Needed a pressure cleaner to clean my wood fence. Bought the one fir $89.99 with a $10 off coupon. Great deal.As far as cleaning capability, Ill give it an 8 out of 10 because while it did a great job removing the mildew, it lacked hard pressure, so it took quite a bit of time. Worthy, but if you want to get through the chores easily and quickly, get one that has additional pressure. It may cost more, but time wise, it may save you some!

It was my first time in harbor freight and I was greatly surprised, there is everything there in tools and good deals. Kip is the manager, he was very nice and helpful to solve our problem, they re open until 8 pm in delray beach.

A great place to buy inexpensive tools and equipment for your home owner who is interested in craft and home stoliff. They are considerably less expensive than Home Depot but they are not as good. It you must have a drill to use on rare occasions, then this is the best way to go. A drill costs as little as 20 bucks for a cordless drill there are at least 93 drill for sale under 50 bucks. But thaare not as good as dewaltDrill which starts at three or four times the price. If you are a weekend worrier then this is the best place to go. But if you are a professional. Stay away. You can come in and get all the stuff you need. From work pencils to work tarps paint brushes to al sorts of electric items. They must have a monopoly on cheap Chinese tools and Equipment. I especially love their special sales because not only they discount stuff for a dollar to 20! But you can use a 10-20% discount ad or for an annual fee join their discount discount club where you can get great deals and specials. I love browsing the store for my tools and supplies because where else can you buy batteries practically for nothing I must confess that if I needed an out door extension cord this is the only place I would shop. Instead of using a Handiman to power wash my driveway, I bought, on sale a power washer for less than the cost of the Handiman one time charge. When I needed a compressor where did I go: harbor freight! They are well cheaper than Amazon but they charge both salee tax and shipping

This location has to be one of the worst for customer service. Extremely rude from the cashier to the blonde lady who asked me to hurry up with my purchase and rushed me out of the store that I decided not to buy anything from here. We are a large construction company that has purchased over 85000 worth of items from them and we will never come back again. Northern tool will now get all of our business.

The employees at Harbor Freight were very friendly and helpful there was only one torque wrench on the Shelf I was walking through the store employee asked if everything was okay and I asked him if they had any more because the one I was looking at was a little questionable in the stamp in the middle was a little light hard to read so he brought me out 6 brand new ones I chose one it was very good could see it very clear love that place

Very disrespectful associate name “Annette” refuse to assist me as I asked her to use the restroom while I was about to ask her questions about some products. She refuse to give me the stores information and asked me to go somewhere else. The store number 745 is off Linton and Congress in Delray Beach Fl. 33445. I will make a attempt to contact the district manager because she told me that he said she can refuse to let customers use the restrooms. This was my first time ever stepping into a harbor freight store and I will be stepping inside again to speak to the store manager.

I love Harbor Freight. It can be busy in the store at times. However, the employees are still nice and helpful. Great coupons. Best store for DIY!

Staff is awesome. Helped me save and gave a great price on the warranty for the products I purchased. Being harbor freight tools, I assumed they would be more on the lines of few time use items, but as for the grinder I purchased, it works as good as my name brand one at home. Best place to go when you need a tool for just a couple projects without needing to trade your soul as a cost.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of returning a defective diesel compression test kit today for our shop. Brand new, quick coupler wouldn’t attach. The store manager Annette had a choice and still proceeded to charge a 20% restocking fee. Quality tools at a great price

The guys are cool always offering to help, but for some apparent reason the girls that work there are not. They seemed bothered even when you greet them. They give you a look as if they wish they were home watching reality TV and beware to ask them for any help!

Customer service in the length of lines are getting better. Theyre much more courteous and they used to be also. I was critical of Harbor Freight tools for a long time, but Ive had a hammer drill that I thought I would break about 20 times and still going. And I bought a reciprocal saw there is going to be fine too

Nice, clean store. Conveniently located. Quality of the tools is not commercial grade. However, for the average homeowner the quality is much more than adequate. Great prices. And, very good customer service.

