I was having issues with my new Oticon hearing aid which I purchased in New York. Oticon directed me to Moore Hearing Aid Center where I had the pleasure of meeting Doug Moore. Without hesitation, he set out to see what the issue was, found my records on line and sent my hearing aid back to Oticon for repair. When the aid was delivered, he promptly made n appointment to try out the repaired aid, and to be sure all was well.
