Good products, good price. But the employees wanna hover over you, it’s a getaway for me I know what I’m looking for. I don’t need you to hover over me and look at the shelf and then ask if I need to also get something to help lose weight when I just asked you if you guys also had mass gainer. When someone is constantly walking around with me that makes me not want to walk around and look at other things, if you’re just gonna follow me. Put me in the direction of it, but don’t follow me and hover. Absolutely cannot stand that.

The absolute WORST place to try to deal with.Try calling their main office in Florida and the guy who answers the phone will hang up on you before you can say more than 3 words, and when you call back hell say he couldnt hear you and then hang up on you again.I went through this FIVE TIMES and STILL never got any results.I will never ever buy from those people again, and wouldnt ever recommend them.Their products are NO GOOD AT ALL.Inferior and everything is a product of CHINA.

Would not shop at the Delray store as long as he (forgot the managers name) not customer friendly heads it.

They didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in the store. I must have walk around for 10min trying to find liquid Chlorophyll and no one attempted to help. This isn’t a friendly location. First time buying from this location on 6/13/19(Around midday) and my last. Vitamin shoppe is a good store just not this one.

The Asst. Mgr. from the Vero store was working there and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She even googled a product for me that I had a question about and also made sure that I remembered to use the points I had accumulated. Great experience!!

RUDE RUDE RUDE - I couldnt believe how rude this guy was (Russian I think?) and why in the world is he in customer service? I shop often at Vitamin Shoppe but I will never go to this one again unless that guy is not there; stick to the one in Boynton - excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Rudest owner I have ever encountered. He yelled across the store at my daughter who accidentally knocked over a plastic shaker cup as if she did it on purpose. So I put the couple of hundred dollars worth of products I was going to purchase back. There are plenty of other stores that sell the same products and would love my business.

Ok I really thought it was me that thought the owner or employees were VERY VERY RUDE. Don’t patron this store, they’re VERY rude here. Hope they shut down. I drive to Boynton for better customer service. 1 star is to many, for rating should be 0!

Great place for all of the health nuts out there, it is one of the only places I have seen that sells Alive vitamins, which is A ok with me! ;)

I love going to this one, the employees are always super friendly to me and my family. I was just in a last week, I dont think the owner would just be in the store so idk what that lady is talking about, but whenever my daughter or Pitbull are in the store they are behaved and never given flak for anything. One of the employees even helped my wifes cases of water to the car without even asking for it. Would definitely recommend, People are sensitive today I guess.

Went there around closing with about 5 min left and not sure if it was the manager or owner but felt unwelcomed and rushed with him saying hurry up because we are trying to close up... if I would have had help would have been out even faster.