Great experience the cashier guy was nice the minute we walked in he answered our question. We also found what we were looking for! And had a coupon! When we got back to the register the cashier was very kind and genuine, nice shopping experience!

Good prices but cheap tools. My biggest complaint is their unwillingness to sell you the floor model if they are out of stock. When asked why, the manager just replied sorry we cant do that. Isnt that their only purpose - to sell products. Yet they make policies that prevent them from doing just that. Change something guys .. either hold the stock or sell your last one on the floor when a customer is willing to pay full price.

Good afternoon to all of my followers. I am very funny about customer service. Well i want to speak to you about a person. This person has been a light in the tunnel that was dark. Id been trying to reach out to him. I called yet again today. You will not believe this person answered.the phone. That shows you God has an appointed time. This man listened with ears to hear what i had to tell him. He and i spoke of our children and our wives. We spoke of God our personal saviors. Its amazing how this man changed my attitude. Now that i not only have cancer i have alzheimers as well. As we spoke he helped to bring back things i could not remember. This is not just any manager he is the store manager. However more over he is a Man of the Most High God. Im in route to meet him.to get some business completed. I implore apon you all for tools and blades or whatever. Even just a great conversation. Please go over and see and meet Mr. Lonnie. Well as i always say see ya down the road.

Good selection of merchandise. I went there for an I expensive alarm sensor that alerts u if someone crosses ur property lone because we had some break ins in the car. The staff was not helpful at all almost like they didnt want to be at work. I found what I need so it was all good. Prices are very reasonable and good sales!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went in to buy some gloves, and looking for hardware but Mr. Rick (I believe the supervisor according to what he said) was unwilling to help me bring something down from the upper top shelves which was heavy and big. I had to literally follow him all the way to the front of the store and this is calling him and calling and no response whatsoever from him knowing 100% I was calling him. Bare this in mind, I had my 2 year old daughter with me and a cart with merchandise. Hopefully my review can help further ladies if they are thinking to go inside this store by themselves. I’m sure this incompetent “supervisor “ will NOT act this way with a men.And what happened to the merchandise? I returned it! I rather give my money and my time to a different freight store even if I have to drive further.

This is the smallest Harbor Freight store I have ever been to, on weekends there is a line of customers waiting to pay that is eight to ten customers deep. If they have what your looking for your then waiting 10-15 minutes to pay for it.The Delray locations are better options.This store has a problem its too small, I wanted to buy tool a large tool chest and what they had on the floor on display (for sale mind you) was discontinued and unavailable.Almost everything made here is Made in China some tools are good . I did have impact sockets explode on me, diagnostic tools fall apart. Its the other end of the spectrum from Snap-on but will suffice for the home tool set.This location has retail/ customer service problems for sure.

Bad attitude and costumer service. Black People im not racist but if you dont like to feel discriminated, treat other right. WHEN YOU have a job as a customer service person, you have to say hi, and you have to love to help people. If not, just give it up and let someone in need OF A JOB to take over. Not a very good experience. Stopped here today to buy a small strap for our canoe and a few other things. I had one of those online coupons so figured we’d use it along with the free tarp that was offered with a purchase. Employees were not very helpful, they were crowded and only had 2 registers open. Looked all over the store for the free tarp that was advertised and could not find it. Stood in line, asked the clerk about the tarp when we got up to the register and he stated that we needed to find the tarp ourselves and then wait back in line. Right next to his register was a few tarps that apparently customers had picked up for the free offer but they were the wrong size. Not wanting to deal with the situation further or having the desire to stand back in line we left without the free tarp. No major loss but we will not be coming back to this store.

These are handyman grade tools and supplies. They like to compare to known brand tools, dont be fooled.However if you need a tool for a single use and dont care if it lasts, you can get a deal here, check for coupons always.
