I will never buy again from Imeca, not even online, after they sent me wrong things, late and is the same Every time. Dont waste your time guys with this company anymore, there are a lot of other alternatives.And also they not speak English.... or maybe they think they are speaking...

The lady that works at the counter is terrible. Walked into the empty store and she made me wait through 2 calls in speaker talking about cuba. She was very difficult teying to sell me items. She required a sku# to only sell me items. I had to call another location to get the sku# for her to sell me a trash insert. She was stuborn and insulted me, then says that i insulted her. She needs to be fired!

The lady at the counter had no idea of anything. Couldn’t answer a single question and would ask us to figure it out. They aren’t used to dealing with public. Also, it’s important to have people who have verbal skills and if bilingual can speak both languages...

Very good prices, i dont speak spanish so had some little language barrier issues, but not too bad. They were very nice to help me cover the plywood i bought when it started pouring down rain just as i loaded it up. Will shop here again, no more paying crazy prices for wood at the big box stores!!

Best price in the city, they are suppliers to the rest of wood suppliers in the area, best prices, they do price match so go with another quote and they will beat it

Rude, disinterested, no logic to the mess of a showroom. I walked out. Dont want to do business with some business that doesnt make it easy to shop. Samples pinned so high on the wall or hidden,behind so,much other things was impossible to find what I wanted. No help whatsoever. Went over to Home Depot and had a fabulous experience. People went out of their way.

Rude, and uninterested in helping a white man who doesnt speak Spanish. Had exactly 4 seconds of the womans attention before she switched languages and resumed conversation with other workers. I wasnt even sure she knew what I was asking and felt like I was a foreigner in Delray Beach. One might expect this treatment in Miami or Puerto Rico but not Palm Beach County. Unfortunate and unproductive visit to this store.
