I go into this location at lease once per week for over a year. Sometimes i go to this location to look/hit every cymbal they have and sometimes i go in there needed something. As a drummer they seem to have everything that I need and more. The Staff is fantastic and the Store Manager is amazing. The staff doesnt care if you are there to look or purchase they are always willing to assist me with every question I have. I have made in-store purchases and they have ordered me specialty items too. They also have great sales. The items are clearly marked and are great deals. I have saved lots of money! I have purchased used (pictured is a impulse great deal) and I have purchased new. Go there, you will find what you need and an expert to help along the way. You will continue to see me there every week.
Excellent low key no pressure place to come and chill. I can get lost jamming on the nice selection of guitars available. Keep it up guys. This is the way a music store should always be.
Best Guitar Center in South Florida. Also the cleanest one.. They have a nice selection of demo instruments to tryout. Everyone who works there is really nice and knowledgeable about their field. Cant say the same for the location in Coconut Creek.
Very awesome and very fun to come and play all the stuff. The one in Delray is nice and they actually let you jam without harassing you too much. For the love of God act like youve got some sense and treat their stuff with respect.
Went in to window shop. The help immediately offered assistance then let me browse. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and prices. An Ibanez semi-hollow body whispered to me. I got home and my wife asked what I saw. Just might be bringing it home.
Disappointed at the customer service for this location in Delray Beach. I ordered digital piano, Had to wait 10 days to be delivered at the store, received the email from them saying that it had arrived, when I get there the piano is not there. So they tell me to come back on the very next day because they were getting the piano from a Miami store, I get there the next day they tell me that they made a mistake for me to go back on the next day. At this point I’m completely disappointed and I drove to Miami to pick up the piano myself. If I was the store manager I would send one of my employees immediately to go pick up the piano for the customer.
I was a little nervous to go in because I dont know anything about guitars and stuff, but the people were super nice. I got this SWEET Fender Ukulele (see photo...theyll make anything into a ukulele!!!!) ...they didnt have it in stock so they shipped it to my house. Im looking forward to going back and getting some amps and strings and stuff.

Super helpful in picking out a guitar for my son. They played the same song on each of our top 3 choices so that we could hear the difference, and then helped with accessories. Felt he was honest about what was the best value, and what we did and didnt need at this point. Excellent experience and I would highly recommended. Wish I remembered his name but we came in on New Years Eve and he was wonderful.

I recommend everyone open what ever they buy from this store, i just purchased a brand new ALTO Loudspeaker drove all the way home to find out the speaker has been heavily used, scratched, colored on and nicked in several places, i can’t believe the employees at this store are not checking what other people are returning (See Pictures), even the power cable is missing. Guitar Center, please hire more competent people.

Over charged by some 36 month insurance plan that was added to my receipt just because the cashier (Sami) mentioned it in conversation. Unnecessary up charging the customers without their consent. First and last time.
I wasnt allowed inside because Im not able to wear a mask due to my medical condition. I spoke to Evan, pictured in the photo, who is the customer service manager and informed him of the ADA protection from discrimination against those with disabilities. He didnt care. Didnt even consider to read the rule book all businesses have in their office & must comply with. I never went in and never will after that customer service interaction from the manager, mind you. I filed a complaint with the ADA which has a heavy fine. Will pursue to fullest extent!
I understand why they are closing stores. Lesson booking is always wrong, brought in a guitar for restring it sat there 5 days and wasnt touched. Needless to say we booked lessons elsewhere and had the restring done at guitar-hospital in 15 mins. Sad to see such a beautiful store so poorly managed.

The repair shop does excellent work. I have had them swap out pickups, replace nuts, and perform setups. Guitar always comes back to me better than from the factory. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Have a good selection of gear to sample.

If you need work done on your guitar - this is the place and Adam is the man! I just purchased an out of state guitar on reverb, a GC limited edition strat and when I recieved it the set up was really bad. Guitar was mint just didnt play very well. Took it to GC Delray Beach, and had Adam take a look at it. Man, what an expert. He went above and beyond and by the afternoon I had my new baby back better than new. Highly recommended!

Our toddler had drum lessons with Kyle, he was awesome! He was very kind and patient with our 4 year old and engaged him in the lesson by using tactics to keep him focused on the lesson at hand. Our son is still talking about it days later and we will definitely be back for more. Aside from our lesson the staff was really nice and informative, again huge ups for being patient with our son who was literally touching everything as we browsed the store.

Guitar Center nice clean but white guy manager isn’t very nice. I guess because I am Asian American. Bought a used Bose l1. Didn’t like it returned next day. He is Not happy and ignored me when I asked for listen to others speakers system. I stood there waited for 15 minutes. I walked out. Not going back there. Okeechobee center is more helpful and nicer. Less White I guess.

Its a day later and I am still really angry and upset at the sales tactic in this store. When you go in and define that you are on a budget, you expect them to listen to you. But no, not here. Pushing to sell the warranty, pushing to sell me items I didnt need right now at this time (but could have come back to purchase at a later date), all I felt was PUSH PUSH PUSH once I got to the register. It got to the point where I snapped and felt pressured and just walked out. I wont be back. I may give another location a chance but not in Delray.The customer may not always be right but you have to listen and work with the customer to gain their respect and trust. This store has lost mine.
Friendly and helpful staff. Im definitely novice but still treated nicely. So often in these places staff have this sanctimonious attitude to anyone with less experience. Defiantly not so here.Good people. Recommended

I ordered a guitar and had it shipped to the store in del ray. Online it showed that there was curbside pickup at this store. However, the store is completely closed. No way to call or email anyone associated with this store. I even tried to reach out on facebook. I call guitar center and they tell me they are unable to change the shipping address to another guitar center close by, even after they admitted it was a mistake in their system to allow me to ship it. In the end this has to be shipped back to PA and then back to FL to another store. It took me 2 + hours to get all this resolved. Just dont shop here

This Guitar Center has a lot of new items, a great selection, and is very clean. However the management is rude, especially if you don’t want to pay for the warranty. It is one thing to promote a service such as financing, string club, or warranty; but the extent it is taken here is far too aggressive and extreme. I recommend going to a different Guitar Center such as Coconut Creek or West Palm Beach.
Extremely unhelpful wilfully unenthused. Youd think a guitar store, during a pandemic related financial crisis, would have some drive to assist the few customers they could permit inside. Heres a tip: Dont forget your mask. Thats what they will concern themselves with more than anything else. However if you want a cable to test a potential purchase or some kind of insight, try somewhere else. This is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service.
Guitar Centers all have a bunch of nice guitars. They have separate rooms for acoustic instruments too. The prices are high, but prices are high everywhere. Theyre definitely worth going to for a look.

New guitar center in Delray. Much needed!! This is the best news ever. You never feel pressured to buy in guitar center the employees all there love music and never mind you testing out thier equipment. The repair man Adam does the greatest repair work I have ever seen and the employee Eric has so much positive energy.This is a great place to go if you love music. No . matter your musical experience its a great place to see music happen. This store is super clean and organized and the employees are knowledgeable and attentive never giving off any sense of pressure.

This is the only guitar center i can find that has decent left handed guitars. Great staff too. Guy with the long blonde hair (Anthony?) Is very friendly and accommodating. Would shop again.
Staff were very friendly both times ive gone. They made sure i had what i needed,showed me options for my price range,tried to save me money,and helped me understand how everything would be setup.They did much more then they had too and didnt try to push anything on me. I wish more stores were like this.

Not just a guitar center, but a full blown music store. This place is great. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and I ended up with a new keyboard at a very affordable price. Im delighted with my new keyboard and only went there because a guitar player friend wanted to check it out.

Slow and non-enthusiastic service. I like Guitar Center and my store at home is much better. We did find and buy a new ukelele for my girlfriends mom. But it would have been nice to have more assistance. Unfortunately they probably will go to nearby Marathon music next time.

A little bigger than the Coconut Creek location, but definitely smaller than the Hallandale and South Miami locations. Staff, as usual was friendly and attentive. Being a smaller location there selection in every department (Acoustics, Drums, Amps, pedals, Microphones, Mixers, etc is limited but the basics are covered. They do however have a large selection of cables from all kinds of brands, length, types, etc.

Was playing at a gig in the area and needed a few things made a quick stop employees were helpful its a bit smaller then the one where i live but still had what i needed
Its always an issue to get someone to help, you have to hunt and find your own items.
Never busy but very disorganized with schedulings and appointments. There is definitely a lack of common curiosity when it come to calling customers when schedule changes for lessons.

GC employee set me up with an amp and let me try out any guitar I wantedI was there for 2 hours- no sales pressure but he was very helpful.
Only downside of my trip this new Guitar Center was that it doesnt have a lot of high-end products currently in stock. And the only other downside is the store wasnt very busy but it took probably 30 minutes to take the pictures I posted here, and no one inquired if I had any interest in anything.
